기계관련 이론과 다양한 실기를 통해 산업현장에 필요한 전문직업인 양성에 교육 목표를 두고 있다. 또한 오늘날 첨단 기계 산업의 발달 및 다양화에 따라 생산 및 생산시설 관리, 제품 설계 및 제작, 엔지니어링 마케팅, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 관련 업무를 충실히 담당할 중견 전문가 양성도 담당하고 있다. 기계 설비분야의 미래를 책임질 기계설비 전문인을 양성하기 위해 기계 및 설비관련 학과는 2010년 현재 전국의 13개 대학에서 다양한 커리큘럼을 통해 배출하고 있다. 본지는 지난해 3월호부터 전국의 기계 및 설비관련 학과를 소개하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터정보공학과 재활공학 그리고 디자인을 융합하여 의료재활기기 산업 인재 양성을 위한 글로벌 정보기술 융합교육 프로그램을 제안한다. 이 목표 달성을 위하여, 세가지 다른 분야의 전공학생들이 학제 융합팀을 구성하고, 방과후 및 방학기간을 이용하여 영어(English), 리더십(Leadership), 혁신(Innovation), 팀워크(Teamwork), 창업 정신(Entrepreneurship)의 ELITE 프로그램을 이수시켜서 글로벌 인재 양성에 기여한다.

This study aims to explore alternative strategies for the archival professional training system in response to changing records management environments. It found implications in the training and qualification system for overseas archival professionals and compared and analyzed the qualification system for Korean archival professionals. In addition, by analyzing the archival graduate schools' general status and the instructors' research performance, the study confirmed that many instructors have low academic interest in archival studies and the gap between schools was significant. Based on this, interviews with professors and experts were conducted to gather opinions on improving the archival professional training system. In conclusion, the study presents prerequisite tasks of organizing an archival community governance system and securing self-regulatory power. Moreover, it proposes innovative measures for the archival professional training system with three major tasks: creating graduate education guidelines, establishing a continuing and deepening education system, and transforming educational institutions.

This study examines the characteristics of teacher education system and professional standards of teachers in Canada through analysis of the current teacher education curriculum and salary grids of teachers in Canada. As a result, the following characteristics were found. First, contents and theories acquired during the course of teacher education are connected to the actual practice to increase the site-compatibility. Second, professional standards of teachers is rather holistic, than detailed and systematic. Based on the findings, the following implication can be drawn. To enhance the site compatibility of teachers in the Republic of Korea, it is requisite to build a persistent, and cooperative relationship among the faculty members of teacher education program, the members of the community, and supervisor teachers of practicum schools. Also, it is necessary to come up with a system that directly connects the professionalism of the teachers and the salary grids, as the salary of teachers are adjusted according to the completion of degree or courses, reflecting the professionalism.

Through the present training condition of Korean teacher librarians and their supply-demand prospects, this paper pointed out problems both of the educational system and of its supply-demand and suggested the solution as well. Particularly, focusing on the educational system of teacher librarians and the present condition of the training organizations, this paper predicted their supply ability in the future and analyzed the demand which is necessary, when applying the standards of Korean Library Association and School Library Promotional Law with the selective situation of teacher librarians. In this way, the problems of supply-demand imbalance were indicated and, as a method for training the proper number which is required for the future demand, the rearrangement of the approval number of a course of study for the teaching profession and the establishment of Library and Information education department in education college were proposed.

최근 LNG 선박에 승무할 인력의 심각한 부족이 예상되고 있는 가운데, 국내는 물론 국외에서도 인력양성을 위한 교육훈련센터의 개설 등 활발한 움직임이 보이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 독자적으로 개발한 교육훈련 프로그램에 입각하여 교육생을 모집하고 있으며, 따라서 세계적으로 통일된 높은 수준의 교육훈련을 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이 발표에서는 국제해사대학연합의 LNG 활동의 일환으로 추진된 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터의 개요와 센터에서 개발된 표준 교육훈련 프로그램에 대하여 설명하고자 하며, 이러한 교육훈련과정이 향후 전세계 LNG 교육훈련의 표준을 정립하는데 초석이 되도록 노력하고자 한다.

This study conducted a survey of companies in the aviation, drone, and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) sectors to analyze the educational and workforce needs, identifying essential competencies and technical training required. The study also proposed potential areas for collaboration between universities and industry regarding educational methods. Key findings and implications of the survey were derived. The results indicated that the most critical consideration for hiring was job-specific skills in the respective field. The most essential quality for workforce training was identified as enhancing the ability to use various equipment and software related to the major field. In the UAM sector, there was a high demand for personnel and education related to aircraft and components, with the highest demand being for lightweight manufacturing technology for aircraft. This study can serve as foundational data for addressing the educational needs in this field.
