According to increasing demands for a redevelopment of a wall-slab structure apartment, new explosive demolition methods, which are different from those for RC structure apartment, are requested. In this study, to provide basic design data on explosive demolition of wall-slab structure apartment, wall-slab structure apartments were classified according to building types and dimensions. Also adequate explosive demolition methods for wall-slab structure apartment are analyzed by using blasting pattern factors such as height(H), breadth(B) and length(L) of apartment.

The purpose of this study were to investigate the actual conditions and to design the desirable footwear cabinet according to the size of apartment. A survey research had been made on the actual size and general contents in the cabinet, satisfaction level of apartment from 20-pyung to 60-pyung. The core of this study was the introduction of modular concept for footwear storage. Basically, module was developed according to the length, breadth, and height of footwear. And cabinet units were designed for the various contents(shoes, boots, umbrella, sporting goods, vacuum cleaner, etc.)in it. Various cabinet units could be chosen according to the number of family and size of entrance hall. As a result, typical selection of units were demonstrated for different size of apartment of apartment on entrance hall.

This study investigated price factors for large apartment complexes in Seoul during the COVID-19 pandemic and compared Gangnam and non-Gangnam areas, which have been recognized as heterogeneous markets. We find that the change in apartment prices in large-scale complexes did not significantly affect the individual characteristics of apartments, unlike previous studies, but was affected by macroeconomic variables such as interest rates and money. On the other hand, considering the units of the interest rate and total monetary volume variables, the effects of two variables on the apartment sales price is significantly high. In addition, the Gangnam area model analysis shows that apartment prices are greatly affected by interest rates and currency volume, and, the non-Gangnam area model analysis shows that apartment prices are greatly affected by interest rates and currency volume, but the degrees are different from the Gangnam area model. Overall, our study shows that interest rates and money supply were the main factors of apartment price changes, but apartment prices in non-Gangnam areas are more sensitive to changes in interest rates and money supply.

경기 침체와 미분양 급증으로 유동성 위기에 처한 건설 업체들이 늘면서 미분양 아파트 '땡처리' 시장이 확대되고 있다. 지난해 10월부터 시장 회복을 위해 주택공사가 미분양 아파트를 매입 중이지만, 매입을 완료했거나 올해까지 매입할 미분양 분량은 총 5000가구(약 1조 원)에 달한다. 게다가 미분양 아파트 펀드를 준비 중인 부동산 자산 운용사에 매입 의뢰가 들어온 미분양 물량 규모만 해도 2조 원에 이른다. 결국 3조원대 상당의 아파트 땡처리 시장이 열린 셈이다.

The bankruptcy possibility of apartment construction firms has been incresed because of the environment of current apartment construction industry. This paper analyzes the efficiency of apartment construction firms using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR, BCC efficiency and RTS of 25 apartment construction firms. We also suggest the apartment construction firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. The result shows that four enterprises whose values of CCR efficiency are 1, and ten enterprises whose values of BCC efficiency are 1. RTS indicates IRS of 21 firms and CRS of 4 firms.

본 논문은 통계적 기법을 사용하여 이주시 아파트를 주택유형으로 선택하는 입주자의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 아파트를 선택하는 주민의 인구사회적, 경제적 특성을 분석하는 한편 주거상태와 향후 희망하는 주거상태가 아파트 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가를 로짓모형을 통해 밝히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 부산시의 주민 2000가구의 설문조사결과를 통해 향후 아파트로 이주하고자 희망하는 주민의 특성 및 현 주거와 향후 주거선호와 관련된 사항을 분석한다. 연구결과 가구의 아파트를 선택하는데 있어서 그 가구의 현주거상태와 희망하는 주거수준, 그리고 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성이 작용하는데 현주택상황과 관련하여서는 현 주택규모가 클수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 있으며, 희망하는 주거수준과 관련해서는 희망하는 주택의 방수가 적을수록 아파트를 선택하는 것으로 분석되었다. 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성 중에서는 배우자의 학력이 높을수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용한다. 이밖에 가구의 월평균소득과 월평균 저축도 아파트를 선택하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

아파트공사 아파트 공사가 15층 레벨에서 20층 이상 고층 레벨로 건축되고 있다. 여기서는 그 배경을 언급하지 않지만 이들 공사 진행을 위해 조달되는 자재는 각 회사 본사에서 주요 자재를 일괄 구매하여 현장에 분배 공급하는 마치 정부의 조달청 역할을 갖는 경우가 많은 것으로 알려지고 있다. 현장 소장 권한 하에서 구매 조달하여 공사가 이루어지도록 하는 비율이 3%이하가 대부분이다.(중략)

불과 3년 전까지 조용하고 한적한 농경지였던 고양 원흥지구. 서울 근교에 위치해 바쁜 삶에 지친 도시민들에게 잠시나마 여유로운 풍경을 선사해 주던 이곳이 최근 서민들의 안락한 보금자리로 변화하고 있다. 국내 내로라하는 대형건설사들이 모여 지역 곳곳에서 아파트 단지를 조성하고 있는 것이다. 헌데 그중에서도 우수한 안전관리로 남다른 유명세를 타고 있는 현장이 있다. 그곳은 바로 SK건설이 자연친화형 주거단지를 목표로 건설하고 있는 '고양 원흥 A6BL 아파트 건설공사 3공구 현장'이다. 이곳은 대지면적 7만 $3533m^2$에 지상 1층~10층/22층 규모 아파트 19개동 1,392세대를 조성하는 현장으로, 작업반경이 매우 넓고 하루 출력인원만 600여 명에 달한다. 그런데 이런 거대한 사업규모에도 불구하고 이곳은 지난 2011년 착공 이래 단 한 건의 사고도 없이 무재해 현장을 이어가고 있다. 어떻게 이곳이 우수한 안전현장의 반열에 올라섰는지, 직접 찾아가 그 비법을 살펴봤다.

A grounding system in a large-scale apartment complex consists of a TT grounding system when viewed in each building unit, but the characteristics of TN grounding system appears when viewed in the total ground system function. Therefore, this study examined the characteristics of a grounding system in a large-scale apartment complex using design draft, field measurements and PSCAD/EMTDC modeling. This paper proposes an algorithm for fault analysis depending on the grounding system structure in large-scale apartment complexes considering the connection of the underground culvert as well as a design algorithm for each grounding system considering the contact voltage and step voltage. The simulation results based on the proposed modeling and algorithm confirmed that it is useful for analyzing the characteristics of a grounding system in a large-scale apartment complex.
