서비스 지향 아키텍처를 구현하기 위한 핵심 기술인 가상화 기술 가운데 네트워크 가상화가 미래인터넷에서 중요한 이슈로 부상하고 있다. 이는 다양한 사용자가 공유하는 네트워크 인프라 상에서 혁신적 설계에 바탕을 둔 아키텍처 및 서비스 등을 실현하기 위해 네트워크 가상화가 필수적으로 요구되기 때문이다. 하지만, 네트워크 가상화의 세부적인 기술이 무엇이며, 이들 세부 기술을 어떻게 적용할 것인가에 대해 시스템 개발자는 다양한 기술적 상황을 고려하여 결정해야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 과정의 일환으로 미래인터넷 테스트베드에서 호스트 가상화, 라우팅 가상화, 슬리버 마이그레이션 등의 네트워크 가상화 세부 기술들에 대한 적용 방안을 다룬다.

유비퀴토스 환경에서 차세대 LBS(Location-Based Service) 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해 각 단말기와 환경 및 사용자의 취향에 맞게 콘텐츠를 리퍼포징(Repurposing)해야 한다. 콘텐츠 리퍼포징이란 유비퀴토스 환경 구축에 필수적인 핵심 기술로서, 하나의 원본 콘텐츠를 사용자의 선호도, 단말기 특성, 네트워크 특성 등에 따라 최적의 상태로 적응/변환하여 제공함을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 사용자에게 차세대 LBS 서비스를 위해 콘텐츠의 사용자 정보와 콘텐츠 관련 환경 정보 등을 분석, 전달하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고, 또한 리퍼포징된 콘텐츠의 다양한 정보 분석 방법을 제공하기 위한 미들웨어 아키텍처를 설계한다. 이는 학문적으로 새로운 최첨단의 이론과 기술을 창출하고 이를 기반으로 차세대 LBS 서비스 분야에 혁신적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

인공지능·데이터·클라우드 등 혁신적인 기술로 새로운 사회 구조를 만드는 시대가 도래하면서 현 정부 핵심 국정과제 중 하나로 디지털플랫폼정부(DPG) 구현이 언급되었다. DPG는 수많은 공공 데이터를 관리하고 있으며, 중요·민감 데이터의 안전성을 유지하기 위한 신보안체계로서 '제로트러스트'를 고려하고 있다. 하지만 DPG에 제로트러스트 보안 개념을 적용하고자 할 경우 기업이나 정부 기관 대상의 제로트러스트와 달리 DPG는 참여 주체(정부, 민간 기업, 일반 국민 등)가 다양하고 민간 클라우드 활용을 지향하는 만큼, 이러한 특징을 고려하여 아키텍처를 설계해야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 DPG에 제로트러스트 보안 아키텍처를 도입할 경우, 고려해야 할 점을 제시한다.

Recently, it is very important to create economic value as well as develop core algorithms and technologies in the field of R&D. Various R&D projects make an effort to do the technology commercialization of their results and, as part of efforts, many studies on business model(BM) are conducted to create economic benefits in using the developed technology. However, it is difficult to use the general business model methodologies, which are usually utilized for companies, to the government's research due to different processes and characteristics between them. And for the practical application of business models, it needs to systematize conceptual business models in technical perspective through technical architecture analysis. In this study, a business model development process and a technical architecture analysis for national R&D project is developed for the technology commercialization. In addition, the process is applied to Korean Land Spatialization Program (KLSP) organized by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs to verify the feasibility of its practical application.

Recently, more and more hospitals have become interested in the innovation of healthcare services and processes through IT convergence based on RFID, NFC, smart devices and so on. This paper presents a case of process innovation by implementing a smart health checkup system using these advanced information technologies. The existing inefficient health checkup process based on the paper chart and manual work has been innovated using the advanced information and communication technologies. The newly developed smart health checkup system has been used successfully in a tertiary university hospital named Samsung Medical Center since April 2013. The contributions of the system include improvement of service quality, enhancement of customer satisfaction, reduction in workload of staffs, improvement of work accuracy, and accordingly reinforcement of the competitiveness of the hospital.

In this paper, we analyze the comparative advantage of industry innovation (R & D) activities. The method is that companies are classified suppliers dominated- industry, productionintensive industries and science-based industries, and data of Statistical analysis were collected HCCP (KRIVET). The result is that Tipping phenomena of science-based is apparent and suppliers dominated- industry is the lack of comparative advantage. The implications are as follows. suppliers dominated- industries that specialize in R & D capabilities, support R & D capability is required. Second, the policy in terms of support for R & BD (linking technology commercialization support innovation) should be strengthened. Third, SMEs in the leveling down of industry R & D capabilities should be supplemented.

SK텔레콤은 급변하는 이동통신시장 환경의 변화에 적절히 대응하기 위하여 지난 10여 년간 사용해 온 메인프레임 기반의 COIS 시스템을 중단하고 Unix 기반의 NGM 시스템으로 다운사이징하기로 결정하였다. 2002 년 9 월 SK 텔레콤은 차세대 IT 인프라 혁신 전략 프로젝트를 완료하고 이에 근거하여 2003 년 말 1 단계 프로젝트를 추진하게 된다. 그러나 개발 툴의 문제점, Governance 의 확보 실패 등 문제점이 계속 누적되어 2005년에 접어들어서는 총체적 난국 상황에 봉착하게 되었다. 2005 년 2 월 자체 점검 결과 개발 진척도는 50%에 불과한 상황이었다. 결국 2005 년 3 월, NGM 추진본부는 프로젝트의 추진 중단을 선언하기에 이르렀다. NGM 프로젝트는 처음부터 재 검토하여 Re-planning 을 실시한 후 구축을 재개하기로 결정하였다. 2005 년 5 월 NGM 프로젝트의 Re-plan 이 수립되었다. 우선 Turn-key 방식의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 SK 텔레콤이 구축의 총책임을 떠맡고, SK C&C 가 시스템 이행에 대한 책임을 지는 Governance 체제를 확립하였다. 또한 2 단계 프로젝트에서는 NGM 프로젝트를 기술적으로 원점부터 재 검토하여 이전과는 근본적으로 다른 In-House 구축 접근방식을 채택하기로 하였다. 2 단계 프로젝트에서 관심을 집중한 기술적 의사결정 영역은 크게 (1) 미들웨어 및 개발프레임워크의 적용, (2) DB 아키텍처의 결정 및 슬림화, (3) 시스템 성능 개선 등의 세 분야로 집약할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 이들 각각의 분야를 구체적으로 검토하였다. 결국 2006 년 10 월 9 일 메인프레임 기반의 COIS 는 Shut-down 되어 가동을 멈추었고, Unix 기반의 NGM 시스템이 가동을 개시함으로써 차세대 마케팅을 본격 추진하기 위한 다운사이징 프로젝트가 성공적으로 완수되었다.

This paper examined the effect of organizational capability on performance in Korean and the United States manufacturing R&D organizations. We used self-reported data from 122 Korean and 79 U.S. firms to address three research questions. Structural equation modeling techniques validated the adapted instrument used in the study, and revealed that R&D organizational capability accounts for R&D performance. The degree of explanation power for the performance was significantly higher in Korean than the U.S. R&D organizations. Several implications of the findings were discussed.

Strategic link, to develop the business strategy and to build the infrastructure of the organization, is an important challenge to management activities of the company, it is a major study of management academia. Effective strategy and information systems influence the success of the organization. Strategic alignment model for analyzing linkage was introduced in this study. Strategic alignment model, is composed of business strategy, organization infrastructure, information technology strategy, and information technology infrastructure. We have studied that this models appear in some form in the field of actual companies. Our research subject is a agricultural venture in Chungnam province.

인트라넷은 기업 내 정보통신시스템에 인터넷 기술을 활용한 것이다. 인터넷은 전세계 6000만 유저와 접속하고 있으며 나날이 확대되어 가고 있다. 인트라넷은 이렇게 네트워크 내에서 개발되고 이용되고 있는 기술을 기업 내에서도 값싸게 활용할 수 있는 기반을 구축하는데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 기업 내에서의 활용은 제1단계로 정보 발신형이 보급되었고 제 2단계에 들어서는 정보공유형으로 향하고 있다. 앞으로도 인터넷 기술은 더욱 활용되어 멀티미디어에의 대응, 모바일 컴퓨팅에의 대응이 기대되고 있다. 미쓰비씨전기는 기업내 정보통신시스템으로서의 인트라넷 구축 서비스를 체계화함과 동시에 미쓰비시 인트라넷 시스템 솔루션(System Solution) ''Intra Prop''시리즈를 발표하였다. 기업내 시스템과 인터넷의 큰 차이점은 가입되어 있는 유저의 관리이다. 기업내 시스템에서 필요한 시큐어리티 관리와 유저 권한의 관리는 인터넷기술 활용에 중요한 열쇠가 된다. 이제까지 계산기 아키텍처에 기초해 만들어졌던 정보시스템이 Open화, 클라이언트/서버화의 동향으로 혁신을 계속하고 있으며, 인트라넷은 새로운 시대의 흐름이 되고 있다. 특히 클라이언트측에는 브라우저의 탑재만으로 업무 어플리케이션을 기동할 수 있는데 이는 시스템 운용관리자들에게는 코스트를 대폭 삭감할 수 있게 해주는 중요한 기술이라 하겠다.
