Firstly, medial rotation and lateral rotation is when moving a hand inward and outward, while raising a hand with the elbow parallelizing to body, while the shoulder aligning with the body. We would like to identify treatments when either medial rotation or lateral rotation causes pain, or when the rotation lacks of measurement angle, when measured.

The shoulder refers to the area connecting the human torso and arms, and plays a key role in moving both arms. In particular, it plays the most important role in sending both hands behind the head or away from our bodies. In this paper, we measure the angles of the medial and lateral rotations of the arm from the shoulder, identify the symptoms associated with abnormalities, and propose ways to prevent these symptoms. The angle of medial rotation and lateral rotation of the upper limb in the shoulder is generally 70° ~ 90°. If the angle falls below the reference value or feels pain, something is wrong with the shoulder. In addition, a total of 100 people (50 men and 50 women each) were tested to determine patients with abnormalities.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for the shoulder strengthening exercise by analyzing the% MVIC of the muscle activity in the shoulder rotator cuff by the difference of the stance posture and the anatomical plane. 8male subjects were randomly assigned to perform the shoulder rotation exercise 10 times on the frontal plane, the horizontal plane, the sagittal plane and the two legs stance posture, the one leg stance posture, the lunge posture. Measured muscle activity of supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, anterior deltoid, rectus abdominis, erector supinea, pectoralis major, lattisimus dorsi during exercise. A repetitive one-way ANOVA was performed using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. First, during the external rotation on the frontal plane, the erector spinea was higher in the lunge posture than in the two legs stance posture and the one leg stance posture, And during the internal rotation on the frontal plane, the muscle activity of suprapinatus was higher in one leg stance posture than in the two legs stance posture and more so in the lunge posture. Second, during the external rotation on the horizontal plane, the muscle activity of deltoid anterior was higher in the one legs stance posture and in the lunge posture than in the two legs stance posture, and during the internal rotation on the horizontal plane, the muscle activity of infraspinatus was higher in the lunge posture than in the two legs stance posture and one leg posture, and the muscle activity of pectoralis major was higher in two leg stance posture than in the one legs stance posture and more so in the lunge posture. Third, during the external rotation on the sagittal plane, muscle activity of rectus abdominis was higher one leg stance posture in the lunge posture than in two leg stance posture. During the internal rotation on the sagittal plane, muscle activity of supraspinatus was higher one leg stance posture in the lunge posture than in two leg stance posture. And muscle activity of infraspinatus was higher in the lunge posture than in two leg stance posture, one leg stance. And muscle activity of Rectus abdominis was higher in the lunge posture and one leg stance posture than in the two legs stance posture. And muscle activity of Erector spinea was higher in the two legs stance postur and lunge posture than in the one leg stance posture. In conclusion, the differences in stance and shoulder anatomy have different effects on the muscle activity of the shoulder rotator exercises, and this is expected to be a more positive exercise program when applied to the shoulder strengthening exercise program.
The aim of this study was to determine the effects of movement control exercise of hip joint using visual EMG biofeedback on hip joint muscles in healthy adults. This study was nonequivalent one group Pre-post test design. Twenty-one healthy adults were participated in the study. all subjects conducted movemnet control exercise(MCE) using electromyography(EMG) biofeedback of hip joint durng 20 min. The outcome measures included surface eletromyography. Surface electromyography data were collected from the Gluteus medius (Gmed), Gluteus maximus (Gmax),and Tensor fasciae latae(TFL), rectus femoris(RF) during small knee bending (SKB) test. There was a significant difference in Gluteus maximus muscle activity between the pre-test and the post-test (p < 0.05). The findings suggest that Movement control exercise using EMG biofeedback for limiting hip internal rotation is effective in activating the hip external rotator muscles. in addition, this study showed that rehabilitation exercise combined with ICT convergence technology could be an effective intervention in clinical practice.

Subjects will flex and extend their knees in a prone posture while keeping the pelvis in a neutral state after having straightened the knees and hip. The angle of the manual measurement of an average person when bent is between $110^{\circ}{\sim}135^{\circ}$. If the person complains of pain at the time of flexion, it signifies the presence of abnormality in the knee joints and muscles. The number and proportion of the patients were measured through this experiment.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between vertical jump and lower extremity muscle strength of elementary school baseball players. This study subjects were conducted with a total of 40 subjects. Vertical jump was measured using a vertical jump gauge, and a hand held dynamometer was used to measure lower extremity muscle strength. For the measurement of lower extremity muscle strength, flexion·extension·adduction·abduction·internal rotaiton·external rotation of both hip joint, flexion·extension of both knee joint, dorsi flexion·plantar flexion of both ankle joint were measured. pearson's correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between vertical jump and lower extremity muscle strength. From these results, it was found that the stronger the leg muscles except for the plantar flexion, the higher the vertical jump was, indicating a positive correlation. In future studies, follow-up studies on the relationship between batting ability and vertical jump & lower extremity muscle strength are needed.

This study was conducted to develop an individualized upper extremity exercise program for patients after mastectomy and evaluate its effectiveness. A nonequivalent control-group pretest-posttest design was used for this investigation. Research participants were patients with breast cancer who underwent mastectomy at two university hospitals (experimental group, n=17; control group, n=16). The experimental group received an individualized upper extremity exercise program three times a week for 7 weeks. Data were analyzed by the ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, Mann-Whitney U-test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank test using SPSS WIN 21.0. Inter-group comparison revealed significant differences between pre-test and post-test in hands behind the back, flexion, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation, and grip strength. Moreover, the experimental group showed significant improvements in hands behind the back, flexion, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation, and grip strength relative to the control. In conclusion, the individualized upper extremity exercise program was shown to be an effective intervention to improve physical functions in upper limbs and shoulders. Therefore, this program should be applied to patients after mastectomy in clinics since many patients have suffered from decreased physical functions in upper extremities.
