다목적 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 우수유출 저류지 최적화 방안 (Optimization of Detention Facilities by Using Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithms)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 다목적 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 우수유출 저류지를 소유역에 분담하여 설치 계획하는데있다. 이를 위해 우수유출 저류지의 위치 및 규모를 최적화하기 위한 모형을 개발하였다. 이 모형은 크게 2가지로 나뉘어 지는데, 유역유출모형과 최적해를 구하기 위하여 도입한 다목적 유전자 알고리즘(MOGAs)이다. 이러한 최적화 모형을 모의하기 위하여 목적함수는 첨두유출량과 저류지 저류용량의 함수로 설정하고, 제한조건은 기본적으로 구조적 제한과 저류용량 및 운영목적에 따라 설정하였다. 본 연구를 위해 만들어진 최적화 모형은 안양시 관양유역에 실제 적용해 보았으며, 그 결과 주어진 제약조건내에서 상류지역에 저류지가 설치되는 경우가 최적값으로 나타난 것을 통해 적절하게 잘 모의된 것으로 보인다. 그밖에 On-line 및 Off-line 저류지가 동시에 건설되는 경우에도 함께 최적화 모의가 가능한지도 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해 제시한 방법론은 향후 도시유역내의 홍수피해 저감계획시 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 도심의 노후화 등으로 재건축 및 재개발의 활성화, 대규모 택지개발에 의한 신도시 개발, 사회기반시설 확충 등의 증가로 건설폐기물의 발생이 매년 급증하고 있다. 이를 재활용하기 위한 방안중의 하나로써 건설폐기물을 직접 재활용하는 방법이 있다. 현장에서 직접 건설폐기물을 재활용하는 경우, 재활용 자재의 대부분을 차지하는 순환골재의 사용처를 안정적으로 확보할 수 있으며, 건설용 자재의 현장 반출입량이 감소됨에 따라서 운송비용, 이산화탄소 발생량, 교통량 등을 감소할 수 있어 경제적, 사회적, 환경적으로 많은 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설폐기물의 "현장재활용" 활성화를 위하여 건설폐기물의 발생에서부터 "현장재활용" 적용까지 일괄적으로 처리할 수 있는 "현장재활용 시뮬레이션 프로그램"의 알고리즘을 개발하고자 한다.

AC PDP에서 고콘트라스트 실현을 위한 구동 파형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Driving Waveform for High Contrast Ratio Realization of AC PDP)

  • 본 논문에서는 종래의 한 프레임 내에서 매 서브필드마다 리셋구간에 램프파를 인가하던 구동 방식에서 한 프레임 내에 첫 번째 서브필드의 리셋구간에만 램프파를 인가하고, 나머지 서브필드에서는 유지방전을 실행한 셀 들만 초기화하여 고콘트라스트를 실현시킨 구동 파형에 대해 연구하였다. 실험결과 첫 번째 서브필드에서의 리셋구간에서만 램프파에 의해 광이 출력되고, 나머지 서브필드의 리셋구간에서는 광이 출력되지 않음을 확인하였다. 이것은 한 프레임 내에 10개의 서브필드를 사용할 때 종래의 구동 파형에 비해 어두운 화면에서 Background 휘도가 약 10배정도 낮음을 보여준다. 그리고 종래의 구동 파형에서 측정된 285:1의 콘트라스트 비율과 본 논문에서 사용한 구동 파형에 대해 측정한 3080:1의 콘트라스트 비율을 비교했을 때 약 10.8배정도 높아졌으며, 이로 인해 고콘트라스트를 실현시켰다.

보건소 중심의 방문보건.재가복지 통합시범사업 성과 (Outcome Assessment of a Demonstration Project on Integration of Home Visiting Health Care and Social Welfare Services)

  • Purpose: The objectives of this study was to measure the outcomes of interventions on the health and social welfare of the elderly in a rural community in Korea. The project involved integrating services of one public health center with that of one social welfare agency, which were under different administrative structures. Method: A single group pretest-posttest design was used for this research. Seventy-five elderly residents living alone in a rural community participated in the study. All of them had coverage of free basic medical care and social welfare services by the government. Major activities for the intervention included: developing partnerships among community leaders/institutes; forming committees of community residents; educating care providers and volunteers; developing 8 integrated service programs and instruments; and organizing the networks. The 20-month intervention was care-managed by a public health nurse whom collaborated with social worker, and was assisted by volunteers. The t-test was utilized to analyze the outcome variables including the elder's health, social welfare and quality of life. A major limitation of this study was the lack of a control group. Results: The outcome of the intervention was shown by improved elder's health, social welfare needs, and quality of life. Integrating the services of public health centers with those of social welfare agencies is an effective way to improve the health of the elderly in the community. Conclusion: Developing community capacity with such integrated services will pay an important role in improving the health of the elderly who live alone.

강원도 보건소 방문보건사업실태와 업무분석 (A Study on the Status of the Visiting Health Care Services at the Public Health Centers in Gangwon Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to 1) identify the current management status of the Visiting Health Care Services (VHCS) and 2) to analyze the workload of the staff in the VHCS located in the Public Health Centers (PHCs) in the urban and rural areas. Method: A descriptive research design and a prospective, time and motion research design were used. A total of 18 PHCs in Gangwon Province participated in this study. A questionnaire and semi-structured observational sheet were utilized. A total of 650 self report records of the work load from the VHCS personnel were collected for a 10 day period at each of the 18 PHCs. A descriptive analysis was then done. Results: The major results were as follows. 1) The VHCS staff (nurses and nurse aids) was being assigned additional work such as maternal health care, chronic disease care, mental health care and health promotion on top of their VHCS duties. 2) The average number of home visits per client during the past year was 5.8. More specifically, the clients in the severe dependent group received an average of 27.1 visits, those clients in the moderate dependent group received 14.0 visits those clients in the slightly dependent group received 5.0 visits and those clients in the self-care group received 1.6 visits. 3) The time required for the work duties of the VHCS staff totaled 488 minutes per day. The percentage of time for home visits was only 17.4%, and this didn't include travel time. Conclusion: The main problems of VHCS were identified as a lack of personnel and a lack of time for the home visits. Strategies that are directed at the construction of a better infrastructure for VHCS are needed.

보건간호사의 의사소통능력이 전문직능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Competency Level in Communication on Professional Competence of Public Health Nurses)

  • Purpose: The study was done to describe competency level in communication and professional competence of Public Health Nurses and to test effect of competency level in communication on professional competence of Public Health Nurses (PHNs). Methods: A correlational research design was used and 153 PHNs working at nine Public Health Centers (PHCs) in four Metropolitan cities agreed to participate. Participants completed a structured questionnaire measuring the study variables with socio-demographic characteristics. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis with the PAWS Statistics 18. Results: The mean of competency level for communication and professional competence were above average for the test instruments utilized (90.3 and 68.4 respectively). The level of communication competency differed by age and location of PHCs, and professional competence differed by location of the PHCs. The level of communication competency was the most important affecting professional competence and explained 32.9% of the professional competence. Conclusion: Nurses with better communication competency had more professional competence. In the future, repeated study is needed, and communication program is needed to develop and train PHNs to improve their professional competence.

방류수 유량계(전자기유량계, 파샬플룸)의 특성평가 연구 (A Study on Comparison of the Characteristic Test of Discharge Water Flowmeters (Electromagnetic Flowmeter, Parshall Flume))

  • The test of comparing liquid flow calibration system (approved by KOLAS) for accuracy and structure change test was performed in the test bed in order to evaluate the typical characteristics of the electromagnetic flow meters and parshall flume that are generally used in the water discharging facilities. The results of the accuracy comparing test with liquid flow calibration system showed the error of less than 2%. Pharshall plume got error up to -8.3% (low flow) from the flow rate test, but less than 4% from the accumulated flow test because of offset error at high flow rate and low flow rate. Evaluation of structual change test was tested with only parshall flume using structure and it consisted of installation angle (parshall flume and level sensor) and position change. Installation angle, water level sensor angle and position changing test for parshall flume had errors of 3.1%~-9.2%, 0.4%~-5.6% and 0.2%~1.3% respectively. Especially, the error showed the largest increase when the water level sensor measured the point of decreased flow by the structure change. Therefore, error factors (change of straight pipe length, installation of obstacle or effect of foreign substances on water level sensor) that can often occur in the field should be derived and the research for optimized installation method should be carried out continuously.

안양시에서 치과용 파노라마방사선사진의 참고 선량 수준 (Reference dose levels for dental panoramic radiography in Anyang City)

  • Purpose : To measure dose-width product (DWP) values used for dental panoramic radiography in Anyang city, Korea. Materials and Methods : Thirty-six panoramic dental radiographic sets (17 analogue panoramic sets and 19 digital panoramic sets) in 36 dental clinics in Anyang city were included in the study. Each patient's panoramic exposure parameters were simulated and the panoramic radiation doses were measured at the secondary collimator using a Mult-O-Meter (Unfors Instruments, Billdal, Sweden) at each dental clinic during 2006. The third quartile DWP was determined from 310 surface dose measurements on adult. Results : The third quartile DWP for adult panoramic radiograph was 106.7 mGy mm. For analogue and digital panoramic radiograph, 3/4 DWP were 116.8 mGy mm and 72 mGy mm respectively. The overall third quartile DWP of panoramic radiography was 106.7 mGy mm. Conclusion : The measured 3/4 DWPs were higher than the 3/4 DWP of 65 mGy mm recommended by NRPB. Dentists who are operating above the reference dose should lower their panoramic exposure doses below the recommended reference value by changing the exposure parameters and/or their panoramic equipments.

청년 창업을 위한 챌린지 숍 도입에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Study on Challenge Shop Induction for Youth Start up)

  • 일본의 경우 상점가나 중심 시가지의 빈 점포 대책의 대표적 수단으로 2000년부터 챌린지 숍의 운영이 전국 각지에서 실시되고 있다. 지방자치단체나 상공회의소 등이 챌린지 숍을 도입하는 목적은 사업추진을 통해 수년 후에는 그 지역에서 창업할 수 있는 인재를 길러 그 창업자가 빈 점포에 들어가게 하여 빈 점포를 줄여간다고 하는 것이다. 하지만 챌린지 숍 운영에 있어 단지 출점자를 모집하는 것만으로는 사업의 목적을 달성하는 것은 어렵다. 챌린지 숍은 중심 시가지나 상점가가 단번에 활기를 되찾는다고 말할 수는 없지만 상권을 촉진하는데 기여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본의 챌린지 숍 운영사례를 기초로 그 성공요인을 정리해 보고, 국내챌린지 숍 운영사례로 대전 중앙지하상가와 안양 중앙시장의 1시장 1대학 전담제를 통한창업자를 배출하고 있는 사례를 통한 시사점을 도출하였다.

춘기 한강지류(안양천, 곡릉천)의 육수학적 연구 (Limnological Studies in Branch of Han River(Anyang River, Kockneung River) during Spring Season)

  • The persent paper discusses the relation between water pollution and aquatic organisms resulted from the study of the water quality and the kinds of algea and aquatic insects both of the An-yang River from Mt. Kwan-ak to the Han River and of the Kock-neung River from Mt. Puk-han to the Han River during the spring of 1965 and 1966. According to the change of water quality, the An-yang River might be divided into three areas. In the first area, from Mt. Kwan-ak to near An-yang town, water quality is not so polluted that may aquatic organisms such as Anisogamarus ryotoensis, Epeorus, Cambaroides, Zygnem, Batrachospermum moniliform, Draparnaldia glomerata are found. In the second area where water is polluted by the inflow of sewerage water from An-yang town, the concentration of chloride, COD, ammonia-N, nitrate-N, alkali degree increased. Therefore, few aquatic insects and algea are found. In the third area, it is much polluted by the industrial sewerage water frojm Yeong-dong-po; and so the aquatic organisms that indicate strong pollution such as Oscillatoria, Euglena, Tubifex are found in this area. It is also significant that the Nereis japonica that indicates the pollution of brackish water is discorved in the some area. In the case of the Kock-neung River, however, it is not clearly divided into areas, as in the case of the An-yang Riber, according to the pollution of water; but because of villages and towns along the river the gradual pollution of water; but because of villages and towns along the river the gradual pollution of water is observed and accordingly, a considerable change in aquatic organisms is also found in this river. In the area near II-yeung town, for instance, the concentration of the chloride, hardness, nitrite, nitrate is very low, and ammonia-N is not detected; and accordingly the aquatic insects that generally inhabit in mountain stream, such as Anisogamarus ryotoensis, Cambaroides, Epeorus, Thraubs, Hydropsyche are found here. In the down stream of the river, from Kock-chon, the quality of water is considerably polluted and fine sands are found laid on the bottom of the stream; therefore, the aquatic insects are very few, but the algea such as Navicula, Pleusigma, Oscillatoria that indicate water pollution are found in this area.
