With the rise of fintech services, the importance of UX Writing in digital channel is growing. However, there is a lack of research on how different types of UX Writing in fintech services specifically affect user's satisfaction. In order to determine the impact of UX Writing style in fintech services on user's satisfaction, this study used a 2x2 mixed design with using formality in Korean and financial jargon as independent variables to measure trust, conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness. The results showed that higher levels of conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness when not using jargon than using jargon. Using formality in Korean did not show a main effect for any of the dependent variables, but it was occurred that higher levels of conciseness, psychological stability, and completeness with using formality in Korean but not using jargon. The significance of this study is that it empirically verified how using formality and financial jargon in UX Writing of fintech services affects user satisfaction.

This study seeks to discuss the effects of social support, acceptance of disability, and the sense of economic stability on the part of parents of children with developmental disabilities who are receiving treatment and training at a child development center has on family function. A survey was given to 252 parents of children who were using the child development center in S city. In the relationship between social support and family function, the mediating effects of the disability acceptance and the social support, the disability acceptance and the family function were used to verify the adjustment effect of the economic stability. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of checking the moderating effect of economic stabilization, social support, family function, disability acceptance and family function did not show any effect on economic stability. Second, as a result of verifying whether the relationship between social support and family function is mediated by disability acceptance, disability acceptance partially mediated the relationship between social support and family function. This study is significant in that it provided basic data for the development of a program to help children with developmental disabilities function properly.

This study is focused on examining the use of information and communication technology among the factors that contribute to the psychological stability of the aged. To identify the appreciation and experience of information and communication technology, we have itemized mobile technology and internet technology which are the most broadly utilized technologies by the elderly, and suggested a methodology to measure the effects that information and communication technology have on their psychological stability. We surveyed more than 100 people over 55 year old in Seoul. The findings of the study showed that the group of users who use wired internet and mobile technology are less depressed and have more self-esteem than the group of non-users. It was also shown that the more skilled they are at utilizing the technology, the less feelings of depression and loneliness, and the more self-esteem they have.

The purpose of this study is to define the emotion that expressed in step animation and to quantify the intuitional expression of emotion that related step for using extract, measure, analysis the stimulate element about step. The survey of relation with 27 word of emotional expressions and 36 moving pictures of step sample is used for method of this test. The emotional mental structure is transferred to 2 dimensional planes as applying the results of analysis of integrated data using Quantification Method 3, which the integrated data is composed two axial - confidential axial and stabling axial. Analysis of distribution of 2 dimensional diagram shows that the second of the plane and the third of the plane have much data. However, the first of the plane and the forth of the plane have a little data. Through this kind of analysis of graph, it is difficult to express a different emotion between unstable the timidity mind and stable feel the timidity mind using only step analysis. Six difference types about physical elements affecting to emotion are selected and analyzed such as the paces of step, the rate of step, the movement angle of pelvis, the swing range of arm, angle of backbone and the lean angle of body. The result is that the rate of stop and the lean angle of body are the major element that effects to emotional stimulate of stop. This thesis argues about methods transforming subjective expression to objective and quantitative expression with the state of delicate emotion of character apply to step animation naturally. Those data to apply to multi-contents in future are the main target in this study.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational effect of learning mentoring conducted by EBS for elementary and middle school students, the changes in self-directed learning skills, emotional stability and learning effect were analyzed for 425 students who participated in the EBS learning mentoring. As a result, There was no statistically significant difference in the educational effect according to the mentoring service period, method, and frequency, and there was a statistically significant difference in self-directed learning ability according to the mentoring time. As a result of analyzing the effect of the perception of the mentor on the educational effect, the more positive the mentor and the more positive the mentor role, the higher the self-directed learning ability and emotional stability. As for the learning effect, mentoring satisfaction had the greatest influence on the learning effect of Korean, English, and mathematics. The mentor role was affecting the Korean language and mathematics. Therefore, in order to reduce the learning gap of underprivileged students in the distance learning situation, the EBS learning mentoring project should be continuously promoted, and the mentoring period and the number of students and teachers participating in mentoring should be significantly increased.
