본 연구의 목적은 화합물 반도체를 생산하는 중소기업의 정보시스템을 설계하고 개발하여 적용하는데 있다. 제품의 수주에서 일정계획수립, 제품 재고관리 및 원·부자재 관리, 생산 가동율 등 생산활동전반에 걸친 업무 흐름을 분석하여 이에 사용되는 기초정보를 얻어내고, 이들 기반으로 관리자를 위한 관리정보와 의사결정자를 위한 경영정보를 Web상에 가시화 하는 시스템을 개발한다. 인터넷을 활용함으로써 기업 정보를 원격지에서 조회, 검색 할 수 있고 빠른 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 기업 내부의 인트라넷 시스템과 연동하여 부서간 업무연락 및 정보시스템에서 발생하는 의사결정 요구사항을 쌍 방향으로 전달함으로써 그 활용도를 더욱 높인다. 본 시스템은 영업, 물류, 생산, 구매, 자재 인사, 회계 개발 등 기업 전체에 대한 자원관리를 위해 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 주문/수주정보관리, 제품재고관리, 원·부자재관리, 공정관리, 입출고 관리 등으로 구성되어 있다. 중소기업환경에 적합한 MS-SQL Server를 DB server로 사용하였고 Windows-NT기반의 ASP ( Active Server Page)를 사용하여 전 모듈을 개발함으로써 인터넷이 지원되는 모든 곳에서 접근 가능하도록 하였다.

Many organizations attempt to plan information strategy reflecting their overall business and direction using the information engineering methodology. They also try to redesign the process for partial business area. The above two approaches can be combined because information technology Plays an important role as an enabler for business process reengineering. For theses organizations, a new information strategy planning procedure that considers reengineering of partial business is proposed in this study. The proposed procedure is designed to minimize the change of information strategy planning procedure of the information engineering methodology. The project of K company is used as the case study.

정부의 대민 서비스의 대부분을 차지하는 민원행정조직의 근본적인 문제점을 지적하고, 민원행정프로세스를 재구축하기 위한 전략을 제시함으로서 작금 정부가 추구하는 전자정부의 구현에 일조 하고자 함에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 소고에서는 민원행정의 중요성 및 우리나라 민원행정의 문제점을 살펴보고, 정보기술(IT)을 기반으로 한 프로세스 재설계 방안에 관해 개념적인 차원에서 제시한다. 아울러 민원창구의 혁신을 위한 방안으로 케이스 관리(Case Management) 개념을 제안하고, 궁극적으로 민원행정이 지향하는 원-스톱, 논-스톱 서비스를 실현하기 위한 요건을 언급한다.

Some local governments in Korea are currently developing various Urban Information Systems (UIS) to computerize their work. But they have spent too much money on their own UIS development because they have not reused the existing UIS of others. It has caused the central government to invest money repeatedly. The work of some local governments is generally very similar to those of others. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a solution to the reinvestment problem. To solve the problem, this paper suggests that they could model a city's business using Unified Modeling Language and Component-Based Development Process (CBD). They could also develop a UIS from the existing models, and then other municipalities can reuse the developed UIS. This paper illustrates the water supply business of P City in Korea and Rational Unified Process as a CBD. This paper also describes methods to apply CBD, to establish a reusable business model, analysis model, and design model, and to develop the software components of ActiveX Controls form for the water supply business.

With the revision of the Public Records Management Act in 2020, it has become possible to appraise long-term records more than 30 years old in the record center. However, there was no discussion on the appraisal process except for the revision of the Public Records Management Act. This study aimed to propose a process for appraisal of long-term records in the record center, focused on the roles and functions of the record center, archives, and central archives. To confirm the status and problems of the records appraisal process, we analyzed record management standards and interviewed 4 archivists who have been working as specialists for over 10 years. Based on the analysis results, the appraisal process for long-term records in the record center was redesigned in consideration of the functions and roles of the record center, archives, and central archives.

웹 중심의 인터넷 환경은 개인의 정보 처리 뿐 아니라 기업간의 업무 전개를 위한 핵심 기술로 발전해 나가고 있다. 하지만, 조직의 중요한 지식과 프로세스들을 처리하는 시스템들은 대부분 과거(Legacy)의 기술에 의해 개발되어졌으며, 이러한 시스템들은 웹 환경을 위한 분산 아키텍쳐의 결여와 개방성과 표준화 미흡으로 시스템의 유지보수에 많은 어려움을 가진다. 따라서 재사용성이 높은 레가시 시스템들을 현대적인 기술 요구를 수용하여 향상된 비즈니스 처리가 가능한 새로운 시스템으로 재공학함은 필수적인 일로 여겨진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 COBOL 레가시 프로그램을 대상으로 컴포넌트 랩핑을 위한 설계 패턴의 적용을 통해 컴포넌트 환경으로의 재공학 방법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 COBOL 프로그램에서 비즈니스 로직 추출을 위한 절차와 방법을 설명하고, 그 결과 생성된 클래스들을 패키징하고 랩핑하기 위해 보편적인 양식으로 이용할 수 있는 재공학 설계 패턴을 나열하고 실 예에 Facade 패턴을 적용한다.

최근 WWW의 기하급수적인 성장과 더불어 인터넷 서비스를 통한 정보 획득과 공유 및 원격 시스템 접속을 통한 인터넷 응용 처리 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고, 이는 학습과 교수 업무지원 분야에서도 용용되고 있다. 특히 교수를 위한 복잡한 학교 업무의 관리와 학습자료 및 업무 자료를 지원하기 위해서는 확장성과 호환성, 편의성을 제공하는 XML 형태의 전자문서가 제공되어져야 한다. 따라서 웹을 기반으로 다수의 교수자들이 교수 업무 지원을 위해 XML 문서를 효율적으로 작성하고 공유할 수 있는 적절한 교수 지원 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이는 웹 상에서 XML 문서의 효과적인 생성과 검색 및 의도된 문서를 재사용 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구 사항을 융통성있게 수용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 XML 문서 제공을 위한 교수 지원 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 통해서 교수자들은 XML 문서를 효율적으로 생성, 등록, 수정하고 또한 문서를 대화적으로 검색하고 이해하며, 다양한 형태의 문서를 획득할 수 있다. 따라서 교수 지원시 업무처리의 효율성과 작성된 XML 문서의 재사용성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

TACT process reengineering is applied to the finish work of apartment buildings and extra tall buildings to conduct efficient process control in Korea. Non-systemized information on the performances, however, causes difficulties in building a database for such records and it takes long time to find the relevant information. In order to solve such problems, scientific and quantitative understanding on the construction information and data is required to perform TACT process reengineering satisfactorily and also proper management plan should be provided for the working level staff to understand the required information and data more easily. In this regard, this paper reorganizes the TACT process reengineering based on the general process control and classifies the items of required information to redesign. Redesigned process was verified by specialists making use of work-information matrix. As a result, paper contributed to increasing comprehension level of the working level people and when the persons in charge are transferred to other duty, it makes them understand all the working procedure faster, which enables the departments involved to carry out their cooperation and adjustment more efficiently.

원자력발전소 설계업무 수행중 생산되는 전산데이타를 반영구적으로 보관하기 위하여 Autocom 장비를 이용한 마이크로피쉬(microfiche)를 생산해 왔으나 이 장비의 노후로 인한 잦은 고장 및 데이타의 재사용 불가로 인해 기기의 교체가 요구 되었다. 또한 영광 3호기 이후, 교체노심설계 및 핵연료 설계등의 원전 설계업무에 UNIX Workstation(W/S)이 사용되면서 UNIX 시스템의 네트웍을 이용한 온라인 데이타 저장의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라, 이에 대한 하드웨어 분석과 테스트 과정을 거쳐 분산 운영되는 UNIX 시스템에 적합한 CD-ROM 저장시스템을 구성하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 CD-ROM 저장 시스템의 기술적인 내용을 분석하고 향후 보완 및 개발되어야 할 내용을 제시하였다.

For the development of all composite unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), the consideration for manufacturing in design phase and events in composite parts fabrication, subassembly and final assembly are summarized. In design phase, to maximize the advantages of composite material such as cocuring, cobonding and secondary bonding for manufacturing, the advanced structural concept is introduced. For the curing of designed parts, the manufacturing tools for composite parts are designed and manufactured. The assembly jigs are designed to meet dimensional tolerance requirements of the vehicle structure. And the inspection criteria are established and applied for the manufacturing. Technical data for inspection items and methodologies are summarized to utilize for the exclusive specifications of the manufacturing sequence.
