While temporary construction work applies to a temporary facility, it has a high use frequency during the construction period accounting for around 10% of the construction cost, it requires systematic management. However, construction inspection information of temporary construction work often has no special specification in the design documents and specification items, with the items on various standards also being formidable. Because of this, related inspection are likely to be performed inefficiently with a high probability for occurrence of human errors when quality inspection is conducted for the temporary construction work. In the present study, therefore, apply to the electronic operation support system capable of supporting implementation of inspection of providing related information for the contemporary construction work. To achieve this, a prototype is developed by using IDEF0 to identify information flow by process and organizing EPSS-based quality inspection Task. And then, efficiency of the quality inspection and information accessibility for temporary construction work are to be improved by verification method of Sample Project.

최근 정보통신기술의 급속한 발전은 Mobile 기반의 GIS 구현 및 활용을 가능하게 하였다. 현재 지자체 상하수도관리업무는 현장작업(외업)과 실내작업(내업)이 혼합되어 있으며, 시설물 관리 및 공사감독 업무의 경우 현장작업과 실내업무가 같은 연장선상에 있어 기존 업무흐름체계로는 업무를 이중으로 처리하여야 하는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점은 데이터의 오류 및 중복업무에 따른 업무가중을 초래하여 업무효율성 제고에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점의 해결방안을 찾고자 경기도 고양시를 연구 대상지역으로 하여, Mobile GIS를 기반으로 한 상하수도 관리업무의 효율적인 지원방안을 연구하였고, 그에 따른 효율성을 정량적으로 분석하였다.

기존 연구들은 과업, 보수, 상사, 부하, 승진 등에 대한 만족도를 조사하고, 만족도가 높아야 직무몰입을 가져온다고 제시하였다. 모든 분야에 대해서 만족도를 높인다면 업무 몰입도와 업무성과는 당연히 높아지겠지만 현실적으로 제약이 있으므로 우선 순위를 정하여 집중적으로 지원을 하는 것이 효율적이다. 직원에 대한 지원 우선순위를 정하기 위하여 '만족도' 연구에 '기대도' 개념을 추가하였다. 즉, 만족도가 낮더라고 기대도가 낮다면 해당 요소는 만족하지 않을 거라는 기대를 하고 입사 및 근무하고 있으므로 지원대상에서 후순위가 된다. 반면에 만족도가 높더라도 기대도가 더 높다면 해당 요소는 기대도에 비해 여전히 부족하므로 지속적인 개선이 필요한 항목이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 만족도와 기대도의 차이를 분석하고 제한적인 재원으로 직원의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 만족도 개선 가이드를 제시하고자 한다.

The Records Centers' key institution is that ensure the continuity of custodys until records produced by the Office are transferred to the Archives. The transfer of records is the main works that the records center carries out annually. The introduction of the business management system in 2008 established electronic prodcuction and management of records. And Non-digital records have been registered and managed electronicallly on the system. This study analyzed the transfer procedure of non-digital records and the Transfer List between 2017 and 2019 by the Hamyang Office of Education Records Center. This study proposed improvement of transfer works by idnetifing and measuring the status of electronic management of non-digital records.

The aim of study intends to investigate safety and health of injured firefighter in Gyeongbuk province and to provide the base data for the safety and health of firefighter. The results of the study are as follows. Type of activities when injured are surveyed extinguishing fire (42.5%), EMS (20.0%), rescue (12.5%), driving (10.0%) others (10.0%), education and training (5.0%). The firefighter injuries are treated in hospital (75%), operated surgery (62.5%) and disordered physically (25.0%). It was found that administration financial support (42.5%), development and propagation of teaching material (12.5%), the interest of chief (7.5%) were required for the safety and health of firefighter.

최근 들어 고용없는 성장 및 청년 실업율이 높아지면서 기술을 기반으로 한 창업의 산실인 창업보육센터(Business Incubator : BI)의 역할이 주목을 받고 있다. 이와 더불어 이에 대한 연구들로서 BI의 효율적인 운영과 성과측면에도 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 국내외 선행연구들은 크게 BI의 지원서비스유형 및 정도가 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 과 입주 기업의 특성유형 및 정도가 성과에 미치는 영향으로 대분된다. 즉 BI의 성공요소들(Critical Success Factors), BI의 지원서비스, BI 내부조직 등과 BI 성과와의 상관관계분석 등에 초점이 맞추어 졌다. 또한 입주기업들이 BI 입주시 지니고 있는 잠재적인 역량 즉, 사업아이템 경쟁력이나 CEO역량, 기술 사업화 역량들이 기업들의 사업화성공률 향상과 BI의 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 BI의 성과에 영향을 미치는 업무시스템 관여정도와 매니저의 역량에 대한 연구는 미흡한 측면이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 문제들을 연구하기 위하여 첫째, BI가 제공하는 보육서비스 특성과 이러한 특성들이 BI성과에 영향을 미치는 상관관계를 분석하고 둘째, BI의 업무역량이 보육지원서비스와 BI 성과에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다.

This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS), work engagement (WE), and turnover intention (TI) among employees of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) characterized by whether or not to participate in the work-learning dual system (WLDS). Also, this study intends to explore the effectiveness of WLDS by examining significant differences between the two groups. To achieve the purpose of this study, we have conducted surveys between August and December in 2018. A total of 616 cases (321 cases from SMEs participating in WLDS and 295 cases from general SMEs) were finally selected and used for data analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM). Results of the study revealed that POS had a significant and positive effect on WE. Also, POS had a significant and negative effect on TI. In addition, the mediating effect of WE in the relationship between POS and TI was found to be statistically significant. Furthermore, the results revealed that the conditional indirect effect between POS and TI depending on participation in WLDS was statistically significant. However, the conditional direct effect between POS and TI due to WLDS participation was not statistically significant. Based on the results, academic and practical implications were discussed.

While the Design for Safety (DFS) system has been introduced to Korea, the ordering parties and designers who are implementing this system still have a very low awareness of it. Most ordering parties and designers have a negative view of this system due to a variety of reasons, including the additional workload and their lack of professional manpower. The purpose of this study is to suggest measures to improve the DFS work performance by standardizing the DFS work process and analyzing the level of work performance in each business carried out by ordering parties and designers in order to ensure the efficient execution of DFS business. In conclusion, to improve the DFS work performance of ordering parties and designers, the development of a business support system is suggested, which supports key works such as the identification of risk factors, the provision of measures to reduce such factors, and risk assessment, and provides relevant information to allow ordering parties and designers to prepare the DFS report smoothly.
