$Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_3$계 결정화유리의 저온합성을 위하여 출방원료로서 각 해당 금속 알콕시드를 사용하였다. 알코올을 용매로 충분히 첨가하고, drying control chemical additive로 dimethy1 formamide를 적당량 첨가한 혼합용용액을 과잉의 물로 충분히 가수분해시킨 습윤겔을 저온으로 건고하여 균열이 없는 건조된 monolith겔을 합성하였다. 건조겔로부터 750-$950^{\circ}C$로 10시간 이상 소결하여 저열팽창성을 나타내는 ${\beta}$-eucrypytite(${\beta}$-quartz 고용체), $Li_2O\cdot Al_2O_3\cdot 3SiO_2$및 ${\beta}$-spodumene등의결정상을 석출시켰다.

DA-125, a new anthracycline antitumor antibiotic, was administered to Sprague-Dawley rats intravenously for 4 weeks to investigate the repeated dose toxicity Focal alopecia was noted in three female rats receiving 1.0mg/kg/day. In rats receiving 1.0 mg/kg/day, weight gain decreased in both sexes after first or second week. Hematological examination revealed lower counts of total leukocyte and increased numbers of platelet after second week. At terminal necropsy, atrophy of thymus and spleen was observed. Lymphocytic depletion of thymus and atrophy of white pulp in spleen were observed microscopically. A decrease in the number of hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow and degeneration of germinal epithelia in testes were also observed. These treatment-related effects were mainly confined to rats receiving 1.0 mg/kg/day. And toxic effects with microscopic changes were not observed in rats receiving 0.2 mg/kg/day or 0.04 mg/kg/day.

일반적으로 바레(barre)라고 하는 이색현상(shade variation)에 대해 ASTM에서는 직물의 위사 또는 환편물의 환편코스에 평행하고 연속적인 띠와 줄이 비고의적이고 반복적으로 나타나는 형태라고 정의하고 있으며, 원사의 물리적, 광학적 및 염색성 차이 또는 원단조직의 기하학적 차이와 이들의 복합적인 원인에 의해서도 발생할 수 있다고 하였다[1]. 또한, 면제품의 이색은 면섬유의 마이크로네어[2], 색상[3], 면사의 선밀도, 꼬임수, 헤어리니스 그리고 편성장력 등의 변동에 영향을 받으며, 산지, 수확시기 및 물성이 다른 원면의 부적절한 혼면 등에 의해서도 발생되는 것으로 알려져 있다[4]. The Tuned Pendulum Slab Damper(TPSD)system is mainly composed of suspended pendulum slab which was hanging with cable wire from the top floor of building without any extra loads structurally, and can be helpful to reduce vibration with effect of tuned mass damper function by the principle of pendulum movement. The experiment was performed with miniatures of the 30stories of steel structure building by the forced vibration test using shaking table, and the result was reduced about 42% of vibration. The purpose of this study was to make analysis of application of the TPSD system to new building and exist building against strong wind or seismic wave. The result of this study was that the TPSD system shall be satisfactory in field of execution, process control, safety and economical efficiency with saving up to 70% of construction cost.

The local irritation studies of DA-3002, an authentic recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH), were carried out in rabbits after the following treatment ; application into the conjunctival sac of the eye (single), single subcutaneous and intramuscular injection, 7-day repeated subcutaneous and intramuscular injection. The results obtained were as follows. In the result of ocular irritation test, 0.16% solution of DA-3002 could be considered as a non-irritating material. In single subcutaneous and intramuscular irritation test, the irritancy of 0.16% DA-3002 solution was not so much different from that of saline. The local irritation of DA-3002 by 7-day repeated injection was negligible and similar to that of saline by both subcutaneous and intramuscular routes. These results suggest that DA-3002 has no irritating activity when injected through subcutaneous or intramuscular route for clinical practice as 0.16% solution.

DA-5018(N-(3-(3, 4-dimethylphenyl)propyl)-4-(2-aminoethoxy)-3-methoxyphenylacetamide) is a new capsaicin derivative under development as topical analgesic agent. The general pharmacological properties of DA-5018 on central nervous, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and other organ systems were studied in experimental animals. DA-5018 cream (0.3%) had no effects on behavior, hexobarbital-induced sleeping time, body temperature, spontaneous activity, blood pressure, heart rate, intestinal charcoal propulsion, urine volume and electrolyte excretion even at a high dose of 2000 mg/kg in rats. In addition, DA-5Ol8 cream had little skin irritation compared to Zostrix-HP (capsaicin, 0.075%) cream in rabbits. In isolated guinea pig tissue studies, DA-5018 increased the contractility of trachea and ileum and also increased sinus rate of atrium in a range of 10^{-8}-10^{-5}$$ M, but its efficacy as a agonist was weak. These results suggest that DA-5018 cream might be used topically without serious side effects.

Neutropenia is a major dose-limiting factor in cancer chemotherapy diminishing its usefulness and increase patient's susceptibility to infectious disease. Some recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factors(rhG-CSFs) are in use to reduce the risk of this serious side effect. In this study, we examined the pharmacological properties of DA-3030, a rhG-CSF expressed in E. coli. DA-3030 100 and $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg, i. v., had no significant effect on the central nervous, gastrointestinal system in mice and cardiovascular system in rabbits, but it slightly inhibited the spontaneous motility of isolated nonpregnant uterus in rats. It also had no influence on excretion of urinary electrolytes. DA-3030 administered for successive 3 days increased the blood WBC count in zymosan air pouch inflammed rats and in normal rats. These results indicate that DA-3030 has little side effects in animals.

건설산업의 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 기술력의 확보가 무엇보다 중요하다. 기술력은 유능한 엔지니어의 양성과정에서부터 시작됨의 인식으로 대학교육의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 수동적 교육의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 능동적 학습방식의 의의 및 중요성을 제시하고자 한다. 사례로서 중량의 양중작업용 타인크레인을 대상으로 능동적 학습 절차와 주요 수행 내용을 설명하고 학습효과를 분석한다.

Monoclonal antibodies against human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) were prepared and characterized by examining isotype, epitope binding, cross reactivity and affinity constants. And a sandwich type enzyme immunoassay for native hCG was developed with solid phase monoclonal antibody against the conformational determinant expressed only on native hCG and horseradish peroxidase conjugated monoclonal antibody against the $\beta$-subunit of hCG. The assay was sensitive to 1 mIU hCG/ml and shown a linear response up to 200 mIU hCG/ml. The cross reactivity for luteinizing hormone and $\beta$-subunit of hCG were 1% and 0.18%, respectively.

The effect of manufacturing and packaging conditions on the stability of effervescent tablets has been studied. Mixtures of sodium bicarbonate and tartaric acid were compressed at tabletting forces of 3,6, and 9 ton force. Tablets were more than simple physical mixture but the effect of tabletting force has not been found in this force range. "Curing" the tablet by heating it to $90^{\circ}C$ was effective on increasing the stability and the silica gel in the aluminium pouch stabilized the system. The equipment measuring the carbon dioxide pressure in this experiment was very useful in evaluation of the effervescent tablets.t tablets.
