This study suggested a method to increase the quality of chest compressions in patients with cardiac arrest during transport. When providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation to a cardiac arrest patient in the pre-hospital phase, the quality of chest compressions should be improved by using a three-point fixed belt to the ambulance. Because the quality of the chest compression was increased when the 119 paramedic wears a 3-point fixed belt in addition to the chest compression method. Also, paramedics are less likely to be at risk. Therefore, if a 3-point fixed belt is worn in an ambulance during transport, 119 paramedics will be able to secure safety and provide high-quality chest compressions to cardiac arrest patients.

This study provides product survey data for the development of medical compression stockings. An investigation analyzed imported medical compression stockings of 40 brands from 6 countries sold in the Korean market, such as Jobst$^{(R)}$, Therafirm$^{(R)}$, Rxtar$^{(R)}$, Varicoin$^{(R)}$, and Sheer&Soft (USA), Sigvaris Venosan$^{(R)}$ 4000 (Switzerland), Best$^{(R)}$ and Segreta$^{(R)}$ (Italy), Venex$^{(R)}$, Star cotton, Doktus$^{(R)}$, Maxis$^{(R)}$, Maxis$^{(R)}$ Cotton, Lastofa$^{(R)}$, and Memory Aloe Vera (Germany), and Gunze (Japan), Venos and Yolanda (Taiwan). The main fibers of compression stockings were nylon and spandex; in addition, the fiber content was different by country and brand. The number of compression classes of imported products was USA (5), Italy (5), Germany (4), Switzerland (3), Japan (3), and Taiwan (3). For basic body measurements, USA and Swiss brands used ankle circumference, calf circumference, thigh circumference, calf length, and thigh length. Italian brands used height and weight, and Japanese brands used height and hip circumference. German brands used subdivided circumferences such as ankle circumference, calf circumference, knee circumference, middle thigh circumference, and thigh circumference.

A special medical compression garment has been developed to be worn after surgery or treatment using an elastic fiber in which the amount of compression can be adjusted to a specified targeted area to reduce the formation of hypertrophic scarring. In order to develop this medical compression garments, specialized technical skill in fiber, compression class and body measurements are needed. This study provides product survey data for the development of medical compression garments. An investigation analyzed medical compression garments of 16 brands from 6 countries sold in the Korean market & online, such as Make Me Heal, Jobst, Bio Concepts, Design Veronique$^{(R)}$ Nouvelle and Leonisa$^{(R)}$ (USA), Respire(Germany), Malcom$^{(R)}$, Holistic garments and Jobskin(UK), Technomed, kanav Healthcare and Sindhoori surgicals(India), Soo medical and C&C medical(Korea), Secondskin(Australia). The main fibers of compression garments were nylon and spandex: in addition, the fiber content was different by country and brand. The number of compression classes of products was USA(4), UK(4), and India(4). For body measurements, USA and many brands used (bust, under bust, waist, hip, thigh, knee, calf, ankle, upper arm, elbow, wrist, armhole bicep) circumference and length.

본(本) 연구에서는 에너지절약을 위한 주요 정책수단(政策手段)인 저리융자나 세제감면 또는 특별감가상각 인정 등 에너지절약 비용측면의 금융 세제지원이라는 과인성(課引性)정책과, 에너지수요조절를 위한 에너지가격 규제해제(energy price deregulation)나 에너지세(稅)의 추가부과 등 가격관리(조세) 정책의 경제적 효과를 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 에너지세(稅)부과의 경우 과세단계별 효과분석을 통하여 바람직한 과세포인트를 선택하고, 이를 통하여 현행 에너지절약 지원(支援)정책이나 에너지가격 및 조세체계에 대한 개선방향을 모색하였다. 분석결과, 약간의 물가상승 압박효과를 감수하더라도 에너지가격통제 해제나 에너지세 부과가 금융 세제지원제도에 비하여 에너지절약에 있어 그 효과가 크게 나타났다. 또한 에너지과세의 경우 그 대상과 실행시기에 대해서도 신축성을 기하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타나 에너지의 소비감소라는 효율성 측면과 함께 수반되는 물가압박요인을 고려하여 신중히 결정되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 그렇지만 단기적으로 에너지가격의 상승을 감수하더라도 DSM 프로그램비용을 자본화해 나감으로써 점진적으로 가격상승요인을 흡수하고 효과적인 에너지소비의 절약을 통하여 국민경제의 에너지비용을 줄여나갈 수 있는 종합적인 에너지대책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

This study measured and analyzed pressure at each measurement part of imported compression stockings sold in Korea to provide basic information to establish a pressure standard and grade ranking. This study used 40 medical compression stockings imported from 6 countries. Pressure measurements were taken at 11 points: front side and back side of ankle, end-point of the gastrocnemius muscle, front, inner side, back, and outer side of calf, back side of below knew girth, inner side, and outer side of mid-thigh girth, and inner side of thigh girth. AMI 3037-10 and AMI 3037-2 were used for measurements taken inside an environmental chamber at a temperature of $21^{\circ}C$ and a relative humidity (RH) of 65%. For the measurements, 11 air pack sensors were attached to a wooden model leg (Hohenstein) and three measurements were taken at each measurement point in three minutes. The average of these measurements was used for analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. As for the front side of the ankle, of the 40 products, 14 products (6 USA, 2 Swiss, 3 Italian, and 2 Taiwanese) were within the pressure range indicated on the product label; however, no German products fell within the pressure range. A total of 8 products (5 USA, 1 Swiss, 1 Italian, and 1 German) were gradient compression type; however, no Japanese or Taiwanese product were of this type. The majority of products had the highest pressure at the end-point of the gastrocnemius muscle. Only 3 products, 1 USA (Jobst Opaque 30-40mmHg), 1 Swiss (Sigvaris Cotton 34-46mmHg) and 1 Italian (Jobstocking 25-32mmHg), had measurements that met the indicated standard pressure, were a gradient compression type, and met the overall standard for compression stockings.

기본인명구조술은 의식이 없는 환자를 발견한 후 구조를 요청하고 기도유지, 구조호흡, 흉부압박을 시행하는 심폐 소생술의 초기단계이다. 이번 호에는 심정지가 의심되는 환자를 발견하였을 때의 행동요령과 심폐소생술에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 심정지의 발생은 예측이 불가능하며 심정지가 발생한 후 4~6분이 경과하면 치명적인 뇌손상이 발생하므로 환자가 발생한 현장에서부터 목격자에 의한 심폐소생술을 시행함으로써 폐와 심장의 기능을 유지하고, 뇌의 생리학적 사망을 연장시켜 심정지 환자의 생명을 살릴 수 있다. 그러므로 환자발견 현장에서 빠른 시간 내에 심폐소생술을 시행하는 것이 중요하다. 응급의료 선진국에서는 현장에서의 빠른 응급처치로 인해 20%의 생명을 살릴 수 있는 반면, 우리나라는 4%에 불과하다.

가락동 농수산물도매시장은 지난 1985년 개설된 국내 최초 공영도매시장이자 연간 230만톤 거래 규모의 세계 최대 도매시장으로 서울시민 농수산 먹거리의 약 50%를 담당하고 있으며 전국 공영도매시장 물량의 약 33%를 처리하는 등 전국 농수산물 유통의 중추 기능을 담당하고 있다. 가락시장은 5,000여개 유통업체가 영업 중이며 하루 이용객은 13만명, 출입차량은 6만7,000대에 달할 정도로 과부하를 겪고 있다. 또한 도시 주거환경을 저해하는 혐오시설로 치부돼 이전 압박을 받아왔으며 전반적인 시설 노후화와 유통 수요에 부적합한 물류구조, 주변 교통정체 야기 등의 문제로 시설현대화 필요성도 제기되어 왔다. 이에 따라 서울시농수산식품공사가 지난 2009년 재건축을 통한 시설현대화 사업을 발표하고 기존의 시장 기능을 유지하면서 재건축을 하는 순환식 시설현대화 사업을 3단계(당초 계획은 2009년~2018년까지 10년 예상했으나 가락시장 계획변경 타당성 검토용역 결과에 따라 2025년까지 지연될 것으로 예상됨)에 걸쳐 추진키로 했다. 이에 따라 1단계 사업은 지난 2011년 6월부터 진행되어 2015년 2월 준공 예정이다. 본지는 가락시장 시설현대화 1단계 공사에서 기계설비 및 소방공사를 담당한 (주)성아테크(대표 정해돈) 이완식 현장소장과 시공사인 대림산업(주) 박승재 현장소장을 만나 현장 이야기를 들어 보았다.

This study analyzed the effects of situational factors and perceived uncertainty on purchase delay behaviors of internet consumers. The survey was conducted from internet consumers in the Seoul Metropolitan areas, and 394 responses were used in the data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the negative experience and avoid regrets of the situational factors had a positive impact on overall purchase delay. The time pressure, changeability about purchase, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on payment stage delay. Also, the time pressure, negative experience and avoid regrets had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Second, all factors of perceived uncertainty had a positive impact on overall purchase delay and payment stage delay. In addition, the information uncertainty and psychological uncertainty had a positive impact on shopping cart abandonment. Therefore, this study is contributing to the diversification of internet study, and it is provide useful information on the customer management and marketing strategy of internet shopping malls.
