In the highly developing industrial society, design has been playing the central role in the managerial strategy of a company and has been one of the central agendas in determining the economical competence of a country, and has also been regarded as a means to acquire sustainable superior competence. Thus, these trends suggest that the aesthetic value of a product has become more important than its technological function. In this study we reviewed theoretically esthetic factors influencing the preference and the evaluation of a product and made a list of eight esthetic factors based on various referential studies which include simplicity, balance, unity, rhythm, style, novelty, typicality, and proportion. We investigated the esthetic factors affecting consumers preferences and the basis for evaluating a product. Conclusively, this study aimed at providing materials for developing product design by presenting an esthetic guideline and to put these materials to practical use. The study also investigated other considered elements classified by manufactures and the importance of esthetic factors and its influence on consumer tastes.

오늘날 단일치 임플란트의 식립은 현재 시행되고 있는 가장 일반적인 임플란트 술식 중 하나이며, 상악 전치부는 이중 가장 흔하게 시행되는 식립 부위 중하나이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 상악 전치부 단일 상실치에 대한 치료 계획은 구강 내 다른 어떤 부위보다 복잡하며 고도로 심미성을 요구하는 부위로서 아무리 경험이 많고 기술이 뛰어난 치과의사라 할지라도 시술할 때마다 큰 도전으로 여겨지는 경우가 대부분일 것이다. 상악 전치부에서 임플란트 보철의 심미적 성공을 이루기 위해서는 모든 구성 요소 하나하나에서 심미적 결과를 이룩하여야 하고 이 결과들이 완벽하게 조화를 이루게 하여야 하며 이는 결코 쉬운 일이 아닐 것이다. 시술 시 교과서의 그림처럼, 모형에 식립해 본 것처럼 쉽게 되지 않는 것은 물론 구강 내 환경이 모형과 다를 리 만무한 것이 당연한 첫 번째 이유이며 뿐만 아니라 환자 대부분의 경우 모형처럼 완벽한 경 연조직이 갖추어진 상태에서 치아만 상실된 경우는 거의 찾아볼 수 없기 때문인 이유도 크다. 즉, 원하는 위치에 식립을 하고 장기간의 심미적 유지를 위해서는 경 연조직에 대한 처치가 필수적인 경우가 대부분이라는 이야기이다. 이를 간과하고 식립한 경우 추후 심각한 bone의 resorption, 그에 따르는 gingiva의 끔찍한 recession, 용납할 수 없는 비심미적 보철물의 제작은 불을 보듯 뻔한 결과가 될 것이다. 따라서 상악 전치부 식립 치료계획 시 치과의사는 성공적 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 모든 요소에 촉각을 곤두세우고 이들의 완벽한 처치에 최선을 다 해야할 것이다.

Successful treatment in the anterior esthetic prosthetic can be a balance between aesthetics in the facial, tooth, and periodontal tissue in the oral. In the case of facial symmetry of patients with normal occlusal plane, If you establish criteria of finding balance of aesthetics such as a several books and articles and manufacture a prostheses by the established-criteria, you can manufacture a harmonious and aesthetic prostheses without any trouble. However, in the case of patients with facial asymmetry, if you manufacture a tooth as patient's facial aesthetic symmetry by force even facial asymmetry case, you can't get a result not only aesthetic but also functional prostheses. Also, to produce the prosthetic of harmonious and aesthetic with periodontal tissue, and excellent self-cleansing function, you must apply to the form of the prosthetic changed dental environment.

대부분의 디자인관련 종사자들은 심미성이 소비자의 선호에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 주장에 동의하고 있다. 하지만 어떠한 심미적 요소가 소비자 선호도에 얼마큼 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 미미한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 심미적 영향 요소인 율동에 관한 사례연구를 통하여 구체적 영향 정도를 파악하고 연구결과를 이용 소비자 선호도를 높일 수 있는 방안 제시를 시도할 것이다.

In this paper we intended to present the case of mentorship program for the gifted in elementary mathematics education, which is related with Waldorf education. We installed the program to four six-grade students during six months. We focused on cultivating integrated perspective, aesthetic perspective and substantial skills. For the aim we dealt with the item, construction based on the aesthetic experiences. Finally we presented three main ideas, construction of regular polygons and flowers, construction of islamic design, and farmland cleanup with construction. We also contained the students' project in this paper.

In case of the treatment of maxillary anterior teeth, it should be taken into account the proper morphology, arrangement and color satisfying patient's esthetic demands. For this purpose, facial composition, dentofacial composition, dental composition and dentogingival composition should be considered making diagnosis and treatment plan in an esthetic point of view. In adjustable temporary crown state, careful evaluation and correction of the esthetic and functional aspect were performed, and the definite restoration was reproduced using double scan.

With the increasing demand for aesthetic implant dentistry, the importance of implant restoration is emphasized not only in the functional aspect but also in the aesthetic aspect. The aesthetic restoration of dental implants in the anterior maxilla is a challenge for clinicians because it requires proper harmony in three following conditions; reconstruction of hard tissue, soft tissue, and aesthetic prosthesis. The soft tissue aesthetics are dependent upon the condition of the supporting hard tissue because the osseous structure provides a framework for the development of a healthy and aesthetic soft tissue interface. Therefore, the augmentation of hard tissue is a first step and especially, optimal 3-dimensional position of implant is the most important factor in aesthetic implant restoration. The management of soft tissue is a second step, and the final step is a restoration of harmonic prosthesis using provisional restoration with proper emergence profile. This clinical report describes the procedure of bone augmentation in labial dehiscence defect, Vascularized Interpositional Periosteal-Connective Tissue (VIP-CT) flap for aesthetic anterior soft tissue, and the importance of provisional restoration and impression taking stage with customized impression coping.

The critical factors affecting the esthetics of anterior implants can be summarized as following: 1) Correct positioning of implant fixture, 2) Enough amount of alveolar bone, 3) Optimum volume of soft tissue. The position of implant is probably the most important factor in obtaining esthetic treatment outcome. The 3-dimensional orientation of implant is determined by the position on the alveolar ridge and its direction. Clinicians often try to mimic natural teeth when fabricating restorations. During the course of esthetic diagnosis and treatment, however, one should not forget to consider the correlation between facial pattern, lips, gingiva, alveolar ridge, as well as remaining dentition. Since anterior region is biologically unfavorable when compared with posterior region, one minor discrepancy in positioning of implant can cause esthetically undesirable treatment outcome. If one understands the biological and prosthetic meaning of implant' s 3-dimensional position, he or she can achieve superior esthetic outcome in anterior region.

This study aims to determine whether aesthetic ability and self-worth dually mediate in the relationship between creative personality and creativity among Chinese design college students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 500 college students purposively sampled from a design major university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, creative personality, aesthetic ability, self-worth, and creativity all showed significant positive correlations. Second, college students' aesthetic ability and self-worth double-mediated in the relationship between creative personality and creativity. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only creative personality but also aesthetic ability and self-worth to enhance the creativity of college students.

This research suggests relative perspective against to the existing researches which consider balance as mere one of aesthetic elements that balance could lead different consumer aesthetic response according to product characteristics. From the results of this study, we can suggest that higher level of balance encourage positive consumer aesthetic response in high involvement products and contrary, lower level of balance encourage positive consumer aesthetic response. It's expected for the results of this study to suggest more useful design approach in theoretical and practitional fields. In the future researches, more profound studies with more number of stimuli, more levels of balance distortion and more number of moderating variables should be peformed to withdraw more useful results.
