The Satisfaction Analysis of Senior-Friendly Park Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (퍼지 종합 평가를 활용한 노인 친화형 공원 만족도 분석)

  • The study was conducted in Erhe Park, a neighborhood park in Dali City, China, to derive the influence of environmental factors in the park on the elderly's satisfaction and to analyze the satisfaction in order to provide improvement recommendations. First, the evaluation indicators were selected, by referencing previous research into the elderly's evaluation of external spatial environments and the influence of various factors was determined from the questionnaire and factor analysis. Second, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted to understand the satisfaction of the elderly, and then an Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) analysis was conducted to develop improvement recommendations. Results of the factor analysis showed that park's environmental factors were grouped into four categories: facility suitability and comfort, safety and convenience of use, natural environment comfort, and parkway convenience. Based on this, the overall satisfaction rating for the environmental factors in Erhe Park was between satisfactory and average. The natural environment comfort was rated satisfactory, the facility suitability and comfort, and convenience and safety were rated average, and parkway convenience was rated near to satisfaction. The IPA analysis revealed that the suitability of rest facilities, suitability of convenience facilities, facility management status, safety of entrances and exits, and nighttime lighting facilities were items of high importance but low satisfaction that needed to be improved. The results of this study can be utilized as a guide for future building or readjustment of senior-friendly parks, and they are critical for increasing senior-friendly park satisfaction.

  • 대한민국의 심장인 서울 중심부에 위치한 안전보건공단 서울북부지도원은 강북지역 12개구(중구, 종로구, 마포구 등)를 관할하고 있다. 관할 지역 내에 국내 대표 건설업체의 본사들이 다수 존재하고 있으며, 유명 백화점과 음식점 등도 밀집돼 있다. 즉 건설 및 서비스업종의 작업적 특성과 안전보건현황을 빠르게 파악할 수 있는 환경을 갖추고 있는 것이다. 때문에 지도원은 이들 분야의 안전보건에 있어 고도의 전문성을 갖추고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다. 실제 지속적인 산재 감소와 우수한 사업수행으로 2011년도 경영평가에서 전국 1위(S등급), 2012년도 경영평가에서 A등급을 달성하기로 했다. 이런 성과 덕에 서울북부지도원은 건설안전의 산실(産室), 서비스업 산재예방의 메카로 불린다. 이처럼 큰 활약상을 보여 온 서울북부지도원이 최근 또 한 번의 도약을 준비하고 있다. 올해 초 부임한 이덕재 원장을 필두로 한층 더 다양한 산재예방 네트워크의 구축에 총력을 기하고 있는 것이다. 이 원장을 만나 향후 계획과 재해감소 방안 등에 대해 이야기를 나눠봤다.

  • Housing Performance Indication for fire resistance and fire safety performance safelight about the evacuation of Korea and Japan on how to express Survey was conducted. Research results show how considering the fire safety performance required according to the improvement and The current introduction methods are difficult to understand the performance of housing. A Study on the Assessment of Safety Factor of Tunnels (터널의 안전율 평가 기법에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to establish a concept of the factor of safety of tunnels which is a quantitative estimate of the stability of tunnels. Based on this concept, a numerical technique which calculates the factor of safety of tunnels was developed. To obtain the safety factor of a tunnel, the strength reduction technique in which a series of analyses are repeated with reduced ground strength until the tunnel collapses were employed. With this technique, the failure plane, as well as the factor of safety, can be obtained without prescribing the trial failure plane. Analyses were conducted with FLA $C^{2D}$(ver3.3), a geotechnical analysis program which is based on the finite difference method. From the result, the location of plastic zones, the maximum convergence and the maximum stress generated in the support system were also analyzed. The result shows that factors of safety are higher for the 1st and 2nd rock classes, and lower for the lower rock classes. Furthermore, factor of safety is higher when $K_{0}$ =0.5 compared to at in case of $K_{0}$ =2.0. Through this research, it is found that the factor of safety defined in this research can be used as a good quantitative index representing the stability of tunnels. Also, close examination of the results can help adjustment of the quantity and location of additional supports.s.

메세지 처리 시스템의 안전한 정보 흐름을 위한 네트워크 액세스 제어 메카니즘의 설계

  • 전자우편 (E-Mail) 이나 메세지 처리 시스템 (MHS: Message handling System)과 같은 축적 후 전송(Store-and-Forward) 방식의 네트워크 시스템에서 다중 등급의 기밀성을 갖는 메세지를 처리하고자 할 때 중요한 메세지의 내용이 누출되거나 또는 허가되지 않은 자가 메세지를 액세스할 수 있는 안전성 문제의 해결이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 다중 등급 메세지의 보호를 위하여 요구되는 네트워크 보안 정책을 임의적 액세스 제어, 보안 레이블, 레이블 무결성, 강제적 엑세스제어, 그리고 최소 권한 정책 측면에서 제시하였다. 정의한 보안 정책을 만족하는 보안 특성 함수와 보안 오퍼레이션을 기반으로 하여 안전한 MHS을 위한 네트워크 액세스 제어 메카니즘과 그 구조를 설계하였다. 제안한 액세스 제어 메카니즘은 네트워크상에서 중요한 메세지의 불법적인 액세스 또는 불안전한 (Insecure) 정보 흐름의 보호문제를 해결한다.

  • Interest in Augmented Reality (AR) game $Pok{\acute{e}}mon$ GO is getting heightened. However, based on its characteristic, various direct and indirect problems are highlighted, thus increasing concerns. Although the game is not formally released domestically, there are limits in national game classification to apply on such outdoor Augmented Reality game. This paper will examine the problematic cases regarding Pokemon GO and analyze internal and external game classification system to discuss safe gaming measures for domestic users. In result of examining cases, need for adding 'physical danger' in current game classification system for user's safety was shown. As the government's game regulation is being eased, appearance of a variety of games using Augmented Reality technology in near future is predicable. Therefore it is important to prepare improvement of game classification system as a pre-safety measure, and it is expected to bring positive effect on game usage and industrial growth through safe game usage.

  • The appropriateness of introducing blockchain technology into food safety management systems was evaluated by conducting a survey of experts on the effectiveness and constraint evaluation indicators, and a portfolio analysis was conducted to set the priorities of blockchain application. The food safety management activities considered in this study were issuing documents on food import/export, food hygiene rating scheme, civil complaint management in the food sector, food- related certification, risk information management, and food traceability systems. The sectors that can be expected to be effective in the introduction of blockchain technology were food- related certification, food hygiene rating scheme, risk information management, and issuing documents on food import/export. In the case of food traceability systems and civil complaint management, the introduction of blockchain technology was not recommended due to ineffectiveness. From the evaluation of the constraints (e.g., technical limits, cost, legal amendment, personal information disclosure, timeliness, and ease of connection) to be overcome when introducing blockchain into food safety management, it was found that there are more than average constraints in all six areas. In particular, the food traceability system was evaluated to have the most constraints. Issuing documents on food import/export is very effective with the introduction of blockchain technology, but due to high cost and legal restrictions, it is necessary to improve the institutional system in order to introduce blockchain. Among the evaluation sectors, food- related certification, food hygiene rating scheme, and risk information management on foods were suitable for preferentially adopting blockchain technology since these areas might experience greatly improved reliability and transparency through the introduction of blockchain, with relatively low constraints.

  • 최근 UR 정책에 따른 농축산물 수입개방이 허용되어 많은 외국산물이 국내시장에 잠입되고 있다. 우유 및 유가공제품도 예외는 아니어서 시장개발 압력에 따라 국내에도 외국제품이 시판될 상황이 되었다. 이에 따라 국가에서는 첫째, 국내 시판 가능한 외국우유와 품질 면에서 뒤지지 향상에 의한 경제적 이득을 증가시키는 한편, 셋째, 효과적인 유방염 방제대책 확립으로 근본적인 낙농업의 문제점을 해결하고져 원유 중 함유 세균 수 및 체세포수에 따른 위생등급을 고시하였다. 먼저, 세균수 및 체세포수에 따른 원유위생등급 관계를 살펴 보기로 한다.
