Purpose: This study was to identify the effect of hand massage on comfort in women with gynecologic cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used for this study. Hand massage was provided to the experimental group for 5 min (2.5 min for each side) once on admission day, twice from the second day until the day before discharge, and once in the morning on discharge day. Results: Findings showed no significant differences in pre and post levels of general, physical, psycho-spiritual, social and environmental comfort. However, women's comfort levels in all domains were increased after the chemotherapy in the experimental group. Conclusion: Although there were some increases in women's comfort levels on all domains after the treatment, hand massage was not proved as a statistically useful nursing intervention in comforting women with gynecologic cancer. The results suggest that hand massage could be effective if it is applied longer than it was in this study. The future implications of hand massage in patients with various cancers are discussed.
The eye movement of the eyeball's center of a rotation can represent with the rotation matrix $R_x$, $R_y$, $R_z$ due to a coordinate axis rotation transformation of Cartesian coordinate, and describes of an abduction, an adduction, an elevation, a depression, an intorsion, an extorsion in principle rotation six forms of the eye. The eye movement from primary eye position to tertiary eye position could be composed with the rotation matrix combination, and by the primary rotation of six and the secondary rotation of eight, could be represented with the extrocular muscle of six. The position of the cornea vertex point or pupil point due to the eye movement can describe to transform the rotation matrix of the cartesian coordinate to spherical coordinate$(r,{\theta},{\phi})$.
In this paper, impacts on the COMS MI images during the COMS eclipse period were analyzed and the method to eliminate the contaminated area was investigated. Main effect on the meteorological images during the eclipse is a stripping effect due to a strong stray light. The quantitative analyses were conducted during the COMS In-Orbit-Test period and the impacts of the stray light on the four infrared channels of the COMS MI according to the distance with respect to the Sun were examined. Based on the typical case of the stray light influence on the infrared channel of the MI, the intensity of contamination due to the stray light was investigated for each channel using the computed COMS eclipse information. The effectiveness of removal of a contaminated area by replacing the SWIR with the combined WINDOW channels was promising.
In this paper, there is analyzed the disturbances to impact on COMS attitude and the attitude error using the received telemetries in KARI ground station during normal mode of COMS. COMS was launched successfully at Kourou, French Guiana on the 26th of June, 2010. Up to now after IOT(in-orbit test), COMS is performing well the main mission to measure meteorology and ocean during about half and one year. The disturbances to impact on COMS attitude are mostly by the Sun, by the motion of payload mirror and by the spike happened during operation of earth sensor mirror and wheel. The analysis result on the other cases happened rarely during the nominal operation, is summarized.
Communication Ocean Meteorological Satellite (COMS) has the hybrid mission of meteorological observation, ocean monitoring, and telecommunication service. The COMS is located at $128.2^{\circ}$ East longitude on the geostationary orbit and currently under normal operation service since April 2011. For the sake of the executions of the meteorological and the ocean mission as well as the satellite control and management, the satellite mission planning is daily performed. The satellite mission plans are sent to the satellite by the real-time operation and the satellite executes the missions as per the mission plans. In this paper the mission planning for COMS normal operation is discussed in terms of the ground station configuration and the characteristics of daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal mission planning activities. The successful mission planning is also confirmed with the first one-year normal operation results.

Purpose: The study was done to investigate whether positioning relieves the back pain and enhances comfort during bed rest after transhepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE). Methods: A quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group non-synchronized design was used. The experimental group was placed semi Fowler's position for the first 2 hours. The following 4 hours the position was rotated hourly between 30 degrees laterally inclined position and a semi Fowler's position. The control group was maintained in a supine position for the 6 hours. Data were analyzed using t-test, $x^2$-test, Fisher's exact test and repeated measures ANOVA. Results: 1) Back pain intensity significantly decreased in the experimental group compared to the control group. 2) Comfort level significantly decreased in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. 3) There were no hematoma and bleeding complication in either group. In addition, there was no significant difference in urinary retention between the two groups. 4) Analgesics were less frequently taken by the experimental group. Conclusion: These results suggest that positioning relieves back pain without causing an increased incidence of hematoma and bleeding formation after TACE and this nursing intervention might help patients be more comfortable during the treatment of TACE.

COMS (Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite), which will be launched in June 23rd, 2010 and located on geostationary orbit at the latitude of $128.2^{\circ}E$, is a multi-function satellite for communications, ocean observation, and meteorology. In order to operate Ka-band communication payload effectively, which is one of the three payloads for COMS, the Transponder Monitoring and Control (TMC) system are necessary in ground systems. In this paper, the concepts and design of the TMC system for COMS Ka-band payload are described.
Purpose: This study aimed to compare the effects of the Difflam spray 0.3% with the sodium bicarbonate-normal saline spray on oral care for postoperative patients. Methods: The participants were randomly allocated to either the Difflam (n=22) group or the saline solution (n=23) group. The data were collected at the 1-, 4-, 7-, and 10-hour marks after returning to the ward post operation using the Beck's subjective oral discomfort scale, Visual Analogue Scale for sore throat, and portable halitosis detector. Results: The sore throat (F=7.25, p=.001) score significantly decreased after oral care using the Difflam spray 0.3%. However, the difference in the scores of oral comfort (F=0.34, p=.797) and halitosis (F=0.91, p=.443) between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the Difflam spray 0.3% is effective in improving postoperative sore throat. A further study that explores the effect of various oral solutions for postoperative patients is needed to present systemic and effective evidence-based oral care guidelines.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of position change on the level of comfort and occurrence of bleeding after transarterial chemoembolization. Methods: This study was the nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The experimental group was positioned in supine with 15-30 degree Semi-folwer's position for 2 hours and then changed supine position alternatively to 30 degree lateral positioning in turn per hour for 2 hours. For the control group, 6 hour supine positions without any position change were applied. Results: The level of discomfort of the control group was scored higher level than that of the experimental group. There was no significant differences in back pain and the degrees of voiding difficulty. There were no significant differences in the incidence of bleeding complication between the two groups. Conclusion: The position change in patients after transarterial chemoembolization could be applied without any severe side effects such as bleeding complication, but it was revealed to be effective in reducing the level of discomfort.
It was started that Shiwe-goon was organized from Shilla-end to Goryeo foundation a country in powerful families existence merely royal household by stably plan means in the reign of Taejo. Generally Shiwe-goon was dutie king' personal danger of protection. Shiwe-goon was organized castle of guarding, stand by king and royal household side armed strength to going on a trip and general armed-organization was collapsed for Goryeo-end continued existence. Goryeo era of Shiwe-organization was divided central army and region army. Two-goon(Eungyang-goon, Yongho-goon) was undertaken king of Shiwe army and six-we(Chunwoo-we, Geumoh-we, Gammoon-we, Jeoawoo-we, Shinoh-we, Hongwe-we) was undertaked capital of guard and the border of defense duty. Central army of commanders was called Sangjanggoon, Daejanggoon. Sangjanggoon and Daejanggoon was discussed military officer of conference apparatus in Jungbang. Jungbang was got afterward Mooshinjungbeon happened military of statesman grasping political power with authority a main stay. Mooshinjungkwen era was appeared modernistic mean of privately guarding organization in Dobang and Naedobang. According as Shiwe-organization was charged military organization as a part of sovereign power and grasping strength of authority- maintenance for security and guarding duty. As a conclusion, national sovereign of guard was achieved not only personal life and body guard protection but also country of welfare protection in country-welfare dimension an inch of non-error. Also national sovereign of guard was considered guarding apparatus of allowance the largest duty and country-welfare direct connection with actual fact recognition in constancy effort.
