기업 운영에 있어서 인적자원의 중요성이 강조되고 있고, 많은 기업들이 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략으로 활용하고 있다. 기존의 연구들은 사업 운영과 관련하여 기업가정신의 중요성을 강조해왔다. 최근 들어 많은 기업들은 종업원들을 위해 일하기 좋은 근무환경 제공, 처우개선 등 다양한 방법을 활용하여 종업원들의 근무만족도를 높이고 이를 통해 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 사람중심의 기업가정신은 기업의 성과를 향상시키는 중요한 요소이다. 기업은 급격한 환경변화에 잘 적응함으로써 기회를 포착하고 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 그러기 위해 기업의 관리자들은 조직 내에서 기업가적 리더십을 발휘하여 조직의 성장과 발전에 필요한 기회를 포착하고 활용해야 한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 사업 중심의 기업가정신 대신에 사람중심 기업가정신 그리고 기회를 활용하고 포착하는 기업가적 리더십의 선행연구 검토와 실증분석을 통해 이론적 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 조사대상을 창업기업과 비창업기업으로 구분하고 사람중심 기업가정신과 기업가적 리더십이 제조분야 중소기업의 양면적 혁신활동에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 중소기업의 경영성과 개선에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

농약은 양면성을 갖고 있다. 즉 농약은 병해충 방제와 농촌의 노동력을 줄일 수 있는 측면에서 농업생산성 향상에 크게 기여하지만, 농약을 사용할 때 방심하거나 주의사항을 소홀히 하는 경우 농약중독 사고 등으로 농업인에게 건강과 경제적 피해를 주기도 한다. 이 같은 농약중독은 누간 겪을 수 있는 문제이므로 농업인은 농약중독 시 응급처리 방법에 대해 항상 숙지하였다가 신속히 대처해야 한다. 소개하는 농약에 노출된 형태에 따른 농약중독의 응급처치 방안을 잘 읽어보시고 잘 보이는 곳에 두고 잊지 않도록 한다.

오늘날 연성회로기판(FCCL : Flexible Copper Clad Laminate)은 디스플레이, 스마트폰, 자동차, 항공, 의료 기기, 산업용 컨트롤 기기 등 거의 모든 고급 전자 제품들에 사용되고 있다. 특히 디스플레이 분야에서는 뛰어난 연성과 내구성을 바탕으로 경박단소화에 유리할 뿐만 아니라 구동부에 적용이 가능한 장점 등으로 그 적용처가 점점 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 이 가운데서도 LCD와 OLED의 구동소자(Display Driver IC)를 장착하는 COF(Chip on Film)는 대표적인 연성회로기판(FCCL) 적용 부품으로서, 최근 인기를 끌고 있는 디스플레이의 제로-베젤(Zero-bezel)을 가능케 하는 핵심 부품이다. COF용 연성회로기판(FCCL) 소재로는 우수한 평탄도, 파인피치(Fine-pitch)구현성, 내굴곡성, 광투과성 등을 보유하고 있는 Sputtering Type FCCL이 사용되고 있다. 특히 최근 Display 분야의 화두가 되고 있는 POLED(Plastic-OLED) 패널을 장착한 Flexible Mobile 디스플레이의 경우, 기존의 COG(Chip on Glass) 접합방식이 아닌 COF 접합방식을 채택하고 있으며, 기존의 단면 COF보다 3배의 고해상도 구현이 가능한 양면 COF를 채택하기에 이르렀다. 기존의 COF 제작공정과 달리 Semi Additive 공정으로 제작되는 양면 COF 시장의 태동으로 양면 연성회로기판(FCCL)의 수요 증가가 예상되는 등 최근 디스플레이 기술 발전은 소재 분야에도 큰 변화를 잉태하고 있다. 이러한 최근 디스플레이 업계의 고해상도, 고속 신호 전송, 슬림화, Flexible 추세에 대응 가능한 최적의 특성을 보유하고 있는 Sputtering Type FCCL을 중심으로 디스플레이의 발전에 대응하는 소재의 기술 개발 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

Kon Satoshi is a representative animation film director who explores human's intrinsic self-identity based on ambivalence and delivers a message for self-reflection of entity. The aim of this study is to analyze the persona of character according to the way how a self incorporates with another self in his film; that is to say, how a mask of the personality expresses and realizes itself from the perspectives of the Jung's analytical psychology. The persona, defined as the upmost external personality, involves social behavior playing a specific role to establish constant relationship with others in a society. With increasing demand in a society, individuals get to adapt to outer environment by playing his/her given role in various masks of personality. In this way, although persona acts as a major function in relationship with outer world, it would exert a negative influence on formation of self-identity because of the inconsistency between consciousness and unconsciousness when immersed only in mask of personality, complying excessively with the demand of group. However, persona does not always have a negative effect on relationships. Developed adequately to fulfill its social function, persona is helpful to establish a healthy self-identity with balanced control between inner world of unconsciousness and outer world of consciousness. From these perspectives, this study can identify how the desire of mask hidden inside of each character expresses to function in a positive or negative way by analyzing characters in the film according to integrated pattern and correlation between consciousness and unconsciousness. Additionally, I hope that the psychological research methods in this study will be full of help for interpreting on a character analysis as a theoretical approach.

With rapidly changing technological implementation of operating systems of businesses, the Ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA) of the Republic of Korea (ROK) has been undergoing digital transformation to its overall operations with the intent to innovate information and knowledge management (IKM) strategies since the mid-2000s. However, assessment as to the effectiveness of implemented IKM has been inadequately analyzed. This study aims to assess the concepts and limitations of the MOFA's current IKM strategies and the methods it employs to deliver its IKM framework, in light of strengthening the organizational ambidexterity and absorptive capacity, and also fostering organizational innovation through a qualitative study that involves interviews and analysis of reports from MOFA. The MOFA's IKM possesses dynamic capabilities to adapt to changing digital technologies. However, the institution's IKM is constrained by limitations associated with the utilization of the IKM system such as a structure that handles confidential documents and a lack of a collaborative system for IKM, and external limitations such as changes in the domestic political situation governing MOFA's priorities and the hierarchy of government organizations. Consequently, developing the organizational ambidexterity and absorptive capacity was not possible. To develop an IKM framework for organizational innovation, the MOFA must devise a way to minimize the impact of external changes by overcoming internal limitations. To that end, a detailed study on the development of a practically usable IKM system should include establishing a dialogue between job groups and enhancing employee competency in preparation for a changing environment.

압전소자의 초음파 진동을 구동원으로 하는 초음파 모터의 토오크 특성을 개선하기 위하여 양면 Teeth 구조를 가지는 진행파 여진용 고정자를 설계하고, 이를 유한요소해석 프로그램 ATILA-GID를 이용하여 변위분포를 해석하였다. 한 면에만 Teeth 구조를 가지는 기존의 고정자를 이용한 초음파 모터가 소형화, 제한된 토오크 응용분야에 있어서 Direct drive actuation을 위한 발판을 마련해 주었다면, 본 연구에서 제안하는 양면 Teeth 구조의 고정자는 토오크와 효율, 출력특성의 개선과 함께 구조적인 특성에서 기인하는 온도 안정성에 의하여 그 응용분야의 확대를 기대할 수 있다.

지금까지 인터넷 망의 공개성과 중립성이 콘텐츠와 응용 서비스의 활력과 발전을 가져온 것이 사실이지만, 기술적 측면에서 보면 차별화의 행위 중에는 유익한 면과 시장에 해가 되는 양면성을 지니고 있다. 망중립성 규제의 내용과 범위에 따라 이해관계자의 대응방향을 모의상황을 통해 추정해보고, 정책의 방향을 모색해보는 것은 중요한 의미를 가진다. 모의상황 설정에서 초점을 둔 것은 규제정책의 범위에 따른 상호 거래관계, 혁신기회, 거래비용, 도입비용 등의 동태이다. 결론은 기술의 빠른 발전에 의한 미래의 불확실성이 완벽한 망중립성을 주장하는 것을 어렵게 한다. 한편, 차별화(discrimination)와 차등화(differentiation)의 경제적 의미는 다르지만, 망중립성 규제의 옹호론자들은 두 가지 모두 차별화의 범주에 넣어 규제하려 한다. 이러한 시각의 차이는 논쟁을 핵심으로부터 벗어나게 하는 원인이 되고 있다. 망사업자의 차별화를 제한함에 있어 정책의 올바른 방향은 차별화의 행위가 갖는 유용한 면과 위해한 면의 균형을 이루는 것이 핵심 과제이다.

새로운 개념은 늘 기회와 위기라는 양면성을 띠고 있다. 최근에 등장한 인트라넷도 기존의 클라이언트/서버 개념을 대체할 것으로 인정되고 있기는 하지만, 그 개념의 정립조차도 확실하지 않은 지금의 상태에서는 인트라넷이 어떤 기업에게 기회로 작용하기 보다는 위기로 작용할 가능성이 크다고 볼수 있다. 인트라넷을 새로운 사업이나 조직혁신의 기회로 삼기 위해서는 인트라넷에 대한 구축담당자의 분명한 이해와 사전 고려사항들에 대한 숙지가 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 고는 이러한 차원에서 인트라넷에 대한 정의를 분명히 하고, 그 사례와 구축방법론을 살펴본후 , 사전 고려사항에 대해서 논하고자 한다.

주지하는 바와 같이 일본의 경제는 최근 수년간 타의 추종을 불허할 만큼 급속도로 발전을 거듭해 오고 있다. 그러나 일본의 과학기술계는 좀 다른 양상을 보이고 있는데 대학은 변화가 대단히 느린 반면 산업계는 최첨단의 기초연구소까지도 거느릴 만큼 급속한 변화를 보이고 있다고 하는 양면성이 바로 그것이다. 미국의 종합과학전문지「Science」는 최근호(1992년 10월23일자 발행)에서 이러한 일본과학기술계의 현황과 전망을 특집으로 다루었다. 다음은 그 내용을 간추린 것으로 지난호에 대학에서의 기초연구에 이어 「산업계에서의 기초연구」와 「일본과학의 전망」을 발췌, 소개한다.

주파수조정예비력은 부하변동에 대응하여 주파수를 안정되게 유지하기 위한 예비력이다. 주파수조정예비력은 전력품질 향상과 공급신뢰도 유지를 위해서는 많이 확보하는 것이 유리하다. 반면에 경제적인 측면에서는 많이 확보하는 것이 불리하게 되는 양면성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 계통운영 실절자료를 이용하여 적정주파수조정예비력 산정 방안을 제시한다.
