Effects of Service Convenience on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention by Korail Talk App Users among Korail Passengers (코레일 앱 이용자의 서비스편의성이 코레일 앱 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service convenience on customer satisfaction and reuse intention by 200 passengers using a Korail talk app. The result of the analysis showed that service convenience was positively correlated with satisfaction in Korail customers using the Korail talk app. Also, customer satisfaction with service convenience had a positive effect on reuse intention in these users. However, service convenience was not significantly correlated with customer's reuse intention. The results of this study suggest that it is important for Korail to offer improved service convenience for Korail talk app users consistently in order to improve customer satisfaction and reuse intention by Korail passengers.

  • The study, based on existing studies, explored influencing relationship, suggesting app service quality and user reviews as previous elements to affect use satisfaction about users' comments based on big data and reuse intention. The study includes a comparative analysis of existing studies. Based on such analysis results, the authors looked into app service quality elements perceived by gourmet restaurant app users and the role of user reviews, and suggested practical implications that can help the development and operation of gourmet restaurant app contents. The study subjects were male and female consumers who over 20 years old throughout Korea who had not a searched smartphone gourmet restaurant app in the three months preceding the survey. The subjects were selected from consumers who search the restaurantsby using restaurant apps like Mango plate, Dining code, Hot place, and selecting restaurants. Among them, consumers with experience using restaurants were finally selected for the survey. According to the results, reliability, informativity, and system capability, among service quality, had positive influences on app use satisfaction, while design and mobility had no effect. App use satisfaction had positive influences on app reuse intention. User comment informativity played a controlling role. The study explored the importance of app service quality and user review informativity as elements that affect continued use of gourmet restaurant apps by dining-out consumers.

  • 본 연구는 교육현장의 교수자가 직접 앱 저작도구를 이용하여 교안 및 교육 내용을 개발하여 학생들이 시간과 장소에 상관없이 효율적인 학습을 하도록 하는데 있다. 현재 스마트폰이나 태블릿을 이용한 교육에 관심이 많으나 영역 전문가인 교사와 프로그램을 개발하는 개발자 사이에 의사 교환의 어려움 등으로 인해, 만족스러운 양과 질의 컨텐츠 개발이 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서 교수자는 앱을 프로그래머에 의뢰하지 않고 저작도구를 이용하여 DIY(Do It Yourself) 앱을 개발함으로서 학습내용을 충분히 만족하며, 강의 진행중에서 컨텐츠 변경이 용이하며, 교수자와 학습자와의 커뮤니케이션의 효과와 학습능률을 높이고자 한다.

  • Real estate brokerage app service is an emerging online-to-offline (O2O) business model. This study analyze the relationship between the satisfaction and reuse of real estate app services through a survey of experienced users of the application. The results show that "ease of use" and "usefulness" of the online app service positively affect customer satisfaction and eventually affects reuse. Moreover, ease of use and usefulness of the offline brokerage introduced by the application positively affects customer satisfaction and eventually affects reuse too. One meaningful finding is the stronger impact of usefulness on customer satisfaction than that of ease of use in both online and offline situations. This finding implies that the value of usefulness is bigger than that of ease of use because of users who purposely use the application to find relevant real estates. The effect of online customer satisfaction on reuse is slightly higher than that of offline. This finding suggests that need to develop a strategy for online applications that focuses on enhancing the usefulness of real estate brokerage app services in the O2O market.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of service quality and usage review of smartphone Maiib application(apps) on satisfaction, and reuse intention, convenience sampling method was employed and survey was conducted during the 15th of September, 2015 to the 30th on October as perceived by smartphone Maiib app users. Total of 312 responses were collected, and 295 usable data were used for statistical analysis excluding missing data. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and SEM were used to verify the hypothesis. The results from this study are as follows: first, reliability, empathy, usefulness of service quality significantly impact on Majib app satisfaction except informativeness and mobility; second, review assentation of the usage review characteristics significantly impact on Majib app satisfaction but review usefulness of the usage review characteristics significantly did not influence on Majib app satisfaction; third, smartphone Majib app satisfaction critically influences on reuse intention. Based on these results, current study can contribute to verify useful information is very important antecedent to construct the effective marketing strategy by smartphone app.

  • This study attempted to identify differences in user experience and app game fun, satisfaction, use intention between fitness app games at different level of interaction design. The playtesting method was conducted on 100(male 50, female 50) university students using 'Enjoy Your Fitness', a fitness app game developed by The Center for Health Communication Studies. The results found that more interactive app game is higher in the level of user experience such as fitness accomplishment, flow, and interest. Fitness app game's fun, satisfaction, use intention is also higher on interactive fitness app game. As the study verified that interactive fitness app game had stronger effects in user fitness experience and user experience than general fitness app games through experimental studies, it may contribute to design fitness mobile app game for health improvement.

  • Mobile devices are generally using app images which are artificially designed. Accordingly, this paper presents adjusting device brightness based on app image categorization for enhancing the visibility under various light condition. First, the proposed method performed two prior subjective tests under various lighting conditions for selecting features of app images concerning visibility and for selecting satisfactory range of device brightness for each app image. Then, the relationship between selected features of app image and satisfactory range of device brightness is analyzed. Next, app images are categorized by using two features of average brightness of app image and distribution ratio of advanced colors that are related to satisfaction range of device brightness. Then, optimal device brightness for each category is selected by having the maximum frequency of satisfaction device brightness. Experimental results show that the categorized app images with optimal device brightness have high satisfaction ratio under various light conditions.

Analysis of usage decision factors based on the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications (스마트 시니어의 스마트폰 배달 애플리케이션 만족도 기반 이용결정요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications. We established the hypothesis by dividing the factors that will affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications into the characteristics of the delivery app and the personal characteristics of the smart senior. In order to verify the hypothesis, we surveyed adult men and women aged 50 to 65 years old who had experience using delivery apps, and we performed confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis to perform statistical processing for data analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, we found that usefulness among the characteristics of delivery app had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Second, we found that social empathy among the personal characteristics of smart seniors had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Third, we found that delivery app satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on reuse intention. Based on research result, we suggested that in order to improve the satisfaction and use of delivery app by smart seniors, it is necessary to develop delivery app that can be usefully used by smart seniors and focus on social empathy.

  • 본 논문에서는 네트워크의 발전과 빅 데이터 등의 차세대 기술에 발맞추어 단방향적 정보전달이 아닌, 고객 중심의 고객만족 서비스를 제안하고자 하나의 앱을 제작한다. 뷰티 캐스터 앱은 사용자들의 기본정보, 환경정보, 외부정보를 통합 분석한 '개인별 뷰티지수' 산출 등의 개인 정보 서비스와 함께 개인별 뷰티지수를 활용한 'Auto-counselling' 제공하고, 사용자의 정보로부터 획득한 히스토리를 분석하여 맞춤형 Commerce를 구성한다. 이러한 뷰티 캐스터 앱은 실제 코스메틱 기업에서 활용 가능하여 어플리케이션 상용화 시, 정보를 제공하는 기업과 기능을 제공하는 뷰티 캐스터 모두 이익을 얻을 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 뷰티 캐스터는 빅 데이터를 기반으로한 사용자의 니즈 파악이 빠른 어플리케이션 이므로 사용자들의 구매에 따라 컨텐츠가 변화하기 때문에 고객들이 원하는 정보를 빠르게 습득하여 전달 할 수 있다. 또한, 뷰티 지수의 고도화를 통한 '대한민국 코스메틱 지표화'를 기대하여 그 지표를 통해 고객들의 코스메틱 구매 기준을 마련할 수 있다.

  • This study investigates the behavior of users using delivery apps as non-face-to-face lifestyles accelerated due to the 4th industrial revolution era and Covid 19. Specifically, this study examines the effect of customers' perceived service quality on the conversion cost, customer satisfaction, and continuous use intention. Based on the results, the main purpose of this study is to provide useful information and implications for entrants (restaurants) who have signed up and operated and platforms that connect customers, restaurants, and delivery people.
