국민소득 증대, 개인 여가문화 확산 등으로 바닷가를 찾는 국민들이 늘어남에 따라 안전사고도 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 연안사고 발생현황을 다각적으로 분석하고, 사고를 예방하고 인명피해를 줄일 수 있는 방법으로 개인안전장비인 구명조끼 착용의 중요성에 대해 연구하였다.

Cultural properties should be protected more than other facility because of its symbolization of a nation's historic and conservative value. So proper and effective actions for the management of our legacies is necessary. On this study, we'll research cases of cultural properties fires and manage to show the safety system of legacy and analyze problems of the system so that we can result in improvements for the safety of our treasures. This study is not to include almost all kind of cultural assets but only confined in a category of wooden materials, so there's limit of this study. And we should consider fires of tangible cultural properties, souvenirs and folk materials later period.

민족 문화의 본산이자 산업근대화의 주역 경상북도가 또 한 번의 도약을 준비하고 있다. 기존 대구를 벗어나 선비정신으로 대변되는 우리나라 정신문화의 수도 '경북안동시'에 새로운 도청을 건설하고 있는 것이다. 이 사업이 완료되면 경북도는 그간 문제가 됐던 행정서비스 수요 공급주체 간의 행정구역 불일치 문제를 해결할 수 있게 되는 것은 물론 도정의 굳건한 지역 구심점을 구축하게 되어 약화됐던 도민의 긍지도 드높일 수 있게 된다. 실로 경북도가 우리나라 산업과 문화의 중심지로 발돋움하기 위한 발판이 마련되는 것이다. 이런 거대한 변화를 만들어내고 있는 주인공은 바로 '대우건설'이다. '대우건설 경북도청 현장'은 새로운 경북도청을 전국에서 손꼽히는 랜드마크로 만들겠다는 신념으로 시공에 임하고 있다. 빈틈없는 안전관리를 통해 경북의 변화를 이끌고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

This study examines the efficiency of safety management measures taken in coastal waters to prevent coastal accidents. Recent years have witnessed about 800 cases of large and small coastal accidents in coastal waters annually. On average, these accidents have been responsible for 129 deaths annually, Thus, there is a need for effective preventive measures. Accordingly, the Korea Coast Guard enacted the Coastal Accident Prevention Act in 2014 and has cooperated with related organizations, such as local governments and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, to safely manage coastal waters. However, compared to the rapid increase in human coastal activities, coastal accidents continue to occur due to the lack of a safety mindset among the Korea Coast Guard, a lack of public safety awareness, a lack of safety management facilities, and poor interest from related organizations, among others. This study examines the conditions and problems faced with regard to safety management in coastal waters based on recent coastal accident data, and analyzes foreign coastal waters safety management cases. Various methods to improve the safety management efficiency in coastal waters are proposed, such as enhancing the safety mindset and capabilities of the Korea Coast Guard, strengthening cooperation among related organizations, increasing the role of local governments, expanding and strengthening safety management facilities by applying new technologies, inculcating a culture of maritime safety, and activating private-public collaborative governance.

This study aims to propose safety culture design to ease to find out and control behavior characteristics of Korean seafarers. By empirical research of 377 Korean seafarers, the result revealed that significant characteristic of Korean seafarers was "affection to others" and custom of Confucianism affected Korean maritime society prevalently. But there were no significant differences between groups, such as rank, age, gender and sailing route with vessel type except educational background. Furthermore, this study concluded that positive reinforcement was more useful than negative reinforcement to promote safety operation of vessels. Regarding the vessel's safety management, the fact that means for vessel's safety management are linked only to the levels of educational background suggests that the efficiency of vessel's safety operation would be achieved by introducing suitable safety management system depending on the level of educational background.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of patient safety competencies and ethical climate in long-term care hospital nurses and to provide the basic data. Data were collected from 120 in D city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 25.0. The degree of Patient Safety Competencies in long-term care hospital nurses was 3.45± .41. There were not significant differences in Patient Safety. There was positive correlation between patient safety competencies and peer(r=.123, p<.001), manager(r=.241, p<.001), and hospital(r=.241, p<.001). The factors affecting the patient safety competencies confidence of the study subjects were peer(β=.23, p=.003), manager(β=.55, p=.004), hospital(β=.43, p=.031), with an explanatory power of 33.5%. Through this research requires the fellow study to determine the factors affecting patient safety competencies confidence of long-term care hospital nurses.

본 연구에서는 IT서비스 기업이 급변하는 사어 혼경변화에 효과적으로 적용 가능한 BCMS 도입을 위하여 IT서비스 업무종사자를 대상으로 안전의식수준을 조사하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 근속연수가 짧고 상대적으로 젊은 직원들이 나이 많은 장기 근속자보다 안전에 대한 수요가 많았으며, 전산프로그램을 개발하는 프로그래머들보다 인사, 지원, 회계 등의 지원부서에서 근무하는 인원들의 안전의식이 높게 측정되었다. 또한 구성원들은 경영진의 안전에 대한 리더십과 안전의식은 높게 평가한 반면, 회사의 안전 정책 중 성과관리, 절차 준수에 대해서는 낮게 평가하여 개인적 수준의 안전의식보다 조직적 수준의 안전문화 개선이 시급하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

운항승무원 갈등에 의한 항공기 사고사례에서 볼 수 있듯이, 기장과 부기장 간 갈등이 주요원인이 되어 항공기가 추락하는 등 안전사고가 발생하고 있다. 갈등관련 기장 및 부기장 인터뷰 결과, 기장 승급 기준 불투명, 무리한 비행스케줄에 따른 불만, 대립적인 노사문제, 기장의 권위주의, 군 경력자와 민간비행훈련원 출신 간에 갈등, 격무와 스트레스 등이 주요 갈등원인 이었다. 항공안전관리를 위해서는 갈등원인을 정확히 진단하여 부정적인 갈등이 표출되기 전에 해소시켜야 한다. 또한 건전한 조직문화를 위해서 상호신뢰와 CRM을 바탕으로 한 안전문화를 정착시킬 수 있도록 갈등관리에 대한 지속적인 연구 및 해소대책 강구가 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 갈등에 의한 항공기 사고사례와 운항승무원 갈등원인을 시스템적, 조직 문화적, CRM 적 측면에서 분석하여 각 분야별로 갈등해소 방안을 제시하였다.

On the analysis of safety and security management in the coastal passengerships, the counterplan is proposed in order to copy with new situation including various threats of safety and security. In addition, throughout the questionnaire to the related employees, we develop the program to enhance maritime security awareness and to supplement its vulnerability.
