A Study on 28GHz Wireless CATV system (28GHz 무선 CATV 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • Wireless CATV is a type of CATV that offers its subscribers a mix of microwave channel by transmitting the programming over MMDS frequency. The benefit of wireless CATV can be made available in areas of scattered population and other areas where it is too expensive to build a traditional cable station. Also, due to the lower cast of building a wireless cable station, saving can be passed on to the subscribes. Therefore, in this paper 28[GHz] band bidirectional analog wireless system was proposed. When fully implemented, wireless CATV may have as many as 33 channels of broadcast. Further, if digital wireless CATV is used 150 to 300 channels may become available.

  • The issues on the interconnection of telecommunications network are recently prevailed in the IT industry. In this study, we classify the network interconnection system into two categories: two way-same price model and two way-different price model. The purpose of this paper is to analyze economic characteristics of optimal settlement system according to each model. One of the most important policy implications we derive through this study is that symmetry between enterprises is required for policy maker or regulatory agency to set an efficient settlement system under two way-same price model, but that symmetry is not necessarily required under two way-sane price model.

  • In this study, a SW interactive education training program for elementary school teachers was developed in order to cultivate the SW competency of teachers who apply SW education to schools, and the effect was analyzed by applying it to the school training site. For the development of the training program, the training development direction was set based on the current SW teacher training program, and an interactive training program was opened so that training could be conducted in a non-face-to-face situation in the COVID-19 situation. The developed training program was applied to 104 elementary school teachers in Gyeonggi-do. In order to analyze the effectiveness of the interactive training program, a survey on professor efficacy and satisfaction was conducted, and positive results were confirmed in terms of professor efficacy and program satisfaction. As it is expected that various SW/AI education training for teachers will be conducted as interactive training in the future, it is judged that it is necessary to conduct an analysis study on the effect of SW/AI training training.

  • In this study, the satisfaction level of the class between 'Content utilization and task performance class' and 'real-time interactive class' was compared and analyzed among the types of online classes conducted in elementary schools. The researchers conducted a study to compare and analyze the satisfaction level of classes in 'Content utilization and task performance class' and 'Real-time interactive class', and the research group selected 98 elementary school students in Hwaseong. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction level of classes for "real-time interactive classes" was high. The satisfaction level of students' characteristics was analyzed, students who were not good at performing their task and those who were not good at concentrating on their classes were more satisfied with 'content utilization and task performance classes.'

  • The purpose of this study was to provide instructional implications for synchronous online learning at universities by examining variables that influence the outcome of synchronous online learning and investigating the relationships of the variables. To achieve the purpose, self-regulated learning, social presence, learning engagement and perceived academic achievement were measured by 123 university students who had taken synchronous online learning for spring semester in 2020. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS and SPSS PROCESS macro. The results were as follows. First, self-regulated learning and learning engagement significantly predicted perceived academic achievement while social presence did not. Second, self-regulated learning had a direct effect on perceived academic achievement and had an indirect effect on perceived academic achievement through learning engagement. Third, social presence did not have a direct effect on perceived academic achievement, but had an indirect effect on perceived academic achievement through learning engagement. The implications based on the results were suggested.

  • Digital TV broadcasting technology is recognized as a very encouraging technological development by koreans because of high-definition, multi-channel and interactive services which would broaden the viewers choice and promote people's prosperity. The technological development of digital TV service is a drastic change for people's convenience and would be a major media of‘e-government’in Korea. Digital TV Program UI will affect to people's esthetic sense and information efficiency. The information search pattern in TV is different from it of computer which has lead interactive media so far This research verifies the reasonable information display method through the usability test based on former related researches. For the case study, Interactive EPG design of SkyLife is selected and reviewed. This research includes the design development of interactive EPG of DVB-MHP.

  • 본 연구에서는 쌍방향 시장에서 혼잡 비용의 처리 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 쌍방향 시장에서 시장의 참여자들은 혼잡을 고려하지 않고 서로 계약을 하며 만일 혼잡이 발생한다면 Independent System Operator(ISO)가 혼잡을 해결한다는 가정을 전제로 한다. ISO는 혼잡이 발생 시 조정 입찰(adjustment bidding)을 통해 전력을 매매하여 혼잡을 해소한다. 이때 ISO는 전력의 매매 비용을 최소화하도록 하는데 이 매매 비용을 혼잡 비용이라고 부른다. 그러므로 쌍방향 시장에서는 이 혼잡 비용을 시장의 참여자에게 공평하게 배분하는 방식이 중요한 문제이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 여러 가지 방법이 제시되었으며 송전 제약에 대한 라그랑지 승수를 이용하는 방식도 그 중의 하나이다. 그러나 이 방식은 연속 혼잡이 발생하면 참여자에게 혼잡 비용을 정확히 배분할 수 없다. 여기서 연속 혼잡이란 혼잡 선로에 의해 다른 선로에 혼잡이 발생하는 경우를 말한다. 본 연구에서는 직류 조류를 이용한 다단계 방법을 제시하며 이 방법은 연속 혼잡을 단계별로 처리하여 기존의 방법의 문제점을 해결하였고 혼잡 비용이 참여자에게 공평히 배분되도록 하였다.

  • It is very difficult for the teacher to know who understands the lecture or not in the classroom. Therefore, in this paper, it proposed the algorithm of student score evaluation algorithm using full duplex method. Moreover, it confirms that full duplex method using fuzzy rules and neural network can tell where misunderstanding of the problems in the test. The computer simulation results shows that the full duplex virtual learning system has been proven to be much more efficient than one way traditional method which unfortunately does not consider the students understanding.

  • 본 논문은 전자유도방식을 이용한 무선인식시스템을 지하매설물에 적용하였다. 설계된 시스템은 송신주파수 132KHz, 응답주파수 66KHz로서 부반송파에 의한 ASK 방식으로 쌍방향 전송방식을 채택하였다. 실험결과 지하 2m 범위까지 4800bps의 전송속도로 60km의 이동속도를 갖는 차량으로 쌍방향 통신이 가능하여 차량을 이용한 지중 매설물 위치탐지 시스템 적용에 별다른 은제점이 없었다. 따라서 본 시스템의 도입으로 방대한 도면이나 DB에 의존해야 하는 기존의 지중 매설물 관리시스템에서 벗어나 정확한 현장 데이터에 의한 효율적인 지하 매설물 탐색은 물론 쌍방향 통신에 의한 신속한 매설물 데이터의 변경으로 신뢰성 있는 지중 매설물 관리가 기대된다.
