  • Agile development methods regards an interaction among software developers, operating softwares, and cooperation with customers as its main value. Most of the developing processes undergo a procedure called tailoring to meet the relevant project. Yet, in reality, projects run in disorder due to their overlap with other methods and management processes. As a result, the advantages of agile process cannot be fully used. So, the information system audit has an important role to detect these problems and improve the qualities of agile application projects. Also, researches should be conducted on Agile-based Iformation System Audit Model in order to enhance the effectiveness of agile projects. This paper suggests a model for an information system audit that applied agile developing methods. This model proposes audit domains and check lists for agile-based information system. In order to verify the suitability of the suggested model, more than 89.3% of the checklists were verified as suitable in all domains.

  • 송전선로에 절연물로 사용되는 애자는 설치 이후 장시간 사용에 따라 고전압 스트레스, 기계적 스트레스, 열 및 환경 스트레스 등으로 열화가 진행되기 때문에 안정적인 전력설비 운영을 위하여 활건 애자 비파괴 열화 상태 점검이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 비파괴 상태 진단 감시 기술인 주파수 응답 함수 측정을 통한 고유 진동수 분석을 통하여 현재 활선 애자로 사용되고 있는 NGK210, KRI210, NGK300 및 KRI300 4가지 종류 애자의 동특성 실험을 수행하였으며, 이를 통하여 애자의 결함이 발생하였을 때 고유진동수 변화를 분석하였다.

Development of Robot System for Automatic Cleaning and Inspection of Live-line Suspension Insulator Strings and Its Application (활선 현수애자련 자동 청소 및 점검용 로봇시스템의 개발과 적용)

  • To prevent an insulator failure, an automatic cleaning and inspection robot was developed for suspension insulator strings. The robot autonomously moves along the insulator string using the clamps installed on its two moving frames. Especially, unlike the existing cleaning robots using jets of water, the robot system adopts a dry cleaning method using rotating brushes and a circular motion guide. In addition, a mechanized brush bristles and a voltage-balancing contactor are devised to increase cleaning efficiency and to prevent arc generation under live-line conditions, respectively. We confirmed its effectiveness through experiments.

  • A new cleaning robot system for live-line tension insulator string was developed to prevent an insulator failure, which can have severe effects on national security as well as national industry and economy. The robot moves along the insulator string using the clamps installed on its two moving frames. Especially, unlike the existing cleaning robots using jets of water or water/air, the robot system adopts dry cleaning method using a rotating brush and a circular motion guide. This robot system has control architecture consisting of a master control unit and two slave control units. We confirmed its effectiveness through experiments.

  • To prevent an insulator failure, a new inspection system is presented for 154kV insulator strings. The inspection system detects fault insulators by measuring resistance and voltage of each insulators in the 154kV insulator string. The inspection instrument obtains autonomously insulation resistance and assigned voltage along the insulator string. The insulator inspection instrument is manipulated by two operators. In addition, a set of mechanism is applied to prevent the system from being reset under live-line condition. We confirmed its effectiveness through experiments.

  • 변압기 1차측에는 과부화 보호를 위한 고압 컷 아웃이 사용되고 여기에 텐션형 퓨즈가 장착되어 있다. 고압 컷 아웃은 전류개폐능력 관계로 300kVA 이하인 변압기에 사용된다. 변압기 운전중은 고압 컷 아웃의 내부점검을 할 수 없기 때문에 통상은 눈으로 외시점검을 하는 것이 일반적이다. 고압 컷 아웃의 사고로는 퓨즈 용단, 애자부의 균열, 오손 등으로 인한 지락이나 접촉 칼날부의 접촉 불량, 본체의 파손 등이 있다. 이러한 사고를 사전에 발견하기는 곤란한 경우가 많은 것 같다. 이러한 사고를 사전에 발견하기는 곤란한 경우가 많은 것 같다. 다음은 고압 컷 아웃이 파손해서 정전된 사례이다.

  • This paper proposed an application of agile management method to resolve the electrical system issues identified during the mass production phase of aged aircraft performance improvement. The proposed method was applied from issue analysis to on-site verification and testing stage, before the formal configuration control process. At this time, the project was carried out by setting a sprint period to complete the verification according to requirements through daily scrum and sprint review. As a result, It was verified that the wiring installation of the aircraft, which was the output of the sprint, met requirements within the defined sprint period.

  • A new live-line insulator tester was developed to detect faulty insulators in 154kV power transmission lines. This paper is the first part of the two-part paper and deals with its tester development. The developed tester has the following characteristics. First, it automates parts of the insulator inspection process by using a sensor and an actuator, and secondly, it sustains its weight by itself, not by a lineman. Finally, it measures the insulation resistance of an insulator together with its distribution voltage to provide more information for its analysis and diagnosis. These leads to the improvement of its operation efficiency, measurement reliability and usability. Its effectiveness was validated by live-line field tests in actual power lines.

  • Software globalization is becoming more important worldwide but little is known about how globalization technologies are actually carried out in the Korean software industry. In this paper, we have designed Globalization Quality Management (GQM) framework and applied the framework to the industry domestically for the first time. GQM provides a structured and effective way for software organizations to adopt globalization practices and evaluate the results. GQM consists of three main components: 1) software quality management process, 2) globalization support model and 3) globalization assessment model. This framework also supports both plan-driven and iterative/incremental development methods. On the basis of the GQM, a survey study was conducted among software engineering professionals, gathering the data from 31 IT companies across 7 large-scale projects in Korea. The result indicate that the evaluation score for globalization capability is 2.47 and global readiness is 2.55 out of 5 points. Also It said that internationalized product design (32.9%) and global/local product requirements analysis (28%) are needed to be taken care of first.

  • In our previous paper, we developed an insulator inspection robot system for a suspension insulator string in the 345kV power transmission line. However, this robot cannot be applied to a tension insulator string, because its constituent insulators are different in diameter and height from those of a suspension insulator string. To solve this problem, we developed a new live-line insulator inspection robot system that is applicable to both suspension and tension insulator strings. We confirmed its effectiveness through live-line performance tests.
