기존의 포탈들과는 차별화된 서비스를 제공하는 디지털 콘텐츠몰이 인터넷 업계의 새로운 수익모델로 떠오르고 있다. 디지털 콘텐츠몰은 말 그대로 인터넷 곳곳에 퍼져있는 디지털 콘텐츠들을 한자리에 모아 원스톱 쇼핑을 가능케 해주는 '콘텐츠 백화점'이다. 이러한 디지털 콘텐츠몰이 활성화되기 위해서는 다양한 콘텐츠를 갖춰야 할 뿐만 아니라 네티즌들이 실제로 이를 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 획기적인 전략과 아이디어도 필요하다. 특히 네티즌들을 한눈에 사로잡을 수 있는 '콘텐츠 인테리어'는 필수적이라 할 수 있다.

현대인들은 바쁘다. 그래서 가족과 함께 외식을 하거나 쇼핑, 헬스, 영화, 공연관람, 예식장, 호텔 등에서의 용무를 한 공간에서 해결 가능한 원스톱 라이프를 갈망하게 된다. 이렇게 바쁜 현대인의 라이프 스타일에 착안, '아빠의 하루'라는 컨셉트를 기획하여 대박 난 복합단지가 있다. 고려개발이 시행한 경남 김해시 부원역사 근처에 3만여$m^2$의 대지, 연면적 20만여$m^2$ 규모의 아이스퀘어 복합단지이다. 이러한 컨셉트가 맞아 떨어져 부원역 푸르지오 915세대 아파트는 지난 2011년 11월부터 분양이 시작되자 25:1의 최고 경쟁률을 기록하며 100% 분양되었다. 침체된 김해지역 부동산 시장에 활력을 불어넣음과 동시에 경남지역 최초의 역세권 개발사업을 성공으로 이끈 신호탄이 된 셈이다.

동대구역 복합환승센터는 교통과 상업시설이 복합 개발되는 국내 첫 프로젝트로서 KTX, 도시철도, 고속 시외버스 등 모든 대중교통을 한곳에서 갈아탈 수 있는 원스톱 환승체계 구축은 물론 쇼핑, 문화, 컨벤션, 테마파크 등 복합문화 시설이 융합된 대구 경북지역의 랜드마크다. 12월 15일 동대구역 신세계백화점 오픈과 함께 준공 예정인 동대구역 복합환승센터는 동남권의 신교통 중심지이자 지역사회 활성화 등 새로운 미래를 여는 기폭제라는 의미에서 대구 시민뿐만 아니라 전국에서도 관심을 모으고 있다. 이 복합환승센터가 완공되면 직접고용 6천여명에 간접고용 포함 1만8천여개의 일자리 창출에 기여할 것으로 전망돼 대구시 전체 경제에 미치는 영향은 생산유발효과 2조4천억원, 부가가치 유발효과 4조2천억원에 달할 것으로 기대된다. 150여개의 백화점과 이마트의 풍부한 시공 노하우로 미래를 선도하는 신세계건설이 종합시공을, 쾌적한 환경 조성으로 삶의 질 향상에 적극 앞장서는 (주)우진아이엔에스(대표 홍평우 손광근)가 주요 기계설비를 시공하고 있다. 본지는 백화점 오픈 및 복합환승센터 준공을 위해 마무리작업에 박차를 가하고 있는 신세계건설 문길남 상무(현장소장)와 이종국 기계설비 부장, (주)우진아이엔에스 전명규 현장소장을 만났다.

Both environments and landscape can be checked in development of waterfront, Nevertheless this conditions does not control at the programming phase as much as necessary in absorption speed of development. Therefore this paper aims to analyze for the environmental space and sustainable landscape. In case of Anmock Harvor, our team carried out interview method by satisfaction level and attractiveness to take requirements of users. This research is to provide that fishing village-national harbor and swimming beach based on the waterfront scale, consists of pedestrian mall, promenade circulation, various water friendly park and beautiful pier. This study proposes two strategies for better life by waterfront space: first, renewal guideline is necessary to masterplan: second, systematic comprehensive plan can be established regal procedures(District Unit Plan & Agreement of Landscape) by participation of regional resident. This survey of waterfront spatial data is expected to use for environmental improvement of fishing village, harbor and swimming beach.

The use of anti-scatter grids in radiographic imaging has the advantage of preventing the image distortion caused by scattered radiation. However, it carries the side effect of leaving artifacts in the X-ray image. In this paper, we propose a grid line suppression technique using discrete cosine transform(DCT). In X-ray images, the grid lines have different characteristics depending on the shape of the object and the area of the image. To solve this problem, we adopt the DCT transform based on a dynamic segmentation, and propose a filter transfer function for each individual segment. An algorithm for detecting the band of grid lines in frequency domain and a band stop filter(BSF) with a filter transfer function of a combination of Kaiser window and Butterworth filter have been proposed. To solve the blocking effects, we present a method to determine the pixel values using multiple structured images. The validity of the proposed theory has been evaluated from the experimental results using 140 X-ray images.
