설악산의 교목한계선, 왜성변형수, 편형수, 포복형 나무 등 기형 수목 형태는 아고산대의 생태적 점이대에 나타나는 식생 경관으로 지생태학적으로 중요한 자연유산이다. 아고산대의 기형 수목 형태는 주로 저온, 강풍, 건조 그리고 적설 등 겨울 기후와 관련되지만 다른 계절과도 관계된다. 설악산의 눈잣나무는 세계적 분포 남한계선으로 생물지리적으로 가치가 높으며, 아고산 환경에 적응한 독특한 외관형을 나타낸다. 설악산 아고산대의 식생과 경관은 과거의 자연환경 변천사를 복원하고, 현재의 환경을 이해하고, 미래의 환경 변화의 영향을 파악하는 지표로서도 중요한 자원이다. 차후 환경 변화에 따른 설악산 아고산대의 식생과 경관의 변화에 대한 중장기적인 모니터링이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to clarify similarity and identity between university library and archives through comparison of their information materials, functions and organizations. As a results, the archives are so much similar to library in the records, functions. It means what they can use the library resources together. The archives organizations mainly belongs to museum and rarely to libraries and administration organizations.

다양한 삶의 질이 높아진 지금 인천국제공항에서는 영유아와 함께 비행기를 탑승하는 가족구성원을 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 워라벨이 중시되고 긴 명절연휴를 맞아 해외 여행을 가는 것은 손쉬운 일이 되었다. 2013년 아시아나항공 213편 샌프란시스코 추락사고를 기억할 것이다. 당시 15개월 아기띠를 하고 있던 승객은 아기띠가 없었다면 아기를 잃었을 것이라는 인터뷰를 했다. 많은 국가가 영유아 안전벨트를 도입 및 장려를 하고 있지만, 아직 국내항공사는 영유아를 위한 안전벨트 도입에 소극적인 것을 알 수 있다. 유럽항공청 EASA에서 승인되어 사용하고 있는 영유아 안전벨트의 시스템을 살펴보고 예기치 못한 사고의 피해를 줄이기 위해 영유아 안전벨트의 필요성을 연구하고자 한다. 또한 도입에 따른 장애요인을 파악하고 대응 방안을 모색하여 국내항공사가 영유아 안전을 더욱 강화 할 수 있기를 기대한다.

To develop functional kimchi which had anti-obesity effect, garcinia cambogia extract containing $51.46\%$ hydroxy citric acid (HCA) was used as a sub-ingredient of American preferred kimchi (APK). The APK added to garcinia cambogia extracts of 0.5$\%,\;1.0\%,\;1.5\%\;and\;2.0\%$ were prepared, and fermentation characteristics and anti-obesity effect of those kimchi were investigated. The pH of APK added to garcinia cambogia extracts (APKH) was low as the amount of garcinia cambogia extract increased at initial stage of fermentation but the pH of those kimchi showed similar values after optimum ripened stage. The number of Lactobacillus sp. and Leuconostoc sp. were small as the amount of garcinia cambogia extract increased while the period was delayed that the number of Lactobacillus sp. and Leuconostoc sp. attained to maximum. In Hunter's color values of APKH, lightness and redness decreased as the amount of garcinia cambogia extracts increased while yellowness increased. Sensory scores in overall acceptance, taste and texture of APKH evaluated by Americans as sensory panels were similar until the addition amount of garcinia cambogia extract was $1.5\%$, therefore the garcinia cambogia extract of $1.5\%$ was determined as tile amount adding to APK. The secretions of glycerol and leptin as a key signalling factor for anti-obesity effect were examined in APK and APKH added to garcinia cambogia extract of $1.5\%$. There were no significant differences in the glycerol secretion when adipocytes were treated with APK and APKH extracts. However, leptin secretion in the adipocytes treated with APKH extract was significantly decreased compared to that of control (p<0.05).

지난 4월, 중국 청두(成道)에서 한 중 일 정부 간 표준협력회의와 3국 민관전문가가 함께하는 제11차 동북아표준협력 포럼이 열렸다. 동북아표준협력 포럼은 3국 국제적으로 화두가 되고 있는 표준분야 상호 협력을 강화하기 위해 2002년부터 개최하고 있다. 이번 포럼에서는 동북아지역 무역 활성화를 위한 표준협력에 대한 논의가 활발했다. 제11차 동북아표준협력 포럼의 주요 내용을 소개한다.

직류 아아크 용접시 아아크 프라스마와 용융 금속 사이의 계면에서 일어나는 전기 화학 반응이 용착금속 내의 산소와 질소의 함량에 미치는 영향이 고찰되었다. 열 화학 반응 뿐만 아니라 전기 화학 반응도 용접부의 산소 및 질소의 함량을 결정하는 중요한 반응 메카니즘이라는 것과 전기 화학 반응의 양을 결정하는 것은 단위 면적당 통과하는 전류의 양을 조절하는 용접 전류와 용접 속도라는 것이 실험적으로 입증되었다. 따라서 이 연구 결과는 아아크 용접시 적당한 용접 조건의 선택뿐만 아니라 용접 재료의 설계 또는 선택에 중요한 지침을 준다.

본 연구는 국립공원의 산림관리에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 계곡부식생을 조사하였다 계룡산국립공원의 계곡부식생을 ZM학과의 식물사회학적인 방법으로 분류한 결과 까치박달군락으로 구분되었다 까치박달군락은 다시 고로쇠나무아군락, 조릿대아군락, 병꽃나무아군락 등 3개의 아군락으로 서어나무군락은 쥐똥나무아군락 쪽동백아군란 등 2개의 아군락으로 구분되었다 까치박달군락은 서어나무군락보다 해발고가 높고 습한 지역에 분포하였다 또한 동일한 계곡이라 할지라도 입지조건 중 특히 계곡부가 위치해 있는 사면의 방위에 따라 식생구성의 차이를 나타냈다.

아세안은 군사/안보적 사안에서는 일체감을 형성하였다. 그러나 아세안 방위협력의 고차원적 요소는 아세안 국가간의 공중, 해상, 지상에서의 쌍무적인 군사연습이다. 앞으로 아세안은 지속적인 발전과 함께 쌍무적 협조관계가 강화되며, 궁극적으로 3자간 또는 4자간 협력의 성격을 띠게 될 가능성이 높다. 그러나 이는 시간을 요하며, 실무자들과 정책입안자들사이의 의견일치를 요구하는 것이다. 아세안 역외의 협력은 특히 다른 주요국가들과의 협력으로 확대될 가능성이 있다

This article explores how to incorporate the topic of the global environmental crisis called the "anthropocene" into archives studies and connect it to ecological practical reasons. In order to encourage discussion of archival studies, which puts the environmental crisis at a kind of archive constant value, this study seeks to examine the possibility of a quality shift in archival studies based on ecology. This article aims to go beyond the pragmatism of preparing improvements to eco-friendly record management, which is recently claimed by the "Green Archive" in Western archival studies. It calls for a new concept called 'ecological archive', which theoretically combines a more archives-based and ecological paradigm, and its epistemological transformation. Specifically, the ecological approach of archives is first discovered in the discussion of archival studies and at the same time, through the "ecological turn" of archives emphasized by recent anthropocene discourses, the concept of "ecological archive" emphasized by this article is embodied. This study uses 'ecological archive' as a universal and theoretical framework for archives as a basic concept for building ecological 'living' archives. In other words, for the construction of ecological archives, we reinterpret and extend so-called democratic values for archives, i.e., post-custodianship, community archives, and archives of emotions. Finally, the records of foot-and-mouth disease killing burial sites, an important site and example of the anthropocene tragedy, exemplifies the methodology of the actual application of ecological living archives. The case analysis aims to seek a new qualitative shift in record management that adapts to global ecological transformation, while also emphasizing the documentation by archival activism in ecological field practices jointly organized by archivists and citizens.
