  • 작년에 발생한 성수대교의 파손사고는 인적손실은 물론 경제적 그리고 사회적으로 심각한 영향을 미쳤다. 현재 수많은 공장에서 가동되고 있는 크레인 관련 시설들은 변동응력의 작용과 용접구 조물이라는 점에서 성수대교와 유사한 조건을 가지고 있다. 또한 그중에서 많은 부분은 설계시 에는 고려치 못했던 부하조건의 가혹화와 노후화 때문에 손상 가능성이 항상 존재하고 있다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 필자들은 설비의 예방정비 차원에서 크레인 거더 및 런웨이 거더의 안정성 평가에 주목하게 되었고 나름대로 얻은 경험을 지면에 정리하여 보았다.

  • In this paper, stability and transparency analysis for client/server haptic-based networked virtual environment (NVE) is introduced. From this analysis the appropriate communication structure for the more stable and transparent haptic interactions can be derived. Also, it is possible to expect and compensate the quality deterioration of haptic interactions according to certain network conditions In order to verify the usefulness of the analysis, simple haptic-based NVE application is implemented. For the stability verification, the vibration or strange movement of haptic interface and virtual object are measured under various network states. In addition, the usefulness of the proposed transparency analysis and network delay compensation scheme is verified by comparing distorted and compensated force feedbacks with real force feedback.

  • Liquid rocket combustion chamber must have high confidence in combustion performance and combustion stability. Expecially, an injector playing a part in the mixing of propellants is an important parameter to determine it. The present study was carried out in the viewpoint of combustion stability to evaluate the combustion stability characteristics of Coaxial Swirl Injector, using a model similarity method. Besides, in case of baffle applied to improve combustion stability, the effectiveness getting from changing the axial length and the gap of baffle was investigated.

  • 본 연구는 ANP법을 활용하여 전평시 군수지원 시스템에 대한 운용평가 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 평가를 위하여 본 연구에서는 군 실정에 부합한 평가기준 재정립하여 기준별 구체적인 평가방법을 제시하였다. 그에따라 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 시스템 운용의 최적조합을 판단하는 과정과 정수계획법을 통한 수리적 모델링으로 군수품의 배송비용에 대한 경제성 평가를 제시하였고 회귀분석을 통한 효용성 평가와 IPB에 의한 군수품 수송의 안정성 평가를 실시하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 각 평가 결과를 ANP법을 이용한 종합 평가치를 산출하여 전평시 지휘관 및 참모의 부대지휘절차간에 구체적인 방책구상 및 선정시 지휘관이 최적의 의사결정할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • This paper describes reinforcement method of reinforced earth wall near the abutment. The excessive displacement of a case affected by reduction of bearing capacity due to macro-environment condition like a coast. That is, the front displacement of reinforced earth wall has been happening continuously due to strength reduction of foundation ground. The micro pile is applied to reinforcement method, in order to secure a bearing capacity and global slope stability of reinforced earth wall. The results of numerical analysis confirmed that reinforcement method based on micro pile can secure a stability of structure, while the reconstruction of reinforced earth wall is impossible by construction and macro-environment condition.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the hydraulic stability of the vegetation mat method on high water revetment. Recently, the river is managed not only for the flood control also for the environmental friendliness. For improving the environmental function of the river, the ecological river restoration projects are being performed. To ensure the stability of flood control, instead of removal of concrete revetment, the vegetation mat method has been widely used on the recovery soil. However, the recovery soil method often failed to be stable against the flood, which has caused the economic loss. In this study, the rate of soil loss is evaluated by the hydraulic experiments. Also, the velocity distribution on high water revetment is analyzed by both the hydraulic and numerical experiments.

Study on the Seepage Forces Acting on the Tunnel Face with the Consideration of Tunnel Advance Rate (터널 굴진율을 고려한 막장에서의 침투력에 관한 연구)

  • The stability of a tunnel face is one of the most important factors in tunnel excavation. Especially, if a tunnel is located under groundwater level, groundwater may flow into the tunnel face and seepage forces acting on the tunnel face due to groundwater flow may affect seriously the stability of the tunnel face. Therefore, the seepage pressure at the tunnel face should be considered fir the proper design and safe construction of a tunnel. In this paper, the effect of tunnel advance rate on the seepage forces acting on the tunnel face was studied. The finite element program to analyze the groundwater flow around a tunnel with the consideration of tunnel advance rate was developed. Using the program, the parametric study for the effect of the tunnel advance rate and hydraulic characteristics of the ground on the seepage forces acting on the tunnel face was made. From this study, it was concluded that the tunnel advance rate must betaken into consideration as an additional parameter to assess the seepage forces at the tunnel face and a rational design methodology fer the assessment of support pressures required for maintaining the stability of the tunnel face was suggested for undetwater tunnels.

  • 스텔스 기능을 가진 군사용 항공기는 레이다 망의 추적을 피하기 위해 일반 냉각수 대신에 절연유를 냉각매체로 사용한다. 그러나 절연유는 물에 비하여 열전달특성이 매우 낮기 때문에 항공기 전기전자 기기/부품 발열부를 효과적으로 냉각시키지 못하는 한계성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 나노유체(Nanofluid) 개념을 이용하여 절연유에 알루미나 및 질화알루미늄 나노분말을 미랑 분산시킨 나노절연유를 제조하고 이것의 열전달특성을 순수 절연유의 그것과 비교 평가함으로써, 냉각특성이 크게 개선된 새로운 냉매로서의 적용 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 다만 나노절연유를 제조함에 있어서 가장 큰 장애물은 오일에 대한 분산성 확보에 있기 때문에, 비드밀 및 초음파를 이용한 나노분말 응집체의 습식분산 및 분산제를 이용한 친유성 표면개질을 동시에 수행함으로써 장시간 안정된 분산성을 확보하도록 노력하였다. 나노유체의 열전도도 및 대류열전달계수는 비정상열선법을 이용하여 측정하였으며, 유체 속의 분말 분산 상태는 원심력을 이용한 분산안정성 평가장치 및 cryo FE-SEM을 이용하여 확인하였다. 또한 분말 형상이 대류열전달에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 알루미나 나노분말은 구상과 침상의 분말을 모두 사용하였고, 질화알루미늄 외에 다이아몬드 나노절연유도 함께 제조, 평가함으로써 냉각 및 절연특성, 그리고 물리화학적 안정성이 우수하고 실적용 가능성이 가장 높은 재료를 도출하고자 하였다.

  • As the construction of trans infrastructure using the underground tunnel have been rapidly increased, various nearby excavation of existed underground facility including subway structure has been occurred in urban tunnelling. The concern and worry relating to the safety and stability of the existed facility by nearby excavation is becoming the key issues in urban tunnelling. In this study, it was conducted for existed the subway station structure at Seoul subway line which was closely located in the new Dongbuk urban metro railway to determine the behavior characteristics of station structure according to adjacent tunnel construction. Also, it was reviewed the evaluation of the safety zone and excavation method for subway structure. And after a review of damage evaluation, track irregularities and structural calculation by using a numerical analysis, stability of the subway structure according to nearby tunnel excavation was evaluated to be secured. This study is expected to be applied as useful reference in advance if you need to review the effects of existed structure according to nearby construction in complex urban tunnelling.

Assessment of influence of old mine gangway on stability of road tunnel in mine area (광산지역 도로 터널링에 있어 폐갱도가 터널 안정성에 미치는 영향 평가)

  • In the construction of the road tunnel in mine area, old mine gangways can cause the instability of the tunnel. In this case study, the field investigation is carried out to figure out the location of old gangways adjacent to the tunnel, and their influence on the tunnel stability is estimated according to the location pattern and rock condition by FLAC analysis. The grouting reinforcement of tunnel crown region and old gangway is suggested and its role on assurance of the tunnel stability is also verified. It can be said from this study that the effect of the old gangway on the stability of tunnel varies with the dimension of gangway, distance from the tunnel, rock condition and groundwater, and therefore these paramerter should be compositively considered in the assessment of the tunnel stability.
