3D 영상산업이 발전해 오면서 현재 3D 영상으로 가장 많이 사용되는 것이 바로 stereoscopic 영상이다. 이러한 영상은 인간의 뇌를 속임으로써 화면에 비쳐지는 영상이 마치 화면 밖에 위치하는 것 같은 착각을 일으키게 만들어 3D영상을 인식할 수 있게 해준다. 이때 사람이 양안시를 인식하는 문제에 관한 연구는 이미 안경학에서 많은 발전을 이루어 왔지만, 현재 논의의 중점인 3D 양안시력은 평소 사람이 사용하는 양안시가 아닌 3D Display에서 비춰지는 영상을 다양한 방법으로 양쪽 눈에 다른 영상을 인식하게 함으로써 입체를 인식하게 하는 것이며, 이러한 3D 양안시력을 측정하는 방법에 대해서는 기존의 양안시력과는 다른 측정 방법을 적용하여야 한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 3D 입체 영상에 대한 입체시를 측정하는 방법에 대하여 제안한다.

(사)한국포장협회(회장 윤영욱)가 올해 4월 1일부터 6월 15일까지 총 11주간 진행한 제19기 포장기술관리사(Packaging Professional) 통신교육 결과, 총 99명의 포장기술관리사를 배출했다. 이번 제19기 포장기술관리사 통신교육에서는 (주)남경 김소영 실장이 총점 1백점 만점에 93.9점을 획득, 일반부문 최고 성적 우수자로 선정됐으며, (주)아이마켓코리아 전자계열 2팀 조형래 과장이 93.2점으로 2등, (주)남경 한강수 사원과 롯데중앙연구소 안경목 연구원이 92.7점으로 공동 3등으로 수료했다. 또한 학생 부문에서는 강릉원주대학교 식품가공유통학과 위경일 학생이 1등으로(88.0점), 유영현 학생이 2등85.5점, 나윤진 학생이 3등(85.3점)으로 수료했다. 한국포장협회는 정부의 산업기술기반 조성사업의 하나인 인력양성(포장분야)을 목적으로 포장기술관리사 통신교육을 실시해 오고 있으며, 금번 제19기 포장기술 관리사를 포함, 그동안 총 1천5백35명을 배출했다. 본 고에서는 제19기 포장기술관리사 우수성적 수료자들을 소개해 본다.

e-비즈니스 환경 하에서 전자적 데이터 교환 또는 WEB을 이용한 비즈니스 트랜잭션 처리를 통해 산업 부분별 자동화나 정보화가 활발히 진행되었다. 전자적으로 데이터를 처리함으로 인해 기존 오프라인을 이용한 비즈니스 환경 보다는 처리 속도나 처리 시간이 단축되었으며 비용도 많이 절감되었다. 그러나 점차 실시간적으로 데이터를 처리하거나 실시간적으로 화물에 대한 흐름을 추적하고자 하는 사용자들의 요구사항이 도출되기 시작하였다. 이에 RFID, USN 등의 유비쿼터스 개념과 기술을 이용한 u-비즈니스가 도입되어 각 분야에 활발히 적용되고 있다. 특히 유통이나 운송 등 물류 분야에 유비쿼터스 기술이 적용됨으로 실시간으로 데이터를 수집할 수 있어 화물의 흐름 추적을 용이할 수 있는 기반이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 비즈니스 환경에 적합하도록 EPC Global 표준에 따라 개발된 RFID 미들웨어를 항만 물류 비즈니스에 적용할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 정의하였다. 또한 정의한 비즈니스 모델을 항만 물류 분야에 적용한 사례와 적용 결과에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

산업 및 기술의 발전에 의해 많은 신소재들이 개발되고 있다. 그 중에서 금속 나노 분말의 경우, 자성소재, 차세대 MLCC, 전도성 페이스트, 살균 등 여러 산업분야에서 관심을 보이면서, 다양한 재료들이 개발되고 있는 추세이다. 그 중에서 금속 나노 분말은 입자 미세화에 따른 경도, 인성, 연성들의 기계적 특성 향상, 전자기적 기능의 향상 등 기존재료에 비해 우수한 물성, 새로운 기능의 발현이 입증되면서 차세대 소재로서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 또한 최근에는 단순한 나노입자의 제조단계를 뛰어넘어 입경 및 입도의 제어 형상제어를 통한 입자 균일성이 요구되고 있다 DC 열 플라즈마를 이용한 나노입자 합성 방법은 초고온의 온도의 달성이 가능하여, 모든 금속원소에 대한 나노화 및 고순도화가 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 제조공정이 단순한 친환경 공법으로 저비용으로 나노입자를 제조할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이송식 DC 열 플라즈마를 이용한 Cu 나노분말 제조, 비이송식 DC 열 플라즈마를 이용한 Fe 나노분말 합성 연구를 통해 반응기의 압력과 플라즈마 파워, Gas 유량등의 공정 변수가 나노입자 생성 특성에 미치는 영향을 확인 하였다. 또한 DC 열플라즈마 나노입자 합성 시스템에 대한 장비와 기술도 소개한다.

Mosts of export/import cargo has been moving using maritime transport means. Korea had been driven the system automation project using EDI document since the mid-1990s. However, this automation system comes upon about 40-50% against overall maritime business process, manual or paper document processing work is existing as ever. International e-business environment also has changing into electronic form document transaction from paper document-based transaction. International standardization organization, UN/CEFACT proposed UNeDocs for paperless jtransaction. UNeDocs is a specification to define XML data model as well as electronic form. With UNeDocs, it is not necessary to generate the duplexed data, and it can support user convenient and guarantee the flexibility. This paper defines the UNeDocs data model for EDI and Off-Line processing at the current maritime business. Then, it have to check XML syntax and structure for the defined data model through quality of document check system. Also, it explains the applying plan about the defined UNeDocs data model. It is possible to support paperless transaction as defining UNeDocs-based standard data model and converting into paper document, XML and EDI document using UNeDocs data model.

The purpose of this study is to investigate of determinants of hospital organization trust affecting to hospital worker's trust in organization. This study was measured levels of trust in organization of hospital workers and 5 determinants of organization trust, organizational fairness, consideration, morality, competence and responsibility toward a society. Levels of trust in organization of hospital workers and determinants of organization trust were assessed using a sample of 190 employees who work at 2 hospitals in Seoul, Kyunggi. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from november 22 to 29 in 2012 and analyzed SPSS 18 by using t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational fairness, consideration and responsibility toward a society among 5 determinants were positively related to levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. Based on these findings, it can be defined that 5 determinants of hospital organization trust influences levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. The implications of this study are discussed and areas for future research are presented.

To look at Korea trade environment, as increasing the quantity of goods transported in North-East Asia and deepening national competitive, information-oriented logistics environment is needed. That means it is automated work process and can provide value-added service. To do this, logistics business can be efficiently handled through "Electronic Means for the Clearance of Ships" and electronically data processing. Also, by increasing the risk of international terrorism, regulation regarding to logistics security has strengthened around the advanced country, such as USA and EU, etc. or international organization, such as IMO, ISO, etc.. Furthermore, because trade and logistics environment is changing and security becomes more important in logistics area, movement or status information of goods within the port or in entry in/out becomes more and more be needed in real time. In case cross-border logistics activities, international cooperation or agreement between countries is very important. However, different opinions much happened on defining the interface. If to follow one format or type using at a specific country or organization, it was occurred to difficulty in respect of interoperability as well as additional costs or time. Therefore, this paper proposes common interface model to exchange information for the efficient global SCM for using by the output of Korea R&D project, "National Logistics Standardization System Development".

The environment of supply chains is rapidly changed to global and eco-freindly work process. However, at current environment, it is not easy to grasp work flow and to analyze energy efficiency. Improving energy efficiency and visibility for goods flow can contribute to increases in customer attitudes and reductions in overall production costs Additionally, it can lead to increases in work efficiency and reductions in overall production costs. Until recently, efforts to improve energy performance focused on manufacturing industry. Those efforts have expanded to the supply chain. In this paper, we perform business process modeling about supply chain for visibility and sustainability - information and component flows - from assembly plants to logistics. This paper defines the work and information flows by modeling the underlying logical structures of the supply chain and the business processes that determine impact of visibility and sustainability. We model processes using the modeling methodology specified by UN/CEFACT. This methodology explains business process functionality and business transactions by UML diagram. The output of this paper would be useful in grasping work flow and capturing the used energy.

청소년 흡연률 세계2위, 아시아 1위, 활발히 확산되는 범사회적 금연운동에도 불구하고 청소년 흡연률은 오히려 늘면 늘뿐 줄어들지 않고 있는 상황이어서 이를 바라보는 국민의 심정이 안타깝기 그지없다. 사태가 이렇게 심각하게 된데는 여러 이유가 있겠지만 우리 사회가 너무 청소년 흡연을 방치하지 않았나 한번쯤 심각히 반성해야 할 부분이다. 청소년 흡연방지를 위한 보다 적극적이고 실효성 있는 정책과 성인들의 관심과 질타 등이 있었다면 상황은 분명 지금보다는 나아졌을 것이다. 지금보다 실효성 있는 청소년흡연 억제 정책이 시급한 상황에서 그 위기를 구원할 릴리프로 담배자판기를 등판시킨다면 과연 어떨까? 과거만 해도 담배자판기 청소년 흡연조장이라는 이유로 길거리에서 철수되어야 하는 아픔을 겪었고 아직도 그러한 오명으로부터 자유스러울 수 없는 상황이지만 산업계의 기술발달은 이제 과감하고 자신있게 등판을 자청할 상황이 되었다. 위기에 등판한 릴리프는 성인인식장치라는 강력한 강속구로 자신 있게 청소년 흡연증가라는 강타자를 삼진 아웃 시킬 수도 있는게 현상황인 것이다. 문제는 정부관련부처의 담배자판기를 보는 시각변화와 신뢰이다. 100%청소년이용을 차단할 담배자판기를 이용, 기존 유인 담배 판매 유통수단을 대체한다면 청소년 담배구입 루트를 근원적으로 차단할 비법이 있는 마당에 담배자판기를 언제까지나 색안경을 끼고 봐서는 안될 것이다. 이러한 취지 하에 협회에서는 대정부 관련부처 설득을 진행해 가고 있다. 최근에는 청소년보호위원회 홈페이지를 통해 '청소년 흡연 감소를 위한 실질적 대책에 대한 질의 및 제언' 이라는 제목으로 성인인식담배자판기의 적극 활용을 촉구하는 민원을 제출했다. 이제는 정부관련부처의 마인드 변화, 산업계 및 여론의 지지 등이 삼위일체가 되어야 하는 상황에서 온라인 상에 게재된 하기의 내용이 적극 호응과 지지를 받았으면 하는 바램이다.
