본 연구에서는 청주와 그 인근 지역에서 정보시스템을 개발하거나 운영하고 있는 업체의 IS 실무자들에게 (1) IS 실무자의 업무 수행 성과, (2) 소프트웨서 및 IT 전문기술수준, (3) IS 지식 및 능력 수준, 그리고 (5) 재교육 수요에 대해서 설문 조사하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상자들은 주로 Sl(system integration) 업체에 종사하는 IT(information technology) 실무자들과 e-Business를 수행하는 일반 기업에서 전산 업무를 담당하고 있는 실무자들이며, 구체적으로는 전산시스템 운영자, 시스템/데이터베이스 분석/설계자, 어플리케이션/웹 프로그래머, 최종사용자 지원 담당자, e-Business를 위한 IT 지원 인력 등이다. 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 충북 지역에서 IS 실무자들은 자신들의 업무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 지식 및 기술의 다양한 영역에서 광범위하게 지식 및 기술의 결핍을 느끼고 있으며, 자신의 업무 성과가 전반적으로 좋지 않다고 판단하고 있고, 업무 관련 지식 및 기술에 대한 재교육의 필요성을 강하게 느끼고 있다. 또한, 충북 지역의 IS 실무자들은 주된 활동이나 업무가 시스템 개발과 유지보수, 최종 사용자 지원 등의 활동이며, 이에 대한 최신의 기술과 고객 중심의 시각화된 도구(GUI)를 제공하는데 많은 시간을 투자하며, 기존의 반복적인 개발 업무에서 점차 경력이 쌓임에 따라 고객 중심적인 새로운 시스템 개발을 위한 기획과 관리에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있으나, 조직 운영 및 의사결정 등과 같은 기술/지식들에는 낮은 관심을 보였다. IT전문 기술들 중 IS 실무자들이 필요로 하고 보유해야 한다고 응답한 기술들은 대다수가 웹 개발에 관련된 기술이며, IS 실무자들은 대규모 프로젝트의 수행에 필요한 공동 작업 수행 능력의 제고와 그를 위한 재교육에 높은 관심을 나타내었다. 본 조사는 충북의 IS 실무자들을 위한 대학 교육과 재교육을 포함하는 최적의 평생 교육계획 수립을 위한 기초적이고 필수적인 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

This study alms to perform Business Process Reengineering and to develop tourism statistics information system through the development of tourism statistics process design supporting tool. With this tool, we can manage tourism statistics systematic and integrated. Also it offers a tourism decision making supporting tool. Tourism statistics process design supporting tool consists of information provider, information maker, and information user. This tool can improve bossiness process, and rationalize system architecture. 49 business processes were designed and a database which connected with outside system was designed by this supporting tool. By these means, this tool provide more reasonable and effective decision making tool, when it comes to plan tourism development.

Most commercially available collaboration support systems are not proper for small enterprises in a specific area such as small e-design companies, because they are focused on general functionalities, required by most large enterprises. In this paper, we analyze the requirements for improving communication environments of small e-design companies, and propose an advanced communication management tool which reflects those requirements. The communication platform focuses the acknowledgement process by customer and the schedule sharing and management between project members. The proposed system suggest a new research direction which supports the systematic collaboration with external entities such as customers rather than the unsystematic collaboration between internal members, and improves the communication environment of those small e-design companies that are desperately in need of a cost-effective way to carry out projects, and will help in the process of successful projects.

기존의 수행평가는 교사 본연의 업무인 교육과 연구 활동에 지장을 초래할 만큼 과중한 업무부담이 발행하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 보다 효율적인 수행평가를 처리하기 위하여 교무업무지원시스템과 연계한 수행평가시스템을 구현한다. 세부적으로 수행평가 업무처리 과정에서 발생하는 중복 입력 작업을 데이터베이스를 연계하여 최소화하고, 수행평가 계획에서부터 최종 출력물까지 일괄처리하여 오류 발생 가능성이나 중간입력 확인 과정을 생략함으로써 교사의 업무 부담을 경감시켜 교사 본연의 가르치는 업무에 보다 충실할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다.

KISTI 정보시스템부는 개발사업을 타 부서의 연구사업으로부터 독립된 과제를 수행한다기보다 정보의 수집, 분석, 공유업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있게 하는 기술적 지원을 첫 번째 사업 목표로 삼는다고 할 수 있다. 정보시스템부에서 지속적으로 담당하고 있는 “과학기술 정보시스템 개발사업”의 상당 부분은 KISTI의 과학기술 정보서비스 고도화를 위한 기술개발 및 시스템 운영지원이다. 그러나 이 시스템 개발사업은 단순히 현재 운영되고 있는 정보관리, 정보서비스 시스템을 지속적으로 업그레이드하는 수준에 머무는 것이 아니라, 정보유통 인프라의 체제개편을 주도하는 혁신적인 연구개발 업무로서 추진되어야 한다는 당위성을 안고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to choice the efficient operation for the Rural Revitalization Support Center(RRSC) by using AHP method. AHP method is to assess the importance of the RRSC has come up with the weighting values. According to AHP analysis procedures, the two most important function for the RRSC are eliciting supports for the forum and human resources development management. And we must acknowledge each RRSC has the difference manpower or condition. Therefore, the RRSC need a focus on efficient and working in conjunction of related organizations, in order to promote the effective center of the function. Also, supraorganization need for integrated management.

The purpose of this article is to propose the functions of the School Library Support Center of the Ulsan Metropolitan City. The findings are based on the 2009 and 2010 statistics of the school libraries in the Ulsan Metropolitan City, and a questionnaire survey that was conducted for teacher librarians and the class teachers who manage their school libraries without a Library Science degree. The proposed tasks of the School Library Support Center fall into two categories: administrative and practical. Administrative tasks include assigning teacher librarians to schools, expanding library resources, and establishing an integrated supervision system for both school libraries and student reading programs. Practical tasks include developing educational programs, informing library program providers to school, and public relations programs about the Center's services.

The industrial Technology Development Program enables the recipient to set up technology infrastructure and to facilitate technology diffusion. In return, government charges royalties to the program recipient. However, the current royalty system is not effective form. This study analyzes the various aspects of royalty collection methods applied to the Industrial Technology Development Program and recommends the following: a) to establish a royalty collection system with appropriate charges for both fixed royalties and running royalties, dependent upon type of technology development b) to seek a method to setup different collection periods for industrial categories in consideration of product life cycle c) to review on ownership of intangible property. In addition, in order to manage the entire royalty process effectively, prompt establishment is needed in order for a responsible evaluation institute to create task forces to evaluate technology value, to transfer technology, to support technology commercialization, to collect and manage royalty and expand and report result.

This paper abstracts the key factors affecting business performance by ERP system at university in China and suggests how to use ERP system effectively at university. Main results are as follows: First, concern and support by CEO affects personal business performance of ERP. Second, ERP system education affects organizational business performance of ERP. Third, concern and support by CEO affects business enhancement performance of ERP.

본 논문에서는 반복적이면서도 복잡 다양한 대학의 업무상황 및 강의실 기자재 활용방법 등을 효과적이면서 비교적 의사전달이 쉽도록 동영상이나 여러가지 형태의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 형태로 제시한 학사업무 지원을 위한 e-Learning 시스템을 설계한 후 이러한 콘텐츠를 탑재하여 활용할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 이러한 결과 업무에 대한 이해를 단기간에 충분히 파악할 수 있었으며 행정업무의 효율화 및 합리적인 행정 프로세스 개선을 통한 교육비용을 절감할 수 있었다.
