As the construction of infrastructure using the underground tunnel in urban area have been rapidly increased, various accidents and collapses of tunnel including structure have been occurred in deep urban tunnelling. The concern and worry relating to the risk and safety of the tunnel during excavation is becoming the key issues in deep urban tunnelling. In this study, it was conducted for deep urban tunnel at GTX (Great Train Express) line which was located in Seoul metropolitan area to determine the risk characteristics for tunnel according to urban tunnelling. Also, it was reviewed the risk analysis and evaluation of the tunnel, shaft and station. And after a review of risk analysis and evaluation for risk register and hazard identification by using a risk matrix method, safety management of the tunnel according to excavation was evaluated to be secured. This study is expected to be applied as useful approach in deep urban tunnelling if you need to review the risk and safety management system of tunnel according to mitigation measures in complex urban tunnelling.

어선의 경우 어선운영자의 어선 자율정비 및 안전관리 능력이 미흡하고, 안전관리 수행 인력이 절대적으로 부족한 상태이다. 또한 어선 및 어선사업장의 지도 감독업무가 지방자치단체에 위임되어 있으나 인력 및 전문성 부족 등으로 개별어선에 대한 직접 관리가 곤란하여 어선 해양사고 예방을 위한 적극적 관리가 되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 국내 어선의 안전관리 현황과 문제점을 분석하여 수산업계에 대한 자율적인 안전관리체제의 구축 등 안전관리시스템 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

There are many CCTV cameras connected to the video surveillance and monitoring center for the safety of citizens, and it is difficult for a few monitoring agents to monitor many channels of videos. In this paper, we propose an intelligent video surveillance system utilizing a safety map to efficiently monitor many channels of CCTV camera videos. The safety map establishes the frequency of crime occurrence as a database, expresses the degree of crime risk and makes it possible for agents of the video surveillance center to pay attention when a woman enters the crime risk area. The proposed gender classification method is processed in the order of pedestrian detection, tracking and classification with deep training. The pedestrian detection and tracking uses Adaboost algorithm and probabilistic data association filter, respectively. In order to classify the gender of the pedestrian, relatively simple AlexNet is applied to determine gender. Experimental results show that the proposed gender classification method is more effective than the conventional algorithm. In addition, the results of implementation of intelligent video security system combined with safety map are introduced.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of safety culture on the safety consciousness and safety behaviors of manufacturing workers, and to suggest ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve safety consciousness and safety behavior. To achieve this research objective, out of 176 industrial complexes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province registered with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, workers at 50 industrial complexes, including the Korea Export-Industrial Complex and Seoul's Onsuji, were subject to research. The implementation of this survey distributed 300 questionnaires through the mid-level managers of manufacturers and environment safety and health managers over a period of one month from August 1st to 31st, 2019, finally statisticalizing the data in 282 parts excluding 18 questionnaires deemed to have been unresponsive. First, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and participation inducement) of the manufacturing workers. Second, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Third, safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) has a positive influence on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Fourth, the safety consciousness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) appears to have a partial mediating effect in relation to safety culture (safety climate, safety procedure) and safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. The implication of this study is that although the industrial accidents have occurred in the manufacturing industry in recent years, the studies on the workers in the manufacturing industry are insufficient. However, this study is meaningful that it has suggested ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve the safety consciousness and safety behavior by analyzing the effects of safety culture on safety consciousness and safety behavior of manufacturing workers.

Based on the case of Busan Port November anchorage, which is a group anchorage, related regulations to promote group anchorage safety management, the turning radius of anchored ship, and more accurate weather information collection and safety through improvement of the supporting system for VTS operations to apply the anchorage location in accordance with reality that it is a suggestion for management improvement methods.

본 연구는 급경사지 정비 사업 이후 현장을 재평가하고, 등급을 산정할 때 보강시설로 인한 등급 하락의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 역량 지표를 추가하여 12명의 전문가와 15개 지점에 대한 현장평가를 실시하였다. 15개 지점 중 11개소에서 점수가 변화되었으며, 6개의 지점에서 등급이 하락하였다. 등급의 변화가 크지 않아 개선해야 할 점이 있지만 본 연구는 향후 급경사지 등급 조정 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다

In spite of various safety measures, coastal safety accidents continue to occur, so this study focused on using drones as countermeasures. Municipalities that already have coasts have begun operating unmanned multicopters for coastal safety management. In particular, by connecting an unmanned multi-copter to the currently applied smart city safety net system, it is possible to transmit real-time images of the scene in case of emergency in the coastal area to the local government safety information center. It is also expected to contribute significantly to strengthening safety management in coastal waters through a more rapid response to safety accidents. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the use of drones as an alternative to the limitations of the domestic coastal safety system by investigating the state of coastal safety accidents and analyzing the state of domestic coastal safety systems. In addition, it is expected to be a key breakthrough in the coastal area safety system by proposing a model linking the Korean K-Drone system.

지난해 12월 30일자로 산업안전보건법이 개정 공포(법률 제 6847호)됨으로써 단순반복작업 또는 중량물 취급 등으로 인한 근골격계질환의 예방을 위한 법적 근거를 마련하게 되었다. 이에 따라, 해당 사업장에서는 무엇을 어떻게 준비를 해야하는지에 대한 구체적 준비사항을 문의해 오고 있으면 근골격계질환 예방 관련 규칙개정(안)에 대한 관심이 매우 높은 상태이다. 따라서, 본 법의 취지대로 사업장에서 근골격계질환 예방을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서 우선 사업장안전보건 관계자 및 근로자대표가 관련업무에 관해 무엇을 어떻게 수행해야 하는지를 구체적이고 명확하게 알아야만 책임을 지고 예방업무를 수행해 갈 수 있을 것이다.(중략)

This study investigated the efficacy and drawbacks of a trekking accident prevention programs of the Jirisan National Park using visitor survey data. In total, 394 visitors were surveyed at the entrances to Seongsamjae, Jungsanri, Baekmudong, and Ssanggyesa trails on both weekdays and weekends. The trekking accident prevention training course has not been widely publicized. Only 23.4 % of the survey respondents have participated the training course. The training course itself appears to be useful in that 51.1 % of the course participants positively responded the contents of the course, suggesting that, if well publicized, the program can help prevent trekking accident. The trekking time regulation was relatively well publicized. Of the survey respondents, 72.4 % were aware of this regulation, and 72.2 % of them agreed on applying this regulation to other national parks. Accident vulnerability analysis shows that respondents who were aware of the regulation tend to be more experienced and skilled in trekking and more prepared for accident than those who were not. Also, respondents who were satisfied more on park safety facilities tend to be more experienced and skilled in trekking and more prepared for accident.
