The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job characteristics such as role conflict, workload, and self-efficacy, secondary traumatic stress(STS), and burnout of social-workers who are working with survivors of child abuse, spouse abuse and sexual assault. While burnout has been studied over two decades all over the world, secondary traumatic stress(STS) is a less familiar term in the field of social work. Studies explaining the relationship between job-demands, STS, and burnout for social workers working with violence victims lack integrative insights across agencies serving children and adults. Thus, we examine whether the relationships between change based on wheter the survivor is a child or an adult. Two hundred thirty three social workers in Korea who work with violence victims participated in the survey. The data were analyzed with Amos 7.0. Results indicate that STS plays a key role in explaining social worker burnout across the agencies, and Child Protective Service workers were found to have the highest STS symptoms. The pathways to social worker burnout proved to be different based on who you served. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings were discussed.

Background: The shortage of dental hygienists as assistant is a great concern to dental clinics, while dental hygienists are rather pursuing the role of oral hygiene control and preventive treatments which is the main role for dental hygienists in the United States. The dental hygienist and dental assistant system in the United States can be a reference in these discussions. Methods: Educational requirements for licensure and work areas for dental hygienists and dental assistants were investigated through the information provided by the American Dental Association (ADA), American Dental Hygienists Association, National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE), Dental Assistants Association of America (ADAA), and Dental Assistants National Board (DANB). Results: In the United States, each state has different systems, but in general, dental hygienists obtain licenses after completing 2~3 years of associate degree programs in dental hygiene after obtaining basic learning skills, and mainly perform tasks related to patient screening procedures, oral hygiene management and preventive care. Dental assistants can take the license test after completing a training course of 9~11 months to obtain a dental assistant certification. Additional expanded work typically requires passing state qualification tests, completing a training program, obtaining a degree, or gaining clinical experience for a certain period of time, depending on the state Conclusion: The scope of work of dental hygienists designated by the Medical Engineer Act and the Enforcement Decree in Korea includes both the work of dental hygienists and dental assistants in the United States, and if a dental assistant system like the United States is introduced to address the current shortage of dental assistants, institutional supplementation such as adjustment of the scope of work and expansion of the role of dental hygienists in oral hygiene management and prevention work is needed and in-depth discussion is necessary.

국내 무역업무 환경이 EDI 시스템 도입 및 정부의 적극적인 활성화 정책에 힘입어 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화와 함께 EDI 시스템 도입, 활용방법, 성과측정 및 표준화에 대한 연구들이 다각적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이 중에서도 기업에게 있어서 EDI 도입에 따른 성과향상 및 성과측정이라는 이슈는 대단히 중요한 의미를 가질 뿐만 아니라, EDI 시스템 도입의 궁극적인 목표이기도 하다. 이러한 배경하에서 EDI 시스템도입에 따른 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 EDI 시스템 구현 및 활용방안 등에 대한 기존연구들이 많이 소개되어 있다. 그러나, 실제적으로 EDI 시스템을 활용하면서 시스템에 대한 통제요인의 개발 및 통제요인간의 인과관계 확인과 요인들간의 상관성 조절을 통해서 기업 전체의 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 EDI 통제모형의 개발에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 EDI 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 통제요인 및 이들간의 상관관계를 밝히고, 이를 퍼지인식도 (FCM: Fuzzy Cognitive Map)와 연계하여 효율적으로 EDI 시스템을 통제할 수 있는 통제모형을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날 컴퓨터 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 기업의 비즈니스 과정에서 발생 하는 정보의 공유와 이용을 통해, 경영혁신을 이루기 위한 새로운 정보화 시스템의 태동은 물론 기존 정보화 시스템의 또 다른 발전을 가져오고 있다. 그 중 21세기 산업정보화 전략 으로 요즈음 새롭게 등장한 CALS(Computer-acided Acquisition & Logistic Support)는 기 존의 정보화 시스템보다 광범위하고, 그 효과 또한 대단히 큰 정보화 시스템이라고 할 수 있다. CALS는 서류에 의존하는 기술정보의 생성 및 교환을 디지틀 정보로 생성, 교환하는 환경으로 전환하고, 업무처리 절차를 근본적으로 재구성해 개별적으로 자동화, 전산화된 체 계를 연계·통합시켜 디지틀 정보 교환체계를 구축하며, 통합 정보 데이터베이스를 구축해 관련기관과 관련업체간의 정보공유 환경을 실현함으로써 비즈니스 스피드의 향상, 고객 서 비스의 개선, 비용절감, 그리고 종합적인 품질향상 등을 도모하고자 하는 전략이다. 본 연구 에서는 CALS의 정의와 출현 배경 등을 살펴보고, CALS의 개념을 군수산업과 제조업 및 상 거래 등에 적용하여 보고자 하였으며, CALS 전략과 BPR을 비롯한 기타 정보기술 전략과의 개념적 관계를 고찰하여 보았다. 또한 CALS 개념의 도입과 적용에 관한 사례로서 크라이슬 러사와 보잉사의 개발 프로세스 리엔지니어링 사례를 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 CALS의 개 념을 성공적으로 도입하기 위한 주요 요인을 사례를 통하여 분석하였으며, CALS의 향후 발 전방향과 과제를 개괄적으로 연구하고자 하였다.

제245차 원자력위원회 의결에 따라 추진된 원자력 사업 추진 체제 조정 작업이 96년 말로 완료됨에 따라, 그 동안 한국원자력연구소가 수행하던 원자력 사업이 모두 산업체로 이관되었다. 이에 따라 1월 3일에는 한국전력기술(주)의 $\ulcorner$원자로설계개발단$\lrcorner$이, 1월 9일에는 한국전력공사의 $\ulcorner$원자력환경기술원발단$\lrcorner$이 대전 대덕연구 단지에서 각각 개소식 및 개원식을 갖고 업무를 개시하였다. 이번 사업 추진 체제 조정으로 지난 10여년간 논란이 되어 온 우리 나라 원자력 산업계의 구조적인 문제점이 해소되어, 세계무역기구(WTO 출범 등 급변하는 무한경쟁 시대의 세계 무역 환경에 적절히 대응할수 있는 체제로의 전환이 이루어짐으로써, 국내 원자력산업은 국제 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 기반을 구축하게 되었다. 원자력 사업 추진 체제 조정 작업의 추진 배경, 추진 경위, 조정 결과 등을 요약$\cdot$정리해 본다.

The medical library, as a professional information center in relation to medical examination and treatment, research, and medical administration, should be operated under the rational and efficient library management. In that context, this study examines the theoretical underpinnings of the medical library management, and compares and analyzes, through direct visits, webpages, and statistical data, the current library operation of medical libraries in Seoul. This study also tries to make a managemental framework for the medical library by suggesting and discussing the result of this research.

본 연구는 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 배경에서 노인복지시설에 관한 문헌 검토와 노인 복지시설 종사자의 직무요인 및 조직성과에 대한 제이론을 검토하였다. 이론을 근거로 실증적 자료의 분석을 통하여 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인이 조직성과에 미치는 인과관계의 영향요인에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 노인복지시설 종사자의 직무요인인 보수, 승진, 조직풍토, 업무환경, 조직구조가 조직성과인 직무만족과 조직몰입 및 충성도에 다르게 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하였다. 실증적 분석에서는 연구대상에 대한 인구통계학적 분석과 연구모형에 대한 적합도를 검증하며, 구조방정식모형을 향해 가설검증을 실행하고자 한다.

현대는 연구개발부문의 다양화, 복잡화에 따라 기술정보량이 급격히 증가하고 있는 반면 기존의 연구소에서는 연구개발의 know-how 축적도 되어있지 않은 상태였으며, 연구개발조직의 분화로 인한 정보교환의 단절로 인하여 연구개발부문의 중복투자가 새로운 문제로 대두되었다. 따라서 이러한 기술정보를 체계화 하고 효과적으로 활용함으로써 연구개발의 과학 및 선진화를 추구할 수 있는 기초환경 조성의 일환으로 기술 Document시스템화의 필요성이 부각되었다. 이러한 배경하에서 당사는 연구소 개발업무의 체계화를 위하여 '92년 초부터 JMAC주관하에 진행되어온 연구관리코드체계를 근간으로 기술 Document시스템을 개발하게 되었다. 기술 Document시스템의 추진 목표는 document작성의 정형화, know-how의 체계적인 축적을 위한 기술개발전산화의 기반구축, 다양한 data들을 처리하기 위한 미래지향적 정보관리기반구축, on-line정보교환체제구축을 통한 연구생산성 향상, 이미 개발된 S/W의 효과의 극대화등이다.

노인장기요양보험 체계의 캐어매니지먼트 발달 배경과 제도적 문제점을 파악하여 이에 근거한 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 기존의 케어매니지먼트는 선진국의 대인 서비스 기관에서 널리 보급되고 있는 사회복지실천의 분야이다. 특히 캐어매니지먼트 활성화를 위해 기존의 케어 대상자들이 양질의 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 케어매니저의 종합적인 지원체계와 교육훈련 및 업무에 관한 제도적 조항이 설정되어야 한다.

본 고는 2005년 4월 20일부터 28일까지 튀니지 튀니스에서 개최된 ITU-R WP9B 회의에서 논의되었던 HAPS 관련 간섭 및 공유 연구현황과 관련 기술에 대해서 제출된 기고서 및 회의 결과를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 본 회의에 제출된 기고서의 주된 내용은 HAPS에서 고정업무(FS)로의 간섭평가 방법에 대하여 제안된 것으로, 여기에서FS는 RRS와 FWA 시스템을 포함한다. 본 간섭 연구에 대한 제안 배경과 제안 사항의 개요에 대해서 기술하고 간섭분석 모델과 그것에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시한다. 결론에서 향후 본 분야에 대한 우리나라의 대응방안에 대해서 기술한다.
