The concept of disaster management of cultural heritage is not clearly established and the range and type of it is not organized yet. Also, there is an ever-present danger in the field control because there is no system that can provide safety of cultural heritage from various dangerous factors. Concretely, institutionally, the regulation of disaster management of cultural heritage remains limited and there are not enough reasonableness in installation and management of fire-fighting equipment and safety equipment. Also, we need to take an action to secure the safety of cultural heritage from its surroundings. In this research, we setup the concept, type and criteria for disaster management of cultural heritage to overcome limitations and problems of management of cultural heritage. In addition, in order to raise the level of disaster management of cultural heritage, this research proposes direction to reinforce the disaster management of cultural heritage by investigating and analyzing consciousness of security guards and fire-fighting officers.

본 연구에서는 건설현장 관계자들을 대상으로 위험인식이 작업환경과 안전문화에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하였다. 또한, 안전관리활동과 공사기간이 안전문화에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위험인식은 작업환경에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 작업환경은 안전문화에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 안전관리 활동은 안전문화에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 넷째, 공사기간은 안전문화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 안전관리 활동과 위험인식 간의 상관관계는 r=.61로, 위험인식과 공사기간은 r=.71로 안전관리 활동과 공사기간의 상관관계는 r=.59로 관계의 강도를 확인하였다.

본 연구는 국보, 보물로 지정된 중요목조문화재 159개소 중 궁궐목조문화재 17개소에 대하여 안전관리 실태조사를 실시하였다. 조사내용은 안전관리 인적요소, 주변환경적 요소, 시설적 요소, 관리적요소이며 이를 바탕으로 궁궐목조문화재 안전관리의 전반적인 현황을 검토하였다. 또한 화재 등의 재난 발생 시 신속한 초기 대응부터 진압활동까지 종합적인 안전관리대책 수립 및 궁궐목조문화재의 피해 최소화를 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

안전문화가 우리 산업현장에 정착되고, 조직구성원에게 내재화될 때 비로소 안전한 환경에서 근무할 수 있다. 아울러 올해 「중대재해처벌법」이 시행되면서 조직은 더욱 안전문화에 관심을 두게 되었고, 안전문화 측정의 필요성을 인지하게 되었다. 안전문화 수준을 진단하는 것은 조직구성원의 안전에 대한 인식과 태도의 수준을 알 수 있고, 조직의 문제점과 개선이 요구되는 사항을 확인할 수 있어 작업환경개선의 출발점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 연구·개발된 안전문화 진단도구를 고찰하여 연구 동향을 파악한 후 안전문화 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 BCMS 분야에 적합한 진단도구 개발에 관한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

교육은 준비, 발표, 적용, 복습 및 평가 순으로 이루어지고, 학습은 경험의 결과로 개인의 지각, 사고, 느낌, 행위의 방식에 의해 변화될 수 있다. 고로 초기 조종사를 양성하는 과정에서 교육과 학습은 안전문화 증진을 위한 매우 중요하다. 항공안전법에서 국내 조종사를 양성하기 위해 전문교육기관(ATO)을 국토교통부로부터 승인을 받아야 하고, 또한 항공안전관리시스템(SMS)도 승인받고 안전관리 활동이 의무화됐다. 조종사가 되기 위한 첫 관문인 학생조종사에게 국가 항공안전관리 정책 및 목표에 부합하도록 달성 가능한 수준의 항공 업무의 안전목표를 수립하고 그 구성원들이 학생조종사에게 안전문화를 형성할 수 있도록 효과적인 교육과 학습 방안을 마련해야 한다. 본 연구는 조종사양성 전문교육기관에서 교육을 받고 있는 학생조종사의 교육과 학습에 따른 단계별 안전의식을 알아보고, 학생조종사가 안전문화를 형성하는데 초기교육과 지속적인 교육을 통해 학습문화을 만들고 도움이 되는지 연구한다.

The demand for measures to enhance the safety of maritime transportation is growing internationally, and coastal shipping companies are pursuing sustainability by establishing various maritime safety policies. Increased awareness of the safety management system and safety culture of coastal shipping companies will minimize accidents and increase corporate sustainability. This study empirically analyzed the impact of a safety management system (safety policy, risk management, and safety guarantee) on the corporate sustainability of coastal shipping companies through the mediation of safety culture. The survey questions for each variable were constructed based on previous research and a dministered to 204 employees of coastal shipping companies. Analysis founed that safety policy did not have a statistically significant effect on safety culture, but risk management and safety guarantees had a positive significant effect on safety culture, which in turn had a positive and significant effect on sustainability. Furthermore, we found that safety culture has a mediating effect on the relationship between risk management and safety guarantees and sustainability. Coastal shipping companies thus need to systematize and strengthen risk management and safety assurance to increase safety culture awareness, and increased safety culture awareness can also increase sustainability.

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact on patient safety management activities. In this study, 134 nurses from three local hospitals were investigated for patient safety culture recognition, patient safety capacity, and patient safety management activities, and the impact on patient safety management activities was thus attempted. The patient safety culture recognition level was 4.25/5, the patient safety capacity was 4.37/5, the patient safety management activity was 4.26/5, and the patient safety awareness and patient safety capability(r=.765, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Patient Safety Management Activity (r=.837, p<.001) and Patient Safety Capacity and Recognition of Patient Safety Culture(r=.728, p<.001) had a significant amount of correlation. Factors affecting patient safety management activities(β=.582, p<.001), Patient Safety Culture Recognition(β=.3632, p<.001), position(β=-.132, p=.009) Patient safety requires strengthening the capabilities of nurses and systematic training and evaluation of continuous patient safety activities.

This study has been done to identify the effect of safety culture perception, safety control and safety management activities as perceived by nursing home nurses. A total of 146 cases recruited safety culture perception, safety control and safety management activities. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 Program. The factor that had the most impact on safety management activities were safety culture perception (${\beta}=.40$, p<.001), safety control (${\beta}=.27$, p=.002), experience of safety education (${\beta}=.19$, p=.015), age (${\beta}=.19$, p=.027). The regression model explained 34.5% of the variances(F=5.51, p<.001). The study finding suggests that to develop the program with achievement of safety management activities for nurses of the nursing home.

지난 18일 매경안전환경연구원은 고용노동부와 함께 '제20회 안전경영대상'을 개최해 '안전경영'을 모범적으로 실천해온 한국가스공사 인천기지본부, 현대오일뱅크 대산공장 등의 업적을 치하했다. 안전경영, 즉 경영진의 확고한 안전의식은 우수한 안전관리 기법 실행, 노 사의 적극적인 참여, 안전보건 관련법의 철저한 준수 등과 힐께 안전사업장을 만드는 필수조건이다. 특히 상명하복의 문화가 짙은 우리나라 사업장의 특성을 감안하면, 경영진의 안전 신념에 따라 안전관리의 성패가 좌우되기 때문에 '안전경영'은 가장 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 안전 선진국 대한민국을 만들기 위해 앞장서서 '안전경영문화'를 확산시키고 있는 매경 안전환경연구원의 이영순 원장을 만나봤다.
