안양장석광상의 광화작용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mineralization of Anyang Feldspar Ore Deposit)

  • The Anyang Feldspar Mine is located in Seoksu Dong, Anyang City, Kyeonggi Do, Korea and has a long exploitation record that is once produced high grade sodium feldspars, for glaze. Geologically, This area is mainly composed of Mesozoic Jurassic biotite granite (Anyang granite) which intruded Precambrian Kyeonggi Gneiss Complex outcroped near the mining area. The deposit is localized on the southwest hill side of Anyang granite batholith and is confined in hydrothemal alteration zone formed by sodium-rich alkali hydrothermal fluids along the fractures of leucocratic granite showing later differentiation facies in the biotite granite. The hydrothermal alteration is characterized by albitization, sericitization, and desilication. The microscopic observation and EPMA, XRD analysis of the feldspar ores show that major minerals are albite and quartz and accessory minerals are orthoclase and sericite, and they are rarely associated with perthite, fluorite, zircon, kaolinite, molybdenite, microcline and iron-oxide. In the REE pattern, the strong negative Eu anomalies of the feldspar ores indicate the influence of feldspar fractionation and show similiar pattern of the host leucocratic granite. The filling temperature of quartz crystals in ore zone ranges from $276^{\circ}C$ to $342^{\circ}C$, and it is inferred that the alteration occurred by the hypothermal solution.

서울한강 둔치 및 안양천 하류부 둔치주변 토양오염 조사연구 (Estimated Toxic Metal Concentrations in Riverbank Soil of the Han and Anyang Rivers)

  • Heavy metal contamination of soil and water from industrial sources remains a worldwide environmental concern. Concentrations of toxic metals were measured in soil from banks of the Han and Anyang rivers. Pre-monsoon samples contained the highest heavy metal concentrations (Cu > As > Pb > Cd > $Cr^{6+}$; up to 57.80, 38.23, 25.43, 2.21, 0.32 mg/kg, respectively), but concentrations decreased at all sites during the monsoon and post-monsoon seasons. Higher heavy metal concentrations in pre-monsoon samples may be attributed to dust pollution, especially from roads near the river. A gradual reduction in heavy metal concentrations during the rainy season may be due to washing out. The high concentration of metals could cause health problems, especially in residential areas.

SWAT을 이용한 산지 소유역의 하천유지유량 산정방안 (Determination of Instream Flow Requirement for Small Mountainous Watershed Using SWAT)

  • 본 연구에서는 안양천 중상류 유역에 대해 SWAT 모형을 이용하여 현재(2000년)의 토지이용 및 지하수 취수량(2000년)을 토대로 유황곡선을 도출하고 개발이전의 토지이용(1975년)과 지하수 취수가 전혀 없는 이상적인 상태에서 유황곡선을 도출하여 비교분석하였다. 또한 기존의 갈수량과 항목별 필요유량을 비교하여 큰 값으로 하천유지유량을 설정한 것과 본 연구에서 수행한 유황들을 비교하였다. 그 결과 오전, 삼성, 삼막, 수암천의 경우 현재의 상태와 이상적인 상태의 갈수량이 전혀 변화하지 않음을 보였으며 삼성, 삼막천은 두 경우 모두 갈수량이 0임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 대상유역의 유역면적이 작은 지방2급 하천일 뿐만 아니라 경사가 급한 산간지역이 대부분을 이루어서 개발 전에도 기저유출이 많지 않았기 때문이다. 또한 하천유지유량을 항목별 필요유량으로 산정한 경우는 모든 유역에서 이상적인 상황의 저수량보다 큰 값을 보였다. 따라서 지방2급 하천과 같이 유역면적이 작거나 산지하천의 경우에도 일률적으로 갈수량이나 항목별 필요유량을 비교하여 큰 값으로 하천유지유량을 설정하기보다는 수문모의모형을 이용하여 대상유역에 대해 자연적인 상황에서의 갈수량 또는 저수량 등 다른 적절한 방안을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.

3축 가속도 센서를 이용한 자세 교정 유도 시스템 (Correct Posture Guidance System using 3-axis Acceleration Sensor for Scoliosis Patient)

  • In this study, we designed a device for consecutively observing position, utilizing 3-axises acceleration sensor. This method offer to check his or her wrong position and developed could to help derived a position appliance. And, we developed a Cobb's angle value in three dimensional using 3-axises acceleration sensor. A proposed device with integrated accelerometers, which can detect postural changes in terms of curvature variation of the spine in the sagittal and coronal planes, has been developed with intention to facilitate posture training. The proposed device was evaluated with 3 normal subjects daily activities. We evaluated the performance of our designed device as calculating the correlation coefficients and mean errors between the angle measured by an electro-goniometer and that estimated by a gravity accelerometer and verified the accuracy and sensitivity. The results showed that the angle obtained from the proposed device revealed a linear characteristic at the range of $\pm60^{\circ}$(correlation coefficient 0.99, error range $\pm2^{\circ}$). We demonstrated that our device could detect the changes of the motion in upper trunk accurately. Also, our device showed good potential for treatment of the patients with scoliosis and prevention of the unbalance position during a daily life.

초상자성 코발트 페라이트 나노입자에 대한 자화 및 자기엔트로피 변화 (Magnetization and Magnetic Entropy Change in Superparamagnetic Co-Ferrite Nanoparticle)

  • 초상자성 코발트 페라이트 나노입자를 제조하여 자화 및 자기엔트로피 변화를 조사하였다. 제조된 시료는 전형적인 입방 스피넬 구조를 띠고 있었다. 5K와 300K에서의 최대 자화는 덩어리 상태에서의 최대 자화보다 작은 값을 가졌다. 시료의 초상자성적 거동은 M vs. H/T 곡선의 겹침에 의해 확인되었다. 열역학적 이론을 바탕으로 자기엔트로피의 변화에 대한 온도 의존성을 도출한 결과, 온도가 높을수록 자기엔트로피의 변화는 더 크게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

여성결혼이민자를 위한 건강교육프로그램 개발 및 효과검증 (Development and Testing of a Health Education Program for Immigrant Women Married to Koreans)

  • Purpose: To assess the effectiveness of an 8-session health education program to promote the health of married immigrant women. Methods: A quasi-experimental research design was employed. The subjects included 36 female marriage immigrant women (17 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group) who agreed to participate in this study. The intervention involved 8 sessions with a partnership strategy and was led by Public Health Nurses and the researcher. Our analysis included descriptive statistics, Fisher's exact test, t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The results revealed significant mean differences in terms of self-efficacy between the two groups. The mean of their self-efficacy was higher in the experimental group than in the control group, whereas there no mean differences were detected between the two groups in terms of health knowledge and self-esteem. Additionally, the knowledge of the immigrant women was correlated with their self-efficacy. Conclusion: The 8-session health education program was found to have an effect on self-efficacy, even with the limitations to methodological rigors posed by the subject-specific conditions. In the future, health education materials written in the native language of such women will need to be develop. Additionally, repeated studies will be required that involve randomized controlled trials characterized by better methodological strength and strategies to enhance participants’ interests and motives.

일 농촌지역 고혈압 환자의 치료적 요법의 이행수준 - 약물복용과 생활습관을 중심으로 - (Compliance Level with Therapeutic Regimen of Medication and Life Style among Patients with Hypertension in Rural Communities)

  • Purpose: To identify the compliance level with therapeutic regimen among patients with hypertension residing in rural communities. Method: A descriptive-retrospective research design was employed. One hundred patients with hypertension using 8 Primary Health Care Posts under W Public Health Center were randomly recruited on the basis of being over 35 years of age. After obtaining written consent, the patients underwent direct interviews with a structured questionnaire carried out by 8 public health practitioners. Descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression were utilized. Results: In a binary logistic regression model adjusted for age, sex, education, income, and occupation, those who were receiving medication (OR=5.34), were undergoing a weight control program (OR=4.45), restricted alcohol (OR=9.93), or smoking cessation (OR=25.59) as recommended by medical or health professionals were more compliant (p<.05) while those under a low salt diet, exercise, and stress management were not significant statistically (p>.05). Conclusions: Further research should be conducted to validate these findings so as to facilitate the development of nursing intervention strategies for improving the compliance of hypertensive patients in respect to medication and life style modification.

의료급여 관절염환자의 복약순응향상을 위한 통합중재프로그램의 효과 (Effects of an Integrated Case Management Program on Medication Adherence, Pain, Physical Function and Depression among Korean Medical Aid Beneficiaries with Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of an eight session integrated case management program for improvement of medication adherence, physical function, pain, and depression among medical aid beneficiaries with osteoarthritis. Method: A nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design was employed. Participants were 55 medical aid beneficiaries who agreed to participate in this study, and were assigned to an experimental group (n=28) or control group (n=27). The framework of this research derived from Cox's Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior guided the overall intervention and the components. The program led by a case manager with a medication calendar, motivating interviewing and coaching strategies and collaboration with a pharmacist. Analysis included change in scores, ${\chi}^2$-test, and t-test. Result: The results showed significant increase in medication adherence, physical function and decrease joint pain, joint stiffness and depression in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: The eight session integrated case management program indicated an effect on medication adherence, pain, physical function, and depression. Partnership with a pharmacist is recommended for medication adherence and conduct of further studies will be needed in order to determine the long-term effect of an extended integrated program on health outcomes.

중추신경계 손상에 의한 경직의 이동형 측정 시스템 (New Portable System for Measuring the Spasticity of Injury in Central Nervous System)

  • Spasticity is a velocity-dependent stretch reflex disorder of the body motor system developing after the injury of the central nervous system, in which certain muscles are continuously contracted involuntarily. Conventional methods such as the modified Ashworth scale, Spasm frequency scale, pendulum test and isokinetic dynamometer had some disadvantages: limitation in discriminating the increase of resistance, immovable and expensive device, not enough study parameters. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce clinically more useful instrument, which can produce objective data and are more convenient on spasticity measurement. Spasticity measuring methods were reviewed and a new measuring instrument was designed and introduced. The new measuring system is a portable spasticity-measurement system, which encompass various scopes of spasticity-related human signals such as electrophysiologic, kinematic and biomechanical data. Our device was designed in order to measure the joint angle, angular velocity, electromyographic signals and force. We suggest that this new system can diagnose the spasticity of the muscles, objectively.

안양천에서의 생태학적 수질오염도 평가 (Assessment of Water Quality Based on Ecological Factors in Anyang River)

  • In this study, the water quality investigated during 2002s to 2004s for Anyang river and its affluent that was based on biological and chemical methods as well as ecological index of each streams. The improving of water quality and the multiplicity of specious in the most streams except for Anyang, which was due to the improving of water quality and water resource. The seasonal dry states are completely disappeared, but water quality of Anyang main stream was classified as fifth grades water with BIP 8.51~10.00 and BOD 8.16~14.4mg/l in Anyang stream overall. And alpha-mesosaprobic in upper, mid parts and polysaprobic in down parts of Anyang main stream are appeared according to Saprobien system, respectively. The water supply of treated sewage is appeared that upgrading effects of water quality in Anyang main stream and affluents of Anyang city area, but the practical effects of "Saving Anyang River" could not gained because the water quality of other branches in upstream parts than upstream measuring point of Anyang main stream, Wanggok stream Sanbon stream in Gunpo and Eeiwang cities, was not improved.
