The purpose of this study is to identify the impact on patient safety management activities. In this study, 134 nurses from three local hospitals were investigated for patient safety culture recognition, patient safety capacity, and patient safety management activities, and the impact on patient safety management activities was thus attempted. The patient safety culture recognition level was 4.25/5, the patient safety capacity was 4.37/5, the patient safety management activity was 4.26/5, and the patient safety awareness and patient safety capability(r=.765, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Patient Safety Management Activity (r=.837, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Recognition of Patient Safety Culture(r=.728, p<.001) had a significant amount of correlation. Factors affecting patient safety management activities(β=.582, p<.001), Patient Safety Culture Recognition(β=.3632, p<.001), position(β=-.132, p=.009) Patient safety requires strengthening the capabilities of nurses and systematic training and evaluation of continuous patient safety activities.

본 연구는 산업안전에 관한 최근 연구동향이 Zohar(1980)의 안전분위기에 대한 연구를 계기로 조직특성으로서 안전분위기가 구성원들의 안전에 대한 태도와 지식에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로 안전사고를 영향을 미친다는 이론적 배경을 기반으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 강원 영서지역의 건설업에 종사하는 292명의 근로자를 대상으로 실증분석을 실시한 결과 첫째로 경영층몰입, 안전교육, 예방활동은 안전참여행동에 정의 영향을 미치며, 육체적 부담은 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로 안전분위기의 구성요소 중 경영층몰입, 예방활동, 안전규정과 안전참여행동의 관계는 연령에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 경영층 몰입이 안전참여행동은 미치는 영향력은 고연령층에서 더욱 긍정적임을 의미한다. 이러한 경향은 예방활동과 안전규정에 있어서도 같은 성향을 나타낸다는 것이다. 따라서 경영층몰입, 예방활동, 안전규정은 저연령층보다 상대적으로 고연령층에서 효과적임을 의미한다.

기업활동에 관한 행정규제의 완화 및 특례에 관한 사항을 규정하여 원활한 기업활동을 도모하고 국민경제의 건전한 발전에 기여함을 목적으로 하는"기업활동규제완화에 관한 특별조치법(1993.6.11.법률 제4560호)"의 제정으로 동법 제3장에서 규정하는 "안전관리자 등의 고용의무완화"에 따란 산업안전보건법 시행령이 1993.11.20.개정되고 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정하는 산업안전보건법 시행규칙 및 산업안전기준에 관한 규칙 및 산업안전기준에 관한 규칙 등이 1994년 3월29일자로 개정ㆍ공포되었다. 동개정내용 중 건설업과 관련되는 조문을 중심으로 해설함으로써 안전관리업무에 도움을 드리고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 건설현장 관계자들을 대상으로 위험인식이 작업환경과 안전문화에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하였다. 또한, 안전관리활동과 공사기간이 안전문화에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위험인식은 작업환경에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 작업환경은 안전문화에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 안전관리 활동은 안전문화에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 넷째, 공사기간은 안전문화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 안전관리 활동과 위험인식 간의 상관관계는 r=.61로, 위험인식과 공사기간은 r=.71로 안전관리 활동과 공사기간의 상관관계는 r=.59로 관계의 강도를 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to idenfy the factors affection patient safety management activity of small and medium-sized hospital nurses. The participants of this study were 191 nurses in 5 hospitals with less than 100-300 people and collected data by self-reported questionnaire.. Data were analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 program, As a results, significant postive correlations were founded among patient safety culture awareness, patient safety attitude, self-efficacy and patient safety management activities. And factors affecting patient safety management activities of small and medium hospital nurses were patient safety attitudes, self-efficacy, and patient safety culture awareness, and the explanatory power of these variables was 41.8%. Thus, it is proposed to develop education programs that can improve patient safety attitudes, self-efficacy, and patient safety culture awareness to promote patient safety management activities of small and medium hospital nurses.

생산설비의 메인티넌스(Maintenance) 활동을 통해서 철저하게 손실과낭비를 배제하는 것으로서 생산성의 향상을 꾀하는 것을 목표로 한 TPM활동 즉, 전원참가의 생산성 보전활동이 제창되어지고 있는데 최근 어려운 경제환경의 저하로 많은 화학공장이 그것에 관심을 가지고 도입하고 있다. TPM의 기본적인 이념과 구체적인 추진방법에 대해서 설명한다. TPM활동에 의해 생산성 향상의 측면에서 커다란 성과를 올릴 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 설비면과 운전면에서의 안전관리에도 효과가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

건설공사를 발주하는 공공기관은 대표이사 직속의 안전전담부서를 구성하고 있으나 순환보직 형태로 인력을 배치하여 안전보건에 관한 전문 지식이 부족하며, 여러 부서에서 안전관리 기준을 제정하거나 활동을하여 안전관리 체계에 혼선을 주고 있다. 또한 관리감독자들은 회사의 안전관리 기준을 제대로 인식하지 못하여 안전관리 활동이 원활하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 건설공사를 발주하는 공공기관의 안전관리 활동수준을 향상하기 위해서는 안전관리 조직, 안전관리 체계, 위험성평가에 대한 개선의 노력이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of patient safety competence and teamwork on patient safety management activities in operating room nurse. The survey was 110 nurses with in the operating room of the general hospital, using self-report questionnaire. Stepwise regression analysis were used. Older group and those with higher levels of education status were significantly associated with high scores on patient safety competence. Patient safety competence and safety management activities showed a significant positive correlation, and teamwork and safety management activities showed a significant positive correlation. Regression analysis showed that patient safety competence and awareness of teamwork had a significant impact on patient safety management activities and the explanatory power of these variables was 15.7%. In conclusion, efforts are needed to improve patient safety competence and teamwork in order to improve patient safety management activities in operating room nurse, and further studies on other variables affecting patient safety management activities are needed.

내항성능 해석 기반의 선박 해양활동지수에 관한 연구는 연근해에서 활동하는 30톤이하 선박에 대해 해양기상신호표지 정보 및 내항성능 해석 정보를 이용해서 선박의 안전한 해양활동 대책을 연구하는 것이다. 해양사고는 매년 증가 추세에 있으며 특히, 연근해 활동 소형선박의 사고가 해양사고의 많은 부분을 차지하고 있고 이러한 선박은 복원성 승인 및 유지 제외 선박(길이 24m 미만)으로 대부분으로 건조 시부터 폐선 시까지 해양활동에 대한 안전대책이 부족하여 사고로 인한 사망, 실종 등 인명손실이 많이 발생하고 있다. 선박의 해양활동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 해양기상정보는 여러 기관별 목적에 맞게 수집되고 있으나 활용도가 떨어지고 실제 기상과 다를 수 있으며 지역 및 지형에 따라서도 기상여건이 상이하므로 현지 실시간 기상정보를 활용한 선박에 대한 적극적인 안전한 해양활동 정보 지원이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 파고와 풍속 및 선박의 내항성능 해석 정보를 이용하여 30톤이하 선박에 대한 안전한 해양활동 대책을 강화하고자 함이다.

This study is a descriptive research study to identify the relevance of the occupational stress, safety control, and patient safety-related nursing activities of the nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service ward, and to check the effect of the occupational stress on safety control and patient safety-related nursing activities. From March 11 to April 17, 2019, 137 nurses who worked in comprehensive nursing care service ward at four general hospitals were studied. The results of this study suggest that occupational stress has a negative correlation with safety control and patient safety-related nursing activities, and occupational stress negatively affects safety control and patient safety-related nursing activities. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the work environment will be improved to reduce the occupational stress in order to promote the safety control and patient safety-related nursing activities of nurses in comprehensive nursing care service ward, and the development of various programs for occupational stress management will be necessary.
