  • 본 논문에서는 연구기관의 포털 사례를 분석하고 지식근로자의 업무처리에 적합한 Enterprise 2.0 기반의 업무맞춤 포털모델을 제안하였다. 그리고 자신의 업무에 정렬된 정보 서비스를 선택, 배치 및 One-Click으로 사용할 수 있는 서브모델을 개발하였다. 현재는 사용자들로부터 사용경험을 수집하는 단계에 있으나 사용경험이 누적되면 제안 모델의 효용성을 분석하고 부족한 점은 보완하여 향후에는 보다 완전한 모델을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

A study of relevant model of information management system based on business process for embodying BPM on construction company (건설기업 BPM 구현을 위한 업무 프로세스 기반의 업무지원 시스템 연계모델에 관한 연구 -공정관리 업무 프로세스를 중심으로-)

  • Construction companies are trying to apply process management to their business to improve efficiency in business circumstance of high competition and globalization. Since 1990s, construction firms adopted process management to improve internal and external business structure based on process. It however has a few improvement functions. In addition, business support systems for business process efficiency improvement were developed, but separation between business process and IT system occurred because it focused on function-based individual construction and data input/output. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process and IT integration model for supporting user to use business information and system based on visualized business process and improving use of previous business support system. Business efficiency is expected to be improved with this model which based on integration required business condition(stakeholder, business data, functions of business supporting system). This study developved process model, architecture, and BPA of whole construction management business. According to BPA, it analyzed business process stakeholder, detail activities, and input-output data. And also it examined 12 main business supporting system of Korean construction firms. Based on analyzed data, this study developed business process supporting integration model based on business process through PDCA and CRUD analysis.

A Study on the Database Construction and the Management System Development of Water-Facility Using GSIS (GSIS를 이용한 상수도시설물의 데이터베이스 구축 및 관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study construct water-facility Database and to develop its management system using GSIS. We used route system and event table that are data model in GSIS for the construction of water valves on water facility pipe. A water-facility management system using GSIS was developed and was actually applied for the city of Yosu and compared with conventional water-facility management systems in terms of workability, information searching cost, and database management efficiency. The system has also been compared with those of two other local governments in terms of functions, process time, and conveniences. The generalization of the work model for water-facility system was also attempted based on the data collected from three local governments and it was revised by the work model of the wide area water-facility system. The generalized work model in this study was compared with other two local governments' work models. The generalized work model will enable local governments to develop more efficient and economical water-facility management system by GSIS in future.

  • 최근 기업들은 자사의 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위하여 배송업무를 포함한 물류업무를 전문적인 제3자에게 위탁하는 아웃소싱이 확대되는 추세이다. 특히 제조업체는 제품 배송업무의 아웃소싱을 다양한 형태로 추진할 수 있기 때문에 아웃소싱 계획단계에서 최적의 업무프로세스 모델링이 매우 중요하며, 자사에 맞는 아웃소싱 모델을 선정하도록 의사결정을 지원할 체계적인 접근방법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 배송업무 아웃소싱 현황을 조망하고, 배송업무 아웃소싱을 위한 고려사항과 업무절차를 배송전문업체 선정단계와 운영단계, 그리고 성과평가단계로 구분하여 제시한다.

  • 정보의 중요성과 함께 컴퓨터를 중심으로 급속하게 발전한 정보기술은 정보를 가공하고 의사결정에 도움을 주며 전략적 차원에서 우위를 가지게 하는 역할을 하였고 조직의 구조를 근본적으로 개편하였다. 이로 인해 새로운 개념인 '가상기업'을 창출하였다. 본 논문은 정보화 사회에 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화할 것으로 예상되는 가상기업의 모델을 제시하고 실제적인 가상기업 구축방법을 제시하는 목적이 있다. 먼저 아직 초기 단계의 개념인 가상기업의 개념 정립을 위해 인터넷 자료와 문헌 연구를 통하여 가상기업에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 모델에서는 기존 연구들을 종합하여 가상기업의 정의를 내리고 정의를 중심으로 특징과 단점을 제시하였다. 다음으로 퍼지이론을 응용하여 가상기업의 구축방법을 제시하였다. 구축방법으로는 퍼지이론이 크게 세 부분에 적용이 된다. 첫째로 퍼지이론이 사용되는 부분은 현재의 업무를 분석하여 기존의 업무와 유사성을 찾는 작업이다. 분석된 업무를 통해 제시된 기준을 이용하여 기존의 업무와 유사한 성격을 가진 기존 업무를 찾고 이 업무를 효과적으로 수행 한 팀들을 찾는 작업이 이루어진다. 둘째로 각 팀의 능력을 상대적으로 평가하는 방법에 퍼지 Rank Ordering 방법을 사용한다. 여러 팀이 기존의 업무를 수행한 결과 나타날 때 각 팀의 이번 업무에서 요구하는 기준에 상대적으로 만족하는 정도를 파악한다. 마지막으로 퍼지 종합적 평가 방법을 이용하여 가상조직의 업무에 적절한 팀을 찾아내는 작업을 한다.

  • BIM can be utilized variously in construction management(CM) in the respect that it helps to manage comprehensively the construction information and make reliable decisions, but the adoption of BIM is insufficient in the CM area. The purpose of this study is to develop work process models and their guides in order to utilize BIM effectively in CM work at construction stage. This study defined BIM functions as 'BIM converting design', 'Model review', 'Data extraction', 'Automatic estimate', '4D simulation', 'Drawing creation', 'Engineering sector linkage analysis' through literature search, and generated CM works applicable to BIM by analyzing the CM work and process. This study developed BIM-based CM work process models by reconstructing the existing work process in connection with BIM function through an analysis on the relationship between BIM function and CM work, and reconstructing the role of each project participants. In order to improve the usefulness of the developed models, guides that described the BIM works of project participants were prepared through interviews and case studies. To validate the utilization of the models, a comparative analysis on the BIM process of precedent studies was also made and a survey was conducted on experts. This study can contribute to increasing the utilization of BIM in the CM area and can be helpful for CM companies to develop an in-house BIM guide. In the future, it will be necessary to make an assessment on the models from a business perspective through case applications and constantly update BIM-based CM work process model in consideration of the expansion of CM work due to the application of BIM.

A Stochastic Work-Handover Relationship Model in Workflow-supported Social Networks (워크플로우 기반 소셜 네트워크의 확률적 업무전달 관계 모델)

  • A stochastic modeling approach as a mathematical method for workflow intelligence is widely used for analyzing and simulating workflow models in the literature. In particular, as a resource-centric modeling approach, this paper proposes a stochastic model to represent work-handover relationships between performers in a workflow-supported social network. Calculating probabilities for the work-handover relationships are determined by two types of probabilities. One is the work-transition probability between activities, and the other is the task assignment probability between activities and performers. In this paper, we describe formal definitions of stochastic workflow models and stochastic work-handover relationship models, as well. Then, we propose an algorithm for extracting a stochastic work-handover relationship model from a stochastic workflow model. As a consequence, the proposed model ought to be useful in performing resource-centric workflow simulations and model-log comparison analyses.

  • The portion of plant industry has increased within construction market. In spite of plant industry is dynamic field which leads state-of-the-art and creates a value, phased information management and knowledge intensive business accomplishment are insufficient. Henceforth plant is expected to demand increment of industrial project from hereafter international plant industry market. The continuous plan technique and know-how accumulation are urgent from domestic. 1'his research analyzes the areas in which domestic plant industry is insufficient and then elicits project management key success factors from current operation process. In addition, this research compares domestic plant level with overseas plant level. This study establishes work models for critical work phases based on the analysis of domestic plant technical level.

  • 역할기반 접근제어(RBAC)는 기업, 정부, 은행 등의 계층적 역할을 구성하는 다양한 조직체계에서 보안관리의 비용이나 복잡성을 줄일 수 있는 접근통제 메커니즘으로 기존의 임의적 접근제어(DAC)나 강제적 접근제어 기능을 포괄하는 접근제어 기법으로 각광 받고 있다. 또한 RBAC은 기업의 관리규칙에서 중요한 부분을 차지하는 위임과 철회 기법을 제공하고 있다. 현재 RBAC에서의 위임 정책은 조직 내에서 발생하는 다양한 상황에 대한 완벽한 위임 모델을 제시하고 있지 못하고 있다 실제 조직체계에서 위임받은 사용자가 부재일 경우 이는 업무공백으로 이어진다. 그리고 상호 유기적으로 연결되어 있는 업무 또는 중요한 사안에 대한 업무의 경우 사용자 단독 권한 위임은 권한 남용의 소지가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 업무의 공백 최소화와 강시감독 기능의 강화를 위한 중복 권한 위임 모델과 상호공유가 필요한 업무와 중요한 사안의 결정에 적용 가능한 협의에 의한 권한 위임 모델을 제시한다.

The Performance Improvement by Using a Role Model (역할 모델(Role model)을 이용한 업무 개선 - 업무의 달인(達人)을 찾아라 -)

  • Purpose: The purpose of a role model is to find a master or expert who conduct their business effectively and work as a model that helps staff in charge to conduct their works effectively. This process is an effort to find out the deviation of work performance capability among staffs in charge and settle the work process to be optimized to practical business, the standardization of protocol. Materials and Methods: Seoul Asan medical center nuclear department developed 6~7 role modeling items and has applied it to work. I report two operation improvement cases we had applied a role model to Seoul ASAN medical center. Result: By comparison with none application of a role model, we could improve operation efficiency. Conclusion: The main purpose of role modeling is to make the employees who do the business in their charge effectively as a role model and contribute to work performance of employees who are lack of work performance although they performed their works hard. Our team is going to develop role model items continuously and to make a use of it to practical work then improve work performance. We regard it as a useful tool to performance improvement. The performance improvement by using a role model was very useful instrument.
