지난 1.11 부동산 대책에 따르면, 분양가 승인의 실효성을 제고하기 위해 별도의 심의 기구를 전국 시.군.구에 의무적으로 설치하는 내용을 포함하고 있다. 현재 임의 기구인 '분양가 상한제 자문 위원회'를 '분양가 심사위원회'로 개칭해 확대, 개편하겠다는 것. 분양가 심사위원회 구성이나 내용 등 자칫 주택 공급의 족쇄로 작용할 수 있는 분양가 심의위원회의 향방에 대해 알아본다.

The film has far-reaching power than any other media. For this reason, a censorship has existed in some way but censorship is like a double-edged sword. If KMRB stood in front of a desire to preserve the morals of society and youth protection, creativity of artists must be shaken. On the contrary if free will is emphasized, social chaos will be increase. Thus most countries made various censorship systems in order to overcome this contradiction. In recent years, mainly on the issue of censorship and the rating is a tendency to transfer to the voluntary deliberation agency. However, this issue is still dealing with this problem at KMRB in Korea. Then KMRB mistakes itself as the guardian of situation ethics and morality. Recently various problems appeared in the film rating system. KMRB should be devolved on the voluntary deliberation agency in order to solve the problem. therefore this study The study will be to review the need for voluntary veliberation agency.

"Conflict of Interest(COI)" is defined as a situation where a person or an institution is involved in multiple interests, and an interest is against the others. COI in medical researches should well addressed and managed in order not to breach the integrity of the research. Numbers of methods have been introduced to manage the COI. In this article, the concept of COI and its application to medical researches is reviewed and the methods evading COI are introduced.

In December 2019, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was discovered in Wuhan, China. The disease was so severe that as early as 30 January 2020 COVID-19 was declared by WHO as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. There have been a lot of concerns about conducting COVID-19 clinical researches scientifically and ethically in pandemic. This article is directed at addressing these issues from the perspective of IRB. First of all, the urgency of COVID-19 research requires prompt IRB process through efficient ethics review and oversight system. IRB should determine whether the risks that will be presented to human subjects are justified after assessing possible harm and anticipated benefits. The safety of subjects should not be compromised. Furthermore, informed consent should be voluntarily obtained by sufficient information in consideration of special circumstances during a pandemic.

Communications deliberation conducted by Korea Communications Standards Commission(KCSC) has been caught up in controversy in terms of the legitimacy of KCSC and its operating system. But there is few or no analysis of the state of affairs concerning the subject. This article critically examines the proceedings of KCSC in 2010 and attempts to see how true and reasonable some points of issues towards communications deliberation raised mostly by civic groups are. The study pays particular attention to unfaithful and arbitrary deliberation and broadness of the items of deliberation. By doing so, the article tries to suggest some alternative ways for improving the system of communications deliberation in Korea.
