Carbon/Epoxy 복합재료 적층판의 반복하중에 따른 강도계수의 변화에 대한 연구 (The Influence of Repeated Loading Cycles on Strength Ratio of Carbon/Epoxy Composite Laminates)

  • Currently the technique of composite material field is developed day by day. The many kinds industrial facility and life articles are coming to make with the composite material. But still the engineering works field the building and the bridge uses the material which is old era and is making. To here there is a various problem but the biggest problem the theory of the composite material is complicated too and means that the application is been delayed about constructive structure. When the composite material is used widely from constructive field, too with difficult theory in technical expert and easily with the research for the experiment data accumulation is necessary. The tensile and fatigue test of the carbon/epoxy which is a high-class composite material led from the present paper consequently and the change of the intensity coefficient which follows in repeated load researched.

  • CAPM explains the rate of return for the risk asset by $\beta$, systematic risk. There are some assumption in CAPM. But CAPM can not explain the movement of stock price sufficiently due to limitation of the assumptions. Therefore many scholars study which variables with the exception of $\beta$ effect on the rate of return of risk asset for supplementing this limitation by using PER, size of firm etc.. But it will be natural that PER, size of firm etc. to be determinant factors of $\beta$ also effect on the abnormal rate of return, because PER, size of firm etc. used in their studies already effect on determination of $\beta$, . That is, the determinant factors of $\beta$ effect on determination of abnormal rate of return according as $\beta$, effects on abnormal rate of return. Therefore, this study tests empirically how the determinant factors of $\beta$, effect on determination of$\beta$, ,and how $\beta$ and the determinant factor of $\beta$ effect on the abnormal rate of return in CAPM.

  • Fatigue fracture is the cyclic fracture phenomena at a very small local area near a crack tip. Therefore, the detailed quantitative experimental analysis about local cyclic strain distribution near a crack tip is prerequisite In order to make an effective parameter able to account for fatigue fracture problems. However, there are few reports on detailed quantitative experimental analysis of a local cyclic strain distribution near a crack tip, because of experimental difficulties. In this study, the distribution of local fatigue strains near a fatigue crack tip was in detail studied using by fine dot grid strain measurement method. From these results, a single parameter, which characterizes local fatigue strain field, was proposed. In addition, this parameter was applied to evaluate the fatigue crack propagation rate.

WL-RDCB 시편의 동적 균열전파속도와 동적 응력확대계수 (Dynamic Stress Intensity Factors and Dynamic Crack Propagation Velocities in Polycarbonate WL-RDCB Specimen)

  • Dynamic fracture characteristics of Polycarbonate WL-RDCB specimen were investigated. The dynamic crack propagation velocities in these specimens were measured by using both high speed camera system and silver paint grid method developed and justified in the INHA Fracture Mechanics Laboratory. The measured crack propagation velocities were fed into the INSAMCR code(a dynamic finite element code which has been developed in the INBA Fracture Mechanics Laboratory) to extract the dynamic stress intensity factors. It has been confirmed that both dynamic crack arrest toughness and the static crack arrest toughness depend on both the geometry and the dynamic crack propagation velocity of specimens. The maximum dynamic crack propagation velocity of Polycarbonate WL-RDCB specimen was found to be dependent on the material property, geometry and the type of loading. The dynamic cracks in these Polycarbonate WL-RDCB specimens seemed to propagate in a successive manner, involving distinguished 'propagation-arrest-propagation-arrest' steps on the microsecond time scale. It was also found that the relat-ionship between dynamic stress intensity factor and dynamic crack propagation velocities might be represented by the typical '$\Gamma$'shape.

다단제어 가동보의 구조성능 평가를 위한 해석적 연구 (An Aanalytical Study of Structural Performance Evaluation for Multi-stage Control Movable Weir)

  • Movable weirs with multi-stage control are necessary in many Korean rivers to actively control the water storage level. A mesh dependency test was performed to determine the appropriate number of meshes for structural analysis of movable weirs. The standing angles of movable weirs were set to 60°, 45°, 30°, and 15° for stress analysis. The standing angle of 0° was excluded from the analysis because it was unloaded. Changes in the standing angle led to changes in the water depth, maximum pressure, maximum strain, and maximum stress. The maximum average stress and the structural safety of the multi-stage control movable weir were computed and tested using the Ansys FEA software package.

  • This study conducted an experiment on the crowd walking speed, one of the factors for calculating the evacuation capacity of a building. The experiment was measured the crowd walking speed by factor of corridor width and Vulnerable People to Disaster. The result of experiment, it saw the decrease of crowd walking speed due to rate of Vulnerable People to Disaster. In the future, using this as basic data, it is considered that additional research is need to development Human Safetay Standards in Korea.

터널 배면의 간극수압이 해저터널의 안정성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Pore Pressure Behind a Subsea Tunnel on Its Stability)

  • 본 연구에서는 연약한 지반에 속하는 모래지반과 풍화토가 터널상부에 존재하며 연암층에 위치하는 해저터널을 대상으로 터널 배면의 간극수압이 터널의 안정성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 비배수 조건과 배수조건을 가정하여 연계해석을 수행하였다. 비배수 터널의 경우에도 숏크리트 두께를 달리하여 안정성을 비교하였으며, 배수 터널의 경우는 숏크리트의 투수계수와 공극률을 달리하여 민감도분석을 수행하였다. 해저터널의 안정성은 유광호 등(2000, 2001, 2005)에 의해 제안된 전단강도감소 기법을 사용하여 수치적으로 구해지는 안전율을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 수리-역학적 연계해석 시 시공단계별 정상류 상태를 먼저 재현하고 터널의 안전율을 구했다. 연구결과 터널내로의 지하수 유입량을 어느 정도 허용함으로써 오히려 터널의 안정성이 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

커넥팅 로드의 피로강도에 대한 신뢰성 해석 (Reliability Analysis in Fatigue Strength of Connecting Rod)

  • It is necessary to evaluate fatigue strength and reliability of the connecting rod which is core part in automotive engine to assure the high level of durability of automobile. For this purpose, the loading conditions in automotive engine is obtained by the dynamic analysis. Based on these results, the critical section was identified by the finite element analysis. The fatigue strength under constant amplitude was evaluated and the mean of the fatigue limit at R = -2.27 derived from the staircase method was 311.2MPa. And the failure probability( F$\sub$p/ ) derived from the strength-stress interference model is 0.0003% at the 99.99% confidence level and the mean factor of safety was 4.2.

엔진 밸런스 샤프트 하우징의 내구성 평가를 위한 CAE 절차 개발 (CAE Procedure of Engine Balance Shaft Housing for Prediction of Durability)

  • The balance shaft housing in the recent engines tends to have the high cycle fatigue crack caused by increased engine power. In this paper, a CAE procedure is introduced to predict the durability of the balance shaft housing. The procedure is performed through two analysis steps. In the first step, the multibody dynamic simulation is used to obtain more accurate loading boundary conditions applied to the finite element model for the following step. Next, the finite element analysis is performed to predict the durability of the balance shaft housing through the calculation of the safety factor. Through this CAE procedure, the revised balance shaft housing was developed to improve the durability. And the durability of the housing was confirmed experimentally.

도로 안전성 분석 모형에 관한 연구: 전라북도 국도 권역을 중심으로 (A Study on the Road Safety Analysis Model: Focused on National Highway Areas in Cheonbuk Province)

  • 현재 우리나라의 교통정책은 도로의 신설 확장은 지양하고, 도로의 선형 및 시설을 개량하여 안전성을 증대시키고, 친환경적이며 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이는 국가 도로사업 중 하나인 제2차 국도 5개년계획('06~'10)이 확장 53건(71%), 개량 22건(29%)인 반면, 제3차 국도 5개년계획('11~'15)은 확장 22건(30%), 개량 50건(70%)로 변화된 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 시설개량위주의 도로사업을 좀 더 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서는 도로의 안전성을 객관적이고 과학적으로 판단하여 사업을 선정하고, 사업에 따른 안전성 향상에 대한 평가가 이루어져야 한다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 이러한 도로별 안전성 분석 및 평가를 위한 모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요내용은 미국의 HSM (Highway Safety Manual)을 근간으로 하여 한국실정에 맞게 도로의 안전성을 분석하고 평가할 수 있는 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 모형 정립을 위한 데이터 구축은 전라북도 권역 5개 국도호선을 대상으로 기하구조 요인이 동일하다고 판단되는 구간을 동질성 구간으로 구분하였고, 구분된 1,452개 구간에 대하여 도로 기하구조, 시설물, 교통량, 기상상태, 토지이용 등의 대표값을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 교통사고와 각 도로요소의 상관관계 분석을 수행하여 어떠한 요인이 교통사고에 큰 영향을 미치는지 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 음이항회귀모형으로 사고모형을 정립하였다. 개발된 모형을 가지고 교통량과 도로구간연장을 이용하여 발생사고건수를 예측하는 안전성능함수와 도로기하구조 및 교통특성 등의 변화에 따라 사고빈도 변화를 결정하는 사고수정계수를 도출하였다.
