보안업무는 모든 군 업무를 최상위 수준에서 관할하는 업무이다. 하지만 지금까지 전산화를 이루지 못한 문제점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 군 보안업무 전산화를 위해 개발 중인 보안업무 관리 시스템의 사용자 요구사항 분석과정을 다룬 것이다. 보안업무 관리 시스템의 요구사항 분석을 위해 객체 모델링의 쓰임새를 이용한 분석방법론을 적용하여, 사용자 요구사항 정의에서 시나리오 작성까지의 과정을 통해 적절히 요구사항을 분석함으로써, SMS의 시스템 모델을 제시하고 요구사항 분석에서 쓰임새 중심의 유효성을 증명하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a new curriculum for the department of library and information science of junior college. For this purpose, First, a literature study was done along with interviews with assistant librarians, second, a questionnaries survey was conducted among professors, library administrators and assistant librarians, and the survey data were analyzed by SAS packages. Results obtained by this study are as follows; 1) Work scope of assistant librarians will be consisted of conventional library works and automated library works. And it is anticipated that the library will be transformed into an electronic library in the futrue. 2) Curriculum of department library and information science of junior college is gradually changing focused on conventional subjects toward automation and computer oriented subjects. 3) Curriculum of department of library and information science of junior college should be focused on the workshop oriented education and electronic library related subjects such as electronic library workshop, information system, data fare theory information system information network workshop.

I. 목적 : 결막 림프종 환자의 전자선 치료를 위해 Lens shielding block의 제작시 외부 의뢰 제작과 SMC 자체 제작의 장${\cdot}$단점을 비교해보고 제작 과정에 있어 업무의 효율성을 평가하고자 한다. II. 대상 및 방법: Lens shielding block의 제작시 외부의뢰제작과정과 자체 제작 과정을 비교하여 업무의 효율성, 인력의 변화 및 두방법의 장?단점을 분석하였다. 모의치료후 두 방법의 제작 시간을 비교하였으며, 재료의 차이점과 이용방법을 비교하여 개선된 사항을 알아보았다. III. 결과 : Lens shielding block의 자체 제작시 치료 시작시기는 모의치료 실시 후 7일에서 3일로 단축되어 업무의 효율성과 그에 따른 환자의 불편함이 줄어들게 되었다. 또한, 외부의뢰 제작 과정에서 실시되었던 치과와 치과 기공실에 의뢰하던 과정이 없어지고 과내 모의치료실과 공작실에서 작업하게 되어 모든 작업을 과내에서 일률적으로 실시할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 모의치료를 실시하면서 실시간으로 shielding block을 수정 할 수 있어 정확성이 재고되었고, 반복되는 제작 작업으로 인해 제작 공정이 보편화되고, 손쉬어졌으며, 재료 활용의 효율성이 증대되었다. IV. 결론 : Lens shieiding block의 자체 제작으로 시간이 단축되어 업무의 효율성이 증대되었고 그에 따른 인력소모와 환자의 불편함이 줄어들게 되었으며, 제작자가 모의치료를 통해 바로 block의 오차를 수정할 수 있어 치료의 안정성 및 정확성이 높아졌으므로 결론적으로 의료의 질 개선과 서비스 향상이 이루어졌다.

경영혁신 작업에 대한 연구는 대부분 기술적인 측면과 전략적인 측면이 강조되어 왔고 혁신적인 업무처리 과정에 효율적으로 적응하기 위한 기업의 환경에 대해서는 종종 무 시되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 경영혁신 작업에 영향을 주고 있는 조직·관리적인 요인을 바탕 으로 기존 연구된 한국 및 미국의 핵심 성공요인을 비교 기술한다. 또한, 한국 및 미국기업 경영혁신 작업의 성과를 비교한다. 분석에 사용한 성과 요인들은 업무처리 시간의 단축, 업 무처리 비용의 감소, 직원들이 기술력이나 업무처리 능력의 향상, 양질의 생산처리, 직원들 삶의 질 향상, 고객 만족도 향상 및 요구변화에 대한 적응력 등이다. T-test를 이용하여 분 석한 결과, 모든 작업성과에 대해 미국기업이 한국 기업보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국 기업의 경영혁신 과정은 불필요한 업무들을 과감히 폐기한 후 창의적인 업무처리 과정 의 재설계가 필요하다고 판단된다.

보안업무를 수행하는 담당자로서 사이버 피해 여부를 파악하기 위한 가장 중요한 업무 중의 하나는 피해를 입은 시스템과 서비스에서 발생되는 다양한 로그들을 정확하게 분석하는 것이다. 그러나 해당 기관이 보안로그를 전문적으로 분석하는 SIEM(Security Information and Event Management)과 같은 솔루션이 없을 경우 보안업무 담당자가 피해 시스템에서 추출된 로그만 가지고 직접 분석하여 공격여부를 판단하기는 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정규표현식을 이용하여 다양한 시스템의 로그를 쉽고 정확하게 분석하는 방법을 제시한다.

This study aims to investigate and analyse the present of state and matters of technical services outsourcing in academic libraries. For the purpose summarized methods for outsourcing from reports and papers, suggested principal outline of outsourcing and developed quality control program of catalog. This study also surveyed several academic libraries in outsourcing and analyzed features and related issues of the operation of outsourcing. The results of this study can be refereed to the plan and implementation of technical services outsourcing in the future.

우편업무는 물류의 생성, 수집 또는 접수, 구분, 운송, 배달 등의 과정으로 되어 있다. 이러한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 각 단위 업무 프로세스간의 정보처리와 실물과의 동기화가 요구된다. 본 고에서는 우편물류 처리 단계에 있어서 RFID 기술의 활용사례를 살펴보고 국내 우편사업에 적용하기 위한 요구사항 분석과 추진방안에 관하여 고찰한다.

Business Process Intelligence (BPI) is one of the emerging technologies in the knowledge discovery and analysis area. BPI deals with a series of techniques from discovering knowledge to analyzing the discovered knowledge in BPM-supported organizations. By means of the BPI technology, we are able to provide the full functionality of control, monitoring, prediction, and optimization of process-supported organizational knowledge. Particularly, we focus on the focal organizational knowledge, which is so-called the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge that represents the affiliated relationships between performers and activities in enacting a specific business process model. That is, in this paper we devise a statistical analysis method to be applied to the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge, and dubbed it the activity-performer correspondence analysis method. The devised method consists of a series of pipelined phases from the generation of a bipartite matrix to the visualization of the analysis result, and through the method we are eventually able to analyze the degree of correspondences between a group of performers and a group of activities involved in a business process model or a package of business process models. Conclusively, we strongly expect the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources allotments, and the improvement of the correlational degree between business activities and performers, in planning and designing business process models and packages for the BPM-supported organization, through the activity-performer correspondence analysis method.
