Ambidextrous innovation is defined as the innovation capacity to pursue simultaneously both exploration and exploitation. Based on the organization learning and innovation management literature, the ambidexterity hypothesis predicts that ambidextrous innovation would enhance firm performance. This study attempts to verify the ambidexterity hypothesis in the context of TV drama production industry. TV drama producers' ambidextrous innovation is conceptualized as the simultaneous pursuit of exploratory and exploitative approaches in selecting genres of dramas. Data collected from 57 drama producers in 714 Korean TV drama projects between 1994 and 2009 support the ambidextrous hypothesis. The interaction between exploratory and exploitative approaches in genre selection is indeed positively related to the drama performance in terms of the viewing rate. Such results suggest that managers ought to manage high levels of both exploratory and exploitative innovation simultaneously in order to cope with increasing uncertainty, especially in highly uncertain cultural industry.

디지털 콘텐츠(이하 DC) 시장중 대표적으로 출판, 음악, 영화 부분은 불법복제유통 등 시장 비활성화 요인을 지니고 있다. DC 수익배분 선행연구나 양면시장이론 등은 전체 시장규모를 키우는 방안제시가 미약한 편이다. 이를 타파하기 위해 산업계는 가격인하 및 신규 서비스 방식을 도입중이다. 이를 반영하여 본고에서는 양면시장이론에 근거한 광고미디어형 모형의 확산을 제안한다. 거래 중계형 모형에서는 콘텐츠 오픈소스화 및 One-Source Multi-Use 활성화, 디지털화로 인한 비용절감분만큼 가격인하, 렌털 소유가격 차별화 등을 제안하고 있다.

Knit is classified into two such as basic texture and applied one according to knitting principle, and the basic texture of weft knitting consists of single knit. rib knit, purl knit and interlock knit. The basic texture of warp knitting consists of double knit texture, double code knit texture and double vandyke knit texture. Fourteen costumes were produced with eighteen (18) different types and twenty four (24) raw materials, and we were trying to show a wide range of costumes produced with knitting by making two different brands at random and making different designs depending on four seasons. Knitting technique is very important element in that it allows special surface effectiveness and decides the characteristic of knitting materials. Knit designer plays very important roles such as selection of raw thread, deciding knitting technique and type of knitting machine in designing the knit. Therefore, the knit designer requires the ability to utilize the function of knitting machine to the maximum, the effort to acquire the variety of knitting technique, develop the new knitting technique and for the improvement of knitting design.

안성천의 중류인 안성읍 옥상리와 미양면 양지리에는 충적단구가 발달되어 있다. 충적단구와 인접한 범람원은 대개 점이적으로 만나지만 단구애를 통해 구분되기도 한다. 단구는 전반적으로 평평한 편이나 부분적으로 경사가 나타나기도 한다. 충적단구의 퇴적물 중 점토의 SiO2/Al2O3비와 SiO2/R2O3비를 계산한 결과, 라테라이트화 작용의 흔적이 나타나지 않는다. 이는 충적단구가 최후간빙기 이후에 형성되었음을 시사하는 것이다. 그리고 충적단구가 안성천 하구로부터 상당히 떨어져 있다는 사실을 고려하면 이들 단구가 기후단구일 가능성이 높은 것으로 생각된다.

벤처창업 연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동 및 성과를 증진시킬 수 있는 핵심 고리로 그 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 선행연구에서 기업가적 리더십은 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시키는 요인으로 고려되고 있지만 아직까지 구성원의 개별 성향과 복합적으로 고려했을때 기업가적 리더십이 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 편이다. 본 연구는 구성원의 조절 초점 성향을 토대로 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 성향에 따라 자기효능감과 혁신행동에 각기 다른 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정, 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 변수 간 인과관계 검정을 위해 중소벤처기업에 재직 중인 구성원을 대상으로 점화 기법 기반 실험연구를 진행할 예정이다. 실험연구를 통해 본 연구는 리더의 기업가적 리더십이 구성원의 혁신행동을 어떻게 높일 수 있는지에 대한 단초를 제공할 것이다. 또한, 본 연구결과는 벤처기업 및 스타트업에서 구성원의 혁신행동을 촉진할 수 있는 조직운영 프로세스에 관한 시사점과 함께 학문 및 실무적 관점에서도 의미 있는 기여도를 제공할 예정이다.

The strong nonliner dynamic behavior of mechanical systems in the presence of clearances are studied. The nonlinearity is induced from the assumed symmetric piecewise-linear characteristics for stiffness and damping by the contact and uncontact. Based on Stoker's assertion concering the reasoning beyond the occurrence of subharmonics, the nonlinear differential equation is converted to four nonlinear algebraic equations form the boundary conditions at the contact points. For a single contact per half exciting period, under the assumption of symmetric response, the steady-state solutions obtained are in agreement with those of numerical integration. Also a nondimen-sionalized formulation is made for the purpose of parametric studies.

The share of self-employment shows a downward trend until 1990 and then an upward trend since then. The upward trend is mainly due to more employers and more male self-employed, which implies that self-employment plays a significant role as an alternative form of employment. This paper examines whether self-employment can be a bridge between no work and wage work in the processes entering into or exiting labor market, and if so, what determines the choice of self-employment as a bridge, using the data from the Korea Labor and Income Panel Survey(Wave 1 to Wave 5). Empirical analysis employing the probit model shows that the older, female, the less educated, and persons with bad health are more likely to choose self-employment as a bridge in the exit process and that they are less likely to choose it as a bridge in the entry process. Business cycle has a statistically significant negative effect on its role of bridge employment in the exit process but not in the entry process. The result implies that, in the ageing society, labor market policy should consider self-employment as a better alternative than wage work for the aged.

We analyzed research trends of 288 Korean academic dissertations and articles regarding platform work, using topic modeling and keyword network analysis method. Research disciplines of many studies were laws, business administration, and economics fields. Thigh frequent themes were platform labor protection measures and direct or indirect effects of the sharing economy. The main keywords were digital, value, industry, and labor in terms of infrastructure and structural change. Besides, the main topics were the protection of platform workers, the values of sharing services, digital paradigm, and platform regulations. Based on the results of the analysis, we derived four implications and suggestions such as researching structural frames in macroscopic contexts, generalizing case analysis, and technology supplementation by applying average and quantitative analysis methods, researching individual competency development to realize the essential symbiotic value of sustainability, and developing customized vocational education and training programs.

In venture creation research, studying 'entrepreneurial leadership' is important for uncovering and comprehending the underlying causal process in innovative behavior performance. Although previous studies provide that entrepreneurial leadership enhances followers' innovative behavior, there is few research on entrepreneurial leadership and followers' characteristics interaction. The present study's focus is paradoxical effects of entrepreneurial leadership on self-efficacy and innovative behavior. On the basis of individual regulatory focus, this study suggests that interaction effects of entrepreneurial leadership and followers' regulatory focus differed in promotion view and prevention view followers' innovative behavior. To strengthen the casual mechanism, this study conducted in priming experiment method using employees in SMEs. This study used a 2(entrepreneurial leadership vs. control) x 2 (regulatory focus: promotion vs. prevention) between-participants design. The results of this study provide that (1) Individuals in promotion focus especially benefited from entrepreneurial leadership in terms of its effect on their self-efficacy and innovative behavior; (2) whereas entrepreneurial leadership was negatively related to self-efficacy and innovative behavior of followers' prevention focus. In sum, results of the present study supporting evidence for hypotheses, combined effect of entrepreneurial leadership and regulatory focus on innovative behavior through self-efficacy. Experimental results confirmed hypotheses of this study, revealing that promotion focus show more innovative behavior than prevention focus when their leaders' leadership style is entrepreneurial leadership. Also, the paradoxical effect of entrepreneurial leadership and regulatory focus of followers on innovative behavior was mediated by followers' self-efficacy. This study helps explain how leaders' entrepreneurial leadership boost followers' innovative behavior, particularly for those employees who have promotion focus. The current study contributes to the theory of entrepreneurial leadership and regulatory focus and innovation literature. Findings of this study shed light on the organizational processes that shape innovative behavior in venture/startup corporations and provide contributions for venture business field.
