In terms of supply of manpower in the energy industry, domestic universities cannot realistically operate flexibly to meet manpower demand in accordance with various regulations related to the department, and there are only a few independent energy related departments. There are many difficulties in closure, increase and decrease of capacity, and foster convergence. In addition to the limited aspects of human resource development of universities, changes in the energy paradigm, namely: 1) changes in the energy industry from stable supply and energy security to new growth engines and export industries, 2) Revitalization of the energy industry, 3) including diversification of energy sources and the spread of new technologies. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a training program for nurturing new renewable energy specialists to independently develop various high-quality human resources such as intangible and convergent human resources in line with changes in the energy paradigm.

Regarding professionalism of primary teachers, a dispute over professionalism as classroom teachers versus as subject teachers has been amplified past decades. However, these controversies tend to be resolved mainly by theocratical, political, and systematic facets. In other words, discussions on professionalism of primary teachers have been explored in various aspects, but they have not much focused on teacher preparation programmes. Moreover, although from a comparative educational point of view some research focus on teacher preparation programmes in North Americas and European countries, comparison studies of the programmes in East Asian countries, such as China, Japan and Korea have been rarely conducted. The aim of this study is to compare teacher preparation programmes between Korea and China, and based on what the research found we attempt to understand Korean programmes from a new perspective. Selecting each of 13 teacher educational universities in two countries, we analyse documentations of the universities in which the educational aims, proportions of curricula construction, curricula requirements, and types of subjects are presented. Our research offers implications for future revisions of teacher preparation programmes.

The knowledge and technological competitiveness produced by universities determines a country's scientific technology and industrial competitiveness. The aim of this study is to find the evolution of Triple Helix Model (THM) by analyzing cases of technological catching-up and nurturing the human capital policies during Korea industrialization era, from 1960 to 2020. To fulfill the aims, this study utilized qualitative methodologies. In this study not only the process of acquiring technologies and core technologies but also the system for nurturing the human capital focused on scientific and engineers was analyzed. In addition characteristics of each ear of Triple Helix Model (THM) were examined. From the results, this study suggests Triple Helix Syncro-Scenario (THSS) which is the compelling innovation model, based on scenario, combined the personal experiences various critical thoughts and problems with enterprises and government for creating the incessment innovations.

양성 신경초종(benign schwannoma)이 식도를 포함한 위장관계에 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 이러한 양성식도 신경초종은 확진을 위해 면역 조직 화학적 염색을 필요로 한다. 정기 신체 검진상 우연히 발견된 66세여자 환자의 식도 점막하 종양에 대해 우측 후측부 개흉을 통한 종양 적출을 시행하였으며, 술후 면역 조직 화학적 병리 검사를 통하여 식도의 양성 신경초종임을 확인하였고, 환자는 술후 1년째 재발없이 외래 추적 관찰을 받고 있다.

광학산업의 대표적인 기술인재 양성센터로서 중추적인 역할을 하고 있는 인하대학교 광기술교육센터(센터장.황보창권,http://otec.inha.ac.kr)에서 광기술 교육프로그램의 기획 운영을 맡고 있는 한창호 팀장. 지난해 정밀광학기술인력양성사업의 시작과 함께 센터에 합류하면서 인재양성사업이 더욱 시너지 효과를 발휘하고 있다. 광학관련 업계에서만 11년간 기술영업을 하면서 쌓아온 그만의 네트워크와 노하우를 통해 광학업계에서 필요로 하는 정보와 맞춤교육을 접목시키면서 인력양성 프로그램이 탄력을 받고 있다. '커넥팅 옵티컬 엔지니어' 로서의 큰 자부심과 사명감으로 오늘도 새로운 교육프로그램 기획에 여념이 없는 한창효 팀장을 만나보았다.

해양플랜트 서비스 산업은 고상장 산업임에도 불구하고 국내기업의 진출은 거의 전무한 상태이다. 해양플랜트 수요는 고유가와 심해유전 개발의 확대로 산업 시장성은 충분하고 석유 가스 개발이외에도 방대한 해양자원 개발에 필수적이다. 해양플랜트 서비스 산업은 진입장벽이 매우 높은 산업이며 진출을 위해선 인력양성이 필수적이다. 또한 서비스 산업은 고수익 업종으로 선원 및 조선산업 유휴인력과 조선해야공학 전공자에게 고급 일자리 기회를 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본 원고에서는 우리나라 해양플랜트 서비스산업 현황과 전문인력 양성방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

국가경쟁력 강화를 위해 5+2권역으로 설정된 광역경제권별 선도산업을 이끌어 갈 인재양성을 위한 중심대학을 선정하여 광역과 지역의 발전을 도모하기 위해 수립된 "광역경제권 선도산업 인재양성센터" 사업에 전국 20개 대학이 선정되어 운영되고 있다. 이에 광역경제권 선도산업의 사업기획 배경과 프로그램의 핵심적인 내용 등을 소개함으로써 대학의 향후 교육방향과 더불어 선도산업 인재양성센터의 사업성과를 극대화 시키는데 기여하고자 한다.

This study examines the characteristics of teacher education system and professional standards of teachers in Canada through analysis of the current teacher education curriculum and salary grids of teachers in Canada. As a result, the following characteristics were found. First, contents and theories acquired during the course of teacher education are connected to the actual practice to increase the site-compatibility. Second, professional standards of teachers is rather holistic, than detailed and systematic. Based on the findings, the following implication can be drawn. To enhance the site compatibility of teachers in the Republic of Korea, it is requisite to build a persistent, and cooperative relationship among the faculty members of teacher education program, the members of the community, and supervisor teachers of practicum schools. Also, it is necessary to come up with a system that directly connects the professionalism of the teachers and the salary grids, as the salary of teachers are adjusted according to the completion of degree or courses, reflecting the professionalism.

20C까지 단순히 밝혀주고, 점멸만 하는 조명형태가 21C부터는 밝기의 조정, 칼라의 조정이 병행된 감성조명의 시대로 도래하여, 주거생활 조명, 상업용 조명, 문화공간의 조명 둥에 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했다. 특히, LED 응용조명은 자동차 분야 및 PV분야 등 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 연 4조원의 세계시장과 2,000억원의 국내시장으로 점유되고 있으며, 연평균 45% 성장 ($1995{\sim}2004$)으로, 성능은 향상되고, 가격은 년 $10{\sim}15%$로 인하되어 "미디어파사드"로 그 응용이 눈부시게 가속화 되는 실정이다. 조명기술의 눈부신 발전과 조명산업의 발전이 어우러진 가운데 조명 산업 현장에는 조명전문가의 소요가 급속히 발생되고 있는 반면에 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하는 교육기관과 프로그램이 턱없이 부족하여, 수요에 비하여 조명전문가 양성은 요원한 실정이다. 조명교육시스템을 구축하고, 실무형 조명전문가를 양성하고 있는 경북전문대학의 조명전문가 양성교육시스템을 참고로 하여, 보다 효율적인 단계별 중견조명 전문가의 양성에 대해 연구하여, 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

해양생물다양성 자원에 대한 국가 주권을 인정하는 해양생물다양성협약의 발효로 생물다양성 자원을 확보하기 위한 세계 각국의 경쟁이 치열한 상황이다. 현재 우리나라 각 기관 및 대학들이 보관하고 있는 해양생물자원 정보가 산재되어 있고, DB에 대한 관리 미흡으로 인하여 학술적, 산업적 활용이 어려운 상황임을 인지하여, 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 정보체계가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 해양생물다양성 자원 중 고품질 해양생물자원에 대한 현황을 분석한다. 그리고 해양생물다양성 데이터 고품질 확보 방안을 위한 DB 품질 오류율 산정 기준을 적용하여 메타DB 구축 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구는 향후 해양생물자원에 대한 국가전략수립에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
