본 논문은 국가지정 중요목조문화재 안전관리 실태조사를 통해 각각의 요소별로 문제점을 도출하고 그에 다른 중요목조문화재 안전관리 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Background: This study was conducted to determine the level of job satisfaction and patient safety cultural activities for dental hygienists and to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and patient safety cultural activities. Methods: A survey was conducted on 214 dental hygienists, and data from the final 180 were analyzed. Job satisfaction consisted of a total of 20 questions, and patient safety cultural activities included a total of 25 questions. The survey was conducted on a 5-point scale. Results: The average job satisfaction score of the study subjects was 3.44 points. Among patient safety cultural activities, infection control had the highest average score (4.12 points) and radiation safety management had the lowest average score (3.10 points). Patients with less than 3 years of clinical experience (4.01 points) had higher patient safety culture activity scores than those with 3 to 10 years of clinical experience (3.72 points) and those with more than 10 years of clinical experience (3.69 points). The level of patient safety cultural activities was statistically significantly higher as age, less clinical experience, and job satisfaction increased (p<0.05). Conclusion: In the case of dental hygienists, patient safety cultural activities must be carried out throughout the entire work, so an active will to practice patient safety cultural activities is necessary. In order to improve the performance of patient safety cultural activities, it is necessary to adjust the workload of dental hygienists to improve job satisfaction and create a work environment in which they can focus on patient safety cultural activities.

우리나라 역사의 보고(寶庫)이자 정신문화의 중심인 경북 안동시. 도산서원과 하회마을 등 유서 깊은 선비문화로 유명한 이곳에 앞으로는 '최첨단 친환경 에너지 도시'라는 수식어가 더 추가될 것으로 보인다. 안동시 풍산읍 일대에 대규모 청정에너지 발전시설인 '한국남부발전(주) 안동천연가스건설소'가 점차 제모습을 갖춰가고 있는 중이다. 이곳 현장은 첨단 친환경 신기술을 동원해 시공에 임하고 있는 것은 물론 안동의 상징물인 서의문을 본뜬 정문과 고택의 담장을 연상케하는 담에 기와를 얹는 등 건축물 전반에 안동 고유의 멋과 특성을 고스란히 담아내고 있다. 또한 에너지 파크를 조성하는 등 지역과 상생하는 체험프로그램의 개발과 마련에도 총력을 기울이고 있다. 이 모두 안동천연가스건설소의 자부심과 자랑이지만, 이곳을 더욱 빛나게 하는 것은 따로 있다. 그것은 바로 '안전'이다. 산업재해와 안전사고가 발생해 선비정신에 누를 끼치는 일이 없도록 안전관리에 총력을 기울이고 있는 것이다. 철저한 안전관리로 한국 정신문화의 수도 안동에 새로운 랜드마크를 건설하고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 보았다.

안성시시설관리공단은 2000년 7월 1일 안성시가 자본금 전액을 출자해 설립한 지방 공기업이다. 이곳은 안성 시민들의 편안한 문화생활을 돕기 위해 시민회관, 문예회관, 종합운동장, 실내체육관, 국제정구장, 국민체육센터, 청소년문화의 집 등 공공시설물을 관리 운영을 하는 것은 물론 생활폐기물 및 재활용품 수거, 종량제봉투 판매사업을 통해 쾌적한 도시환경을 조성하고 있다. 이처럼 시민의 편의와 복리증진을 위한 여러 업무를 수행하고 있는 만큼 공단의 인력 구성 역시 각종 시설물을 관리하는 전문가에서부터 중장비 기사, 프로그램 강사, 환경미화를 담당하는 미화원에 이르기까지 매우 다양하다. 때문에 공단은 사전에 업무별로 위험요소를 분석하고 근로자들의 안전사고를 예방하려는 움직임으로 더욱 분주하다. 사고 규모를 떠나서 재해가 발생하면 피해 당사자는 물론 공단, 나아가서는 안성 시민에게까지 피해를 입힐 수 있기 때문이다. 안전을 최우선으로 삼고 최상의 공공서비스를 제공하고 있는 안성시시설관리공단을 찾아가봤다.

성남문화재단은 성남시의 문화예술 창작과 보급, 조사, 교류, 성남아트센터와 성남시민회관의 운영관리 등을 위해 지난 2004년 12월 창립됐다. 특히 재단 창립 이듬해인 2005년 성남아트센터에는 오페라하우스, 콘서트홀, 앙상블시어터 등 극장과 문화강좌를 위한 강의실이 개관돼 많은 사람들이 찾게 되면서 안전 문제에 대한 관심이 더욱 커졌다. 연중 공연이 끊이지 않는 이곳에서 유일하게 비수기라 할 수 있는 기간은 하계 휴가철이다. 많은 사람들이 바다와 산으로 여름휴가를 떠나면 공연장을 상대적으로 덜 찾게 되는 까닭이다. 이 때문에 성남아트센터의 안전점검도 7월과 8월에 집중 진행된다. 푹푹 찌는 여름철 어두운 무대 뒤편에서 안전점검이 한창인 성남아트센터를 직접 찾아가 공연무대시설의 안전은 평소 어떻게 관리되고 있는지 이야기를 들어봤다.

지금까지 가장 널리 사용되는 원전 안전성의 평가는 설비고장이나 인간오류와 관련된 조직(Institution/organization)의 질이 설비의 신뢰도와 인적오류에 영향을 주며 원전의 안전성에 전반적인 영향을 끼친다는 것을 고려하지 않고 있다. TMI 사고는 경미한 설비고장은 있었으나 중요한 사고원인은 운전원의 오류였다. 운전원 훈련양의 부족, 절차서의 불명확성, 주제어실의 설계상의 결함 등이 함께 어울어진 안전문화와 관련한 조직실패(Organizational Failure)였다. Chernobyl사고도 전반적인 관리조절(Management Control)의 부족과 운전원의 부적절한 실험 절차서의 검토, 안전 절차서의 위배 등이 함께 연루되어 발생하였다. (중략)

한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소는 울산 경남지역 최초의 화력발전소로 1970~80년대 산업발전 중흥기부터 지금까지 산업분야에 안정적인 전력을 공급하기 위해 만전을 기해오고 있다. 또한 발전소건설 이후 체계적인 안전관리 활동을 통해 무재해 사업장으로서의 면모를 다져나가고 있는 것은 물론 안전선진문화를 선도하는 사업장으로서의 입지도 착실히 구축해 오고 있다. 영남화력발전소의 슬로건은 "창의와 역동적인 사업소 구현"이다. 그리고 다음과 같은 분야별 기본방침을 설정하여 모든 업무의 최우선에 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 안전분야로서 '인간존중, 인명중시, 3무(무재해, 무사고, 무상해) 달성', 둘째, 품질분야로서 '설비안전성 및 수익성 제고, 국제표준에 부합하는 물질 경영체제 구축', 셋째 환경분야로서 '환경경영 선진화로 녹색성장 추구 선도적 환경관리로 기업이미지 제고' 등이 그것이다. 인간존중의 이념을 최우선으로 내세우고 있다는 것을 볼 때 이곳이 안전경영을 얼마나 중시하고 있는지 쉽게 짐작해볼 수 있다. 화력발전소로서 규모가 크지는 않지만 구성원 모두가 가족적인 분위기 속에서 신명나는 직장분위기를 조성하려 노력한다는 한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소를 찾아가 봤다.

This study is a structural equation modeling study that describes patient safety incident management activities for nursing students with clinical practice experience and uses Ajzen's theory of planned behavior and safety culture climate-safety behavior model as conceptual bases, proposes a hypothetical model of nursing students' patient safety incident management activities based on the literature review, and verifies the appropriateness of the model and hypotheses through the collected data. Data were collected from 251 nursing students with clinical practice experience using a structured questionnaire. The results of this study confirmed that the model is appropriate and that patient safety management attitude, patient safety culture, and safety motivation are predictors of nursing students' patient safety management activities. Therefore, in order to improve patient safety management activities, it is necessary to provide effective patient safety incident management education programs for nursing students so that nursing students can perform correct patient safety management behaviors from the clinical practice site to the clinical practice site after graduation, and it is necessary to explore how to continuously lead such education programs to the practice site.

Recently, the fatality rate in the construction industry has not decreased any more and is in a stagnant state, and there are efforts by various construction participants such as ordering, design, and construction, management to improve it. In order to reduce serious accidents in the construction industry, which is higher than in other industries, the government evaluates the safety level of construction participants and announces it to raise awareness. However, in the items, standards, and procedures of the safety management level evaluation, there are points that do not match the site situation, and it is necessary to improve them. In this study, in order to improve the safety management level evaluation for construction technology service providers who are in the worst situation for safety management, the safety management level evaluation result analysis and Focus-Group-Interview(FGI) were conducted. improvement direction was suggested.

Death accidents rates in construction industry is increasing high recently. Such a phenomenon may be seen as a limitation of current management methods and legal actions. Therefore, purpose of this study was to find priorities of construction Workers safety activities related to motivational factors and to check perception differences between construction workers and construction engineers and to find a main factor of workers attitude, behavioral causes and find a way to reduce the accidents causing in construction industry. For the research, we did a survey with construction workers and construction engineers asking about 3 top motivators 'economic, environmental, safety, cultural, and administrative factors' in 21 details. According to the survey, the biggest difference between construction workers and construction engineers was about a working environment and safety cultural factors. Also, workers and engineers were both positive about safety incentive. Based on the results of this study, safety accidents will be reduced through worker-oriented management.
