This study researched police intervention to ensure the safety of Multi-swarm events. And this study researched best practices of foreign countries. This study propose a solution. It used the situation to police intervention and domestic Multi-swarm events leading research and safety management systems. Safety management for multi-swarm events did ministry of public safety and security, local government, police department, fire department etc. Activities of Safety management for multi-swarm events was checked the risk level, safety management, safety planning and training, safety management in accordance with the Manual. But, safety management of police had Manual maintenance is necessary for the police forces and take advantage of, it is necessary to clarify the mission, it is necessary to configure the risk of a step-by-step checklist for police safety tips in detail. This study for solve the problem proposed the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, the case of the Japanese.

격의 없이 근로자와 함께 하는 안전활동을 통해 행복하고 즐거운 현장분위기를 조성해 나가고 있는 현장이 있어 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 중견건설사인 (주)동서가 시공을 하고 있는 '공군부대 장영복합체육시설현장'이다. 이곳 현장은 안전보건공단이 인정한 '위험성평가 우수사업장'으로, 임직원과 근로자들이 하나가 되어 적극적인 재해예방활동에 나서고 있다. 근로자들이 마음으로 안전을 받아들이고 안전관리의 주축으로 나서도록 하기 위해 끊임없이 노력하고 있다는 이곳 현장을 찾아가봤다.

Recently great construction companies strive for utilization of integrated safety management information in advanced IT in many fields. And construction companies have a interest and effort to construct system for integration and management of safety management information. Some earlier companies are appling to construction site ,but that is limited great construction company But it need to solve the origin problem because of it continually keep up the rate of disaster. Namely management system need more manage subcontractor that safety management in construction site. This purpose of study is an offer of foundation data to introduce and improve of safety management Information system. This study was carried out to find contradiction factors on laws for children's activity spaces and facilities and to suggest the rational options to control and manage those spaces and facilities by environmental and landscape planning methods. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The major laws related to the environmental safety for children's activity spaces are "Environmental Health Act (ERA)" for managing the environmental safety of children's activity spaces; "Safety Supervision Law of Children's Play Facilities(SSLCPF)" for the inspection and management for safety of children's play facilities; "Quality Management and Industrial Products Safety Management Law(QMIPSML)" for managing safety certification on children's play equipments. 2. The interior space such as "living room" by the Children's Welfare Law(CWL), "Children Park" by the Act on Urban Parks and Green Spaces(AUPGS), "classroom" on private educational institutes by the Act on Establishment and Operation Private Lesson and Training(AEOPLT) and "nursing room" of child care center smaller than $430m^2$ are needed to be managed as an activity space. 3. In order to reduce industrial burden in the production, establishment, construction, and operation and to minimize unwilling extra burden in the administration effort due to legally double regulate, it is necessary to mitigate the inspections on the equipment certificate from QMIPSML and overlapped or different factors and standards must be unified. With this study, the landscape domain could he enlarged from producing, import of play equipment and establishment, construction and operation of play facilities for a comprehensive range of activity spaces, and the landscape industry such as engineering industry, academic research, management, etc.

본 논문에서는 지역별로 발생 양상이 다른 사회재난의 종합적 위험분석을 위한 정보활용 방안 및 전략을 제안한다. 사회재난은 재난유형이 매우 다양하며, 각기 다른 발생 및 전파양상을 가지고 있어 전문성을 기반으로 관계하고 있는 개별부처에서 각각 관리되고 있다. 재난이 발생 후 대응, 수습 및 복구에 이르는 활동은 대표적인 현장대응 부처인 행정안전부, 경찰청, 소방청 등에서 주로 담당하고 있으나, 예방 및 대비 활동은 각 부처에서 개별법령에 의한 제도 및 정책에 의해 위험요소를 저감하기 위한 활동으로 진행된다. 예를 들어 화학사고의 경우 화학사고예방관리계획서, 장외영향평가, 화재는 방화지구, 화재경계지구, 산불은 산불취약지수 등 각각의 물리적 매커니즘을 적정히 고려하는 이론적 근거의 의해 사전에 그 위험을 평가하고 있으나 재난관리 예방을 담당하는 부처에 까지 연속성을 가지고 그 결과들이 적극적으로 활용되고 있지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각 부처에서 개별법령에 의해 평가되는 공신력 있는 자료들의 융합적 해석에 근거한 종합위험 평가 개념을 정립하고 실제 활용 가능성에 대해 논하고자 한다.

This study aimed at analyzing the food safety units of technology and home economics textbooks, as 'safety' emerged as a key concept in the 2015 revised curriculum. From each textbook, the main text, auxiliary elements(including tables, figures, etc.), and related activities were analyzed. According to the results, first, the main texts emphasized the importance of food selection(3.08 pages), food safety hazards(2.93 pages), safe storage and management of food(2.63 pages), and meal preparation with safety and hygiene(0.98 pages). Secondly, when the auxiliary elements were examined, the food safety content was most often presented in the form of tables/illustrations/pictures, followed by supplementary learning materials, activities, captions, end-of-chapter summaries, the chapter introduction and review quiz, and unit introduction. Thirdly, most activities were individual activities rather than small group or collective activities and were focused on investigation, evaluation, craft, application, implementation, inference and judgment, utilization, and proposition. In conclusion, it is recommended for textbooks to evenly distribute the content in the main texts and auxiliary elements, and include more group activities when developing textbooks in the future.

The number of construction accident deaths in Korea is increasing and most causes of construction accidents are human factors. Voluntary participation of construction workers in safety activities is likely to improve these human factors and increase the prevention effect of construction accidents. Therefore, there is a need to study the motivation of workers to meet the voluntary participation of construction workers. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to compare the importance of construction field engineers and construction managers about the safety motivation factors of construction workers. This study analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey about safety motivation factors and conducted a T-test for these factors. The results of this study can be used as managing method to effective on-site safety management by minimizing the difference between the two groups according to motivation factors of construction workers.

As most devices in a wide range of automotive, aerospace, and missile have built-in software that controls the system behaviors, the safety of the software is growing in its importance. That is, the software safety has emerged as one of big issues because the threat of accidents caused by software malfunction is rising. Accident by software can be occurred from user mal-operation, but the fundamental reason of the accident comes from insufficient verification of the safety in software development process. Therefore, this paper presents how the software safety analysis and management activities should be done in the development process. In particular, we propose how to apply the safety analysis and management activities in the prototype or incremental development process.
