이동통신기술의 발달과 스마트기기 이용의 확산은 업무 환경에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 고성능 연산장치와 기억장치가 내장된 스마트폰, 태블릿을 활용함으로써, 과거 사무실 안, 원격근무지 안 등으로 한정되어 있던 업무공간의 제한이 없어지고 언제 어디서나 효율적으로 업무를 처리하는 스마트워크가 가능해졌다. 최근 국내에서 스마트워크에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있으며, 서서히 스마트워크 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 하지만, 업무의 효율성을 높여주는 스마트워크 시스템에도 보안위협이 존재하며, 그에 대한 체계적인 분석과 대책이 현재까지 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 환경의 보안 위협 요소와 보안 요구사항에 대해 고찰해보고, 그에 대한 대책을 논하여 본다.

This study is tended to analyze the characteristics of the emotional office environment so that digital technologies may adapt to the rapidly progressing social structure in a flexible way, investigate the interior composition of the changing office space and the element and direction of design and then present the indoor environment appropriate to it with the desirable alternative to the emotional office. The recognition of emotionality becomes so important that it is called 'emotional society'. Emotional design, which is mostly concern about user's consensus & experiences and in the space, is appeared on office. Emotional design is understanded from a interactive point of view, human and interior-space. The important factors of this study are light, color, immateriality and fun sensitivity The purpose of this study is to examine the emotional design by analysis of multifarious spaces. Office space Is designed emotional and experienced in the future.

최근 스마트폰, 스마트 TV 등의 스마트 기기의 도입에 따른 스마트 서비스의 등장은 기존의 방송, 통신, 교통, 업무환경을 계속 변화시키고 있다. 즉, 기존과 달리 스마트 서비스 환경에서는 스마트 기기들이 곳곳에 배치되어 유 무선 네트워크를 통해 정보를 주고받으며, 각종 서비스를 제공한다. 따라서 스마트 가기들 간의 통신은 기존 ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 시스템과 동일하게 전송 데이터를 보호하기 위한 보안 기술이 요구된다. 특히 스마트워크에서는 시간과 장소에 국한되지 않고 언제 어디서든 효율적인 업무 수행이 가능하도록 스마트폰 및 태블릿 PC와 같은 모바일 기기를 이용하게 된다. 이러한 상황에서는 여러 공간에서 업무가 이루어질 수 있으며, 프린팅 역시 다양한 네트워크 환경에서 이루어질 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 업무 공간의 다양성과 모바일 기기의 도입에 따른 프린팅 서비스 기술의 발전 및 개발 현황을 살펴보고, 안전한 프린팅과 관련하여 진행되고 있는 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

Changing of paradigm at 21Century is changing a part of routine lives and it affects speculation system of recognizing the world. In this society, human is demanded changing of a part and new learning continuously. Like this, a role of individual and a part of various lives by changing of social environment have a close connection each other. In this society, they would need new circumstance of space by method of work. However, what show not necessity improving of work space but changing is the realities of our society. This thesis examine non-territorialization characteristics by focusing on the openness, composition, and flexibility. The working space on 21c head for a non-territorialization and be summarize. decenterial arrangement, increasing of public space and unification of personal work-station. The purpose of this study is to examine the non-territorialization by analysis of 21c working space.

최근 도시 발전 및 팽창에 따른 도시 기반시설물의 증가와 이에 따른 관리체계의 복잡 다양화로 인해 이를 유지 관리하기 위한 비용과 노력이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 도시 기반시설물들은 국민의 생활과 직결되는 중요한 국가보호기반 시설물로서 도로, 상 하수시설, 통신, 전력, 송유, 난방열관로 등이 있으며 지속적이고 체계적인 관리가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 도시기반시설물 중 서울시 상수도 사업본부에서 관리하고 있는 상수시설물인 배수지를 대상으로 3D 기반의 GIS 기술을 도입함으로써 업무효율성 향상, 비용절감, 시간절약 등의 측면에서 효율적인 관리방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 서울시 상수도사업본부 및 8개 사업소의 담당자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 3D GIS를 활용한 관리체계의 도입이 업무효율성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하는 방법으로 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 3차원 공간정보 활용체계의 도입을 통해 업무효율성부분에서 90.32%의 효율성 향상, 관리비용부분에서 93.55% 비용절감 그리고 업무소요시간부분에서는 91.61%의 시간 절약효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 향후 사회기반시설 관리에 3차원 공간정보를 활용할 경우 지속적인 자료 관리를 통한 다양한 통계정보 및 사례분석 등 행정업무의 의사 결정 지원에 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 입력 자료 누락 등과 같은 관리체계 개선을 통한 업무효율성 향상에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

과학기술의 발달과 생활양식의 변화로 인해 주택의 역할은 가족구성원들을 위한 생활공간 뿐 아니라 사무실을 대신하는 업무공간으로 확장되고 있으며, 그에 따라 업무에 필요한 기기나 물품들은 편리하게 사용하고 수납하기 위한 재택 근무가구의 수요도 증가하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 선행 개발된 재택 근무 공간 및 가구에 대한 지침과 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여, 기능적인 측면에서는 편리하고 효율적인 작업이 가능하고 형태적인 측면에서는 주택이라는 특성에 부합하는 다음과 같은 가구의 디자인을 개발하였다. 1. 패널부착형 조합가구 : 가변성과 확장성을 기본개념으로 하여 원하는 형태와 크기의 unit를 다양하게 조합할 수 있는 시스템 가구 2. 캐비넷 형 워크스테이션 : 하나의 가구에 재택 무에 필요한 기능을 집약시켜 최소한의 공간으로 최대의 효율성을 추구하는 가구 3. 이동식 다목적 가구 : 간단한 작업이나 보조기능을 위한 이동성이 뛰어난 가구 재택 근무는 시간과 공간의 효율성으로 인해 미래의 업무 형태로 발전될 가능성이 크며, 따라서 보다 다양한 기능과 형태를 지니는 디자인의 지속적인 개발이 요구된다.

최근 정보통신기술의 급속한 발전은 Mobile 기반의 GIS 구현 및 활용을 가능하게 하였다. 현재 지자체 상하수도관리업무는 현장작업(외업)과 실내작업(내업)이 혼합되어 있으며, 시설물 관리 및 공사감독 업무의 경우 현장작업과 실내업무가 같은 연장선상에 있어 기존 업무흐름체계로는 업무를 이중으로 처리하여야 하는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점은 데이터의 오류 및 중복업무에 따른 업무가중을 초래하여 업무효율성 제고에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점의 해결방안을 찾고자 경기도 고양시를 연구 대상지역으로 하여, Mobile GIS를 기반으로 한 상하수도 관리업무의 효율적인 지원방안을 연구하였고, 그에 따른 효율성을 정량적으로 분석하였다.

Recently, the definition of work space contains so many meanings. Basically, this means space where handling various information and developing numerous creative activities. Moreover, the work space is important not only for individual itself but also organizational development. This research is studied for suggesting revitalization of advanced work efficiency, deriving motivation as well as creative operation support for harmonious communication. In order to make the better creative work places, "concentration and motivating interests between members of organization", "Necessity of environment for development and operational progress of work", "improvement and creativity of work and importance of the physical environment" and "harmonious communication and development of advanced community" should be considered.
