It have been known that the probability of accidental happening in towing-barge is higher than that of other merchant vessels. Because the towing-barge is restricted in thier manoeuvring ability due to its towingline. A report from ministry maritime affairs and fisheries said that the rate of collision accident for towing-barge is $40\%$ high tlnn other transport system in sea. A number of researches have been carried out to improve the safety policy in the towing-barge sea transportation system by the gorvernment. This study examined the safety status in domestic towing-barge sea transportation system The registration status, safety operational policy and post accidental data were also examined A survey research of experts relating to towing-barge operation also was carried out to find the detailed of safety status. This study would be applicable to set up safety policy for towing-barge marine transportation system.

우리협회는 타이어 정비불량으로 인한 교통사고를 예방하고 올바른 타이어의 관리 및 사용방법을 홍보하고자 업계와 공동으로 타이어 안전사용 검사 및 서비스를 매년 실시하고 있다. 본고는 우리협회가 운전자들의 타이어 안전사용 관리에 관한 실태 파악을 위해 금년 $3{\sim}8$월까지 총 6회에 걸쳐 실시한 안전검사와 7, 8월에 실시한 타이어 안전관리에 대한 운전자의 관심도 설문조사 결과를 정리한 것이다.

본 연구는 미용업 분야를 헤어, 네일, 피부, 메이크업으로 나누어 사고재해 실태와 사용 제품에 대한 안전 인식도를 비교하기 위하여 수행되었다. 그 결과 근무하는 사업장의 작업 시 발생하는 유해요인으로는 분진, 근골격계, 화학물질 함유 제품의 유기용제 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 지난 1년 동안의 사고 및 재해는 26.3%가 경험한 것으로 파악되었다. 사고나 재해의 종류로는 베임, 인대 늘어남, 하지정맥류 등의 근골격계 이상이 가장 많았다. 미용업에서 사용되고 있는 제품의 화학물질 함유에 대한 인지도는 77.2%, 중금속 함유에 대하여 인지도는 59.1%로 나타났으며, 미용업 관련 제품의 표시사항(성분, 주의사항 등)에 대한 확인 여부는 '중요한 내용만 확인'한다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 화학물질에 대한 물질안전보건자료(MSDS)의 인지여부는 88.8%가 알지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 물질안전보건자료(MSDS)에 대한 인식도 및 사업장의 비치 여부가 낮은 것으로 파악되었다. 안전교육의 필요성은 73.6%로 높게 나타나 안전 교육에 대한 대책 마련이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 미용업 전반에 대한 사고재해 실태 및 안전의식에 관한 포괄적인 연구가 수행되어 미용업 근로자의 안전의식 고취와 정책적 안전관리 방안, 근로자 건강관리의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Recently, the risk of safety accidents in the coastal zone has been increased due to revitalization of marine leisure and tourism. The effective measures, however, to prevent safety accidents in the coastal zone have not taken with increasing rate of the accidents. The nature of land and sea should be taken into account properly when the countermeasures to prevent the safety accidents in the coastal zone are devised, since the characteristics of land and sea are mixed in the environmental condition of the coastal zone. Through the field survey, this study analyzes the current problems on the safety in the coastal zone. Also, it suggests the future direction of the safety standards in the coastal zone on the basis of the safety improvement direction in the coastal zone.

본 연구는 한국산업안전공단에서 구축한 종합위험관리체제(IRMS)의 추진경과, 운영조직체계, IRMS 효과, 개선사항 및 향후 발전방향 등 IRMS 사업의 전 분야를 재검토하여 문제점에 대한 개선방안과 중 장기 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 IRMS가 구축된 PSM 사업장에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IRMS 효과를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 교육, 조직, 정보공유, 전산화, 기타 부문에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 선진국의 안전관리 실태를 전망하고, 이를 통하여 IRMS 중 장기 발전방안 수립을 위한 추진방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to understand the dental hygienist's perception of dental materials and to understand the safety status of harmful chemicals. The study was conducted from January to February 2015 for 250 dental hygienists working in Gwangju Metropolitan City. as a result, the degree of recognition of MSDS for dental materials was higher with age (P <0.05) and higher in dental hygienist (P <0.001) working at dental hospital. (P <0.001), and the factors affecting the perception of first aid treatment were positively correlated with experience of hazard education (P <0.001). Therefore, by understanding the MSDS awareness of dental materials by dental hygienists and the safety situation in the handling of hazardous chemical substances, we provide basic data for establishing proper recognition of safety in the handling of harmful chemical substances and developing educational programs to prevent accidents.

국가 정보보안 정책 이행실태 확인을 통해 각급기관이 체계적으로 정보보안 업무를 수행토록 지원하고 국가 공공기관 종사자의 보안의식을 함양함으로써 각급기관 정보보안 수준 제고 및 국가 사이버안전 확보한다. 공공기관을 감독하는 주무 행정기관에 공공기관 보안평가 결과 통보, 부처 산하기관 대상 정보보안 관리 강화한다. 보안평가 우수기관 대상 보안업무 유공포상 실시하며 보안평가 결과는 국가 정보보안 정책 수립 시 기초자료로 활용한다.
