물은 이 지구상의 생명의 원천으로써 우리 몸의 구성요소가 80~90%가 물로 구성되어 있다. 상업의 고도화와 생활의 질적 향상으로 환경오염에 대한 중요성과 우리 주변환경에 관한 관심이 매우 커져가고 있다. 우리 스스로 주변 환경을 지키고자하는 의식을 가지기 위해서는 우리 주변 수질환경에 대한 정확한 이해와 정보가 필요하다. 이를 위해서 이반적인 수질오염에 대한 초등교육부터 일반적인 환경 지키기 기본교육을 체계적으로 가르치는 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 그리고 에너지절약 등급표시제도나 CO2 배출절약운동같이 대중참여 캠패인을 통해 대중이 참여하는 제도가 있어야 한다. 우리 주변에 수질등급을 에너지절약표시처럼 시각화하여 쉽게 인지하고 정보를 알기 쉽게 알려주는 표시체계를 만든다면 우리지역을 지키지 위한 주민 관심과 실천으로 다양한 환경오염의 피해는 점점 줄어들 수 있다.

Since July in 2004, starting with urban bus reorganization of Seoul metropolitan government, the change of the public transportation which integrates the urban bus and the subway of the metropolis are being continued. But the integration of such bus and the subway is staying to only a fare system mainly, and the guidance system of the subway and the bus has not changed. So we propose the concept of the new guidance system following public transportation change tendency. At first we introduce the new information system which can guide city railroad and bus altogether, and we propose new system which can guide divided by the trunk line and the branch line instead of bus and subway. Last high-functional guidance system which can give passengers tip and hint for various and effective usage of public transportation in more complicated city transit network is introduced. This new guidance system can increase competitiveness of public transportation system and stretch transportation share of it. And that guidance system is high-class contents that all public transportation business can utilize, so it can originate new industry. In conclusion, this new innovative guidance system is important field that government, local administration and public transportation business must be concerned and develop.

항공기 추락 시 충돌충격단계에서 사상자가 가장 많이 발생하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 대부분의 경우, 승객들은 두부손상으로 의식을 잃게 되어 비상탈출에 실패하여 사망에 이르게 된다. 이에 대한 대응책으로 항공기 제작사들은 내구성이 강화된 항공기 좌석을 설계 및 제작하여 설치하고 있다. 객실에서는 승객들이 충격방지자세를 취함으로써 부상을 최소화할 수 있다. 승객들에 대한 충격방지자세 안내는 모든 항공사가 시간적 여유가 있는 비상상황에서만 객실승무원이 안내방송과 함께 시범을 보이도록 절차가 수립되어 있다. 그러나 갑작스런 사고의 경우 승객들은 충격방지자세에 대한 정보를 전달받지 못한 상태에서 사상의 위험에 직면하게 된다. 본 논문은 SHEL 모델을 적용하여 승객과 사상자발생 환경, 승객과 충격방지를 위한 안전절차, 승객과 승객안전정보 전달매체, 승객과 객실승무원등의 상호작용에 내재된 위해요소를 체계적으로 규명하고 객실안전에 대한 법규 및 절차 등의 개정을 제시함으써, 항공기사고로 인한 사상자 발생에 대한 근본적인 대안을 제시하여 항공안전 증진에 기여하고자 한다.

본 연구는 재난발생 시 현장 상황 판단 및 대응 능력이 현저히 떨어지는 안전취약계층 중 장애인과 노인이 재난정보를 받고 안전하게 대피·대응할 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템의 시범적용에 대한 것이다. 재난정보 전달 및 대피지원 시스템은 재난에 취약한 장애인과 노인이 재난상황에서 각각의 취약 특성을 고려하여 재난 위기상황에 대응하도록 설계 하였으며, 실내 위치측정에 관한 공간정보 표준 및 데이터 구축과 개발한 시스템을 설치하고 구현할 수 있는 실내 공간을 선정하여 시범적으로 적용하였다. 재난정보 및 대피지원 시스템의 시범적용을 위해 선정된 시설의 실내 공간정보 구축 및 현행화를 통해 실내 대피경로를 구축하고, 실제 시범적용을 통해 보완하는 과정을 수행하였다. 장애인·노인 대상 재난정보 전달 및 대피지원 서비스 구축을 위해 실내에서 재난발생 시 재난정보 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하고 스마트폰과 연계할 수 있는 연계 모듈을 개발하였다. 또한 재난정보를 스마트폰에 알릴 수 있는 알람 푸시 모듈, 재난정보 및 대피 안내 모듈과 시각 장애인의 실내 공간 인지를 위한 음성안내 모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 IoT 기반의 통합관제 기술을 활용하는 서비스 제공을 통해서 정보전달의 사각지대를 해소하고 장애인·노인의 효율적 재난 대응을 위해 맞춤형 재난정보 전달 및 대피지원 서비스를 구축하고 시범적용의 과정을 통해 문제점을 보완하여 최종적으로 재난으로부터 안전취약계층의 안전성을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다.

In this paper, a distributed evacuation system based on the positioning information of subway passengers is proposed. Recently, the subway station is becoming complicated by combining with shopping malls, and movie theaters. Compared to the increasing complexity of subway stations, evacuation systems are less complex. Subway passengers in each cell were estimated to use the access point in the subway cells and statistics information. The evacuation route is provided through a direction indicator and push alarm of a smart phone based on estimated the number of passengers and exit information of the subway station. Based on this schemes, a quick and safe evacuation system of subway passengers was proposed. The number of connection passengers was estimated using AP with OpenWrt embedded OS installed. The average error rate of the number of passenger was confirmed to be 15%, 17% and 23% at the confidence parameter of $1{\sigma}$, $2{\sigma}$, and $3{\sigma}$, respectively, through a simulation. The possibility of the system through a simple experiment was examined.

For the purpose of data construction for the systematic management and sight-seeing guidance of the natural park, the Kumoh Mt. Province Park was selected as a pilot area. Digital topographic maps, thematic maps and satellite imagery covering the object area were processed and then landform analysis for elevation, slope, aspect and so on was conducted through DEM generation, and the landcover map and NDVI maP were extracted from Landsat TM data. The database was then constructed with these spatial data for GSIS. The image map was generated from IKONOS satellite data, which cover the pilot area data, with one meter resolution and also 3D visualization which was overlaid with main paths up a mountain were conducted. And the moving image files were produced along main paths up including main natural spectacular sights, cultural assets and management facilities. It is expected that the research result can be utilized as the fundamental data for re-assessing suitable land use and constructing Web-based guidance system.

This study explores the geographic characteristics of ecotour resources in Oceania based on the concept of ecotourism along with global education and investigates the global educational applications of eco-resources through a field survey of the Australian Cairns region. The field survey areas are the Green Island within the Great Barrier Reef, Barron Gorge National Park, the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary in Cairns, and the Tjabukai Aboriginal Cultural Park. This case study of the Cairns region is applicable to global education in these aspects: The underwater Observatory and Glass bottom boat in Green Island is used in efficient exploration of ocean ecology; Barron Gorge National Park provides an excellent forest tour with a well-made track, detailed directory, and trained park rangers; the old industrial trains are being recycled for tourism uses; the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary provides various language interpretations and experts to help further visitor's understanding of the surrounding eco-resources; The Aboriginal Cultural Park also utilizes a special program that helps people understand their culture.

In 21st century, tourism can's be formed without tourism information systems. Like other cities Kwangju Met. City has managed tourist information system though internet, but it provide tourist only with poor information as text datum and image datum. Therefore tourist can's get the effective and proper tourism information about Kwangju from that system. The purpose of this paper is to develop tourism information system on the basis of geographic information system for providing tourist with effective geographic tourism information. In the first place, spatial database on tourism information about Kwangju was built by 3 stage of areal scope: national scale, provincial scale and city scale. Next, by analyzing existing tourist information system, 4 major system function is developed: viewing tourism map, guiding tourism information, searching tourism information and printing tourism map. By complement of multimedia datum, this system shall be a major tourism resource of Kwangju.

The research has been investigated to enhance job recognition and satisfaction in Emergency medical information center and to induce some positive suggestions to develop emergency medical information centers in Korea. As a result, the findings found that the tasks which the experts felt are most easily ones are the guidance, counseling, and advice of a patient, while the most difficult tasks are the advice on the first-aid treatment and the guidance of the hospitals. The research has found the findings that most employees feel that they perform their jobs quite well including the guidance and consultation of first-aide patients. They also feel that they are under stress in consulting patients, and in making decisions to visit emergency centers and to observe the patients in limited information without seeing patients in person. They are concerned about the identity of emergency information centers, feeling that it is difficult to construct smoothly the collaboration of such agencies as the administrative, emergency medical centers, 119 resue teams to treat first aide treatments, to provide transportation information, and hospital guidance.

Sanbangsan and Yongmuri Beach as geosites are very wide areas, and tourists have accessed them via various courses; hence the need to double the number of geosite signs and disperse them at each point. The signs should read "Sanbangsan lava dome," "Yongmuri tuff ring," and "Relationship between the Sanbangsan lava dome and Yongmuri tuff ring." The contents of the sign should be systemic, simple, and clear because tourists have to read it in a short time. The viewpoint of the research area can be largely divided into Sanbangsan View, Yongmuri Beach View, Sanbangsan, and Yongmuri Beach View. Three of each viewpoint (total of 9 viewpoints) can be placed. In the geosite of Sanbangsan and Yongmuri Beach are 5 sub-theme views including the boundary sheet of Sanbangsan and Yongmuri tuff ring, xenolith basalt, marine pothole, tafoni, and crossed sedimentary layer. These sub-theme views are important in understating not only the geosite but the overall geopark as well, so they should be developed and utilized aggressively.
