This study examined influence of strengths of family life and satisfaction with school life on adolescent psychological well-being, particularly targeting at high school students in the rapidly changing IT-based society. In order to investigate influence of factors related to home and school as the main living spaces on improving adolescent psychological well-being, a survey of 251 students at K academic high school in Busan was conducted and then multiple regression analysis was carried out. Firstly, the analysis showed that adolescents' sharing time at home could make a positive impact on their positive interpersonal relationships. It also showed that family bonds could have a positive impact on adolescents' positive interpersonal relationships, the goal of life, and personal growth, and thus satisfaction in communication at home was a factor that could be helpful to environmental control. Secondly, it indicated that adolescents' satisfaction with school life was a factor that had a positive impact on self-acceptance, environmental control, and the goal of life among the sub-factors of psychological well-being. It turned out that peer relationships could have a positive impact on positive interpersonal relationships, likewise school lessons and peer relationships could have a positive impact on autonomy. According to the results of analysis, factors related to strengths of family life and satisfaction with school life could affect adolescent psychological well-being. Therefore, these findings can be applied to establishing major youth policy.

본 연구는 판매원의 판매노력을 효율적으로 일하는 것과 열심히 일하는 것으로 나누고, 판매노력이 목표수준과 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 그리고, 효율적으로 일하는 것과 열심히 일하는 것, 목표수준에 대한 선행요인으로 개인적 변수에 해당하는 경쟁심(경쟁기질)과 자기효능을, 환경변수에 해당하는 심리적 경쟁분위기와 판매관리자 신뢰도를 탐색하여 성과에 대해 간접효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 보험설계사를 대상으로 설문조사하여, 265부를 실증분석 한 결과 열심히 일함은 목표수준에 영향을 미치며, 목표수준은 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 효율적으로 일함과 열심히 일함의 성과에 대한 영향은 비유의적이었다. 매개변수(효율적으로 일함, 열심히 일함, 목표수준)에 대한 선행요인의 영향에 대해서는 개인변수인 경쟁심과 자기효능은 모두 유의적이었으나, 환경변수는 심리적 경쟁분위기만이 효율적으로 일함에 유의적이었다. 결과적으로 판매원의 성과에 대한 자기효능과 경쟁심의 효과는 열심히 일함 그리고 목표수준에 의해서 매개됨을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is reveal how employee participation management of deluxe hotels located in Seoul affects corporate employees' psychological ownership and organizational commitment. In addition, it tries to find out the mediating effect that the employees' psychological ownership has contributed to the relationship between employee participation management and organizational commitment. The results of this study are as follows; Firstly, employee participation management has a great effect on the employees' psychological ownership and organizational commitment. Secondly, employees' psychological ownership has a mediating effect between employee participation management and organizational commitments.

The purpose of this study was to develop for PLEIS(Psychological Learning Environment Instrument generated by science teachers). The procedure of validations' PLEIS is also examined. Samples of 1.274 for this study were selected from the secondary school students. It was conducted as a procedure development of the instrument with teachers' perception survey, students' perception response survey. second pilot for the measurement instrument. Findings indicate as the follows. (1) PLEIS was formed 3rd construct dimension, 9th subcategory. (2) the instrument consisting of 45-items' scale were used for psychological learning environment. (3) all item-type were applied 5-Likert Scale. (4) internal consistency of Cronbach ${\alpha}$ was 0.93.

This study aimed to explore the impacts of psychological capitals on the psychological ownerships and organizational commitments by employees in deluxe hotel located in Seoul. And also the mediating effects of psychological ownerships by employees on the relationships between psychological capitals and organizational commitments in hotel firms. The results of this study are, psychological capitals direct impacts on psychological ownerships and organizational commitments. And psychological ownerships influence mediating effects between psychological capitals and organizational commitments. The results of this study suggests that to build organizational behaviors management systems on emphasizing of the importance of psychological capitals and the importance of psychological ownerships by employees on intense competing environments in hotel industry for competitive advantages.

세계 경제가 고도성장에 따른 산업구조의 변화를 갖게 되었고, 의학기술의 발달로 건강한 고령자의 증가가 나타나는 사회 현상이 나타나게 되었다. 우리나라 역시 65세 이상의 건강한 고령인구의 증가 추세와 고령화 사회로의 진입이 현실화 되고 있다. 또 급속한 핵가족화 등으로 인하여 가족 내의 노인부양 기능이 약화되고 있으며, 건강한 노인 단독세대가 급증함에 따라 해당 관련 복지의 구체적인 정책 실천방향에 대한 요구와 신체적, 사회 심리적 특성에 따른 힐링 환경의 개발요구가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인류 건강증진 개념 및 고찰을 통해 힐링 환경의 공간특성을 도출하고, 이를 통하여 보다 질적으로 향상된 건강한 주거환경을 제시하고자 하는데 그 의미가 있다. 본 논문에 있어서의 공간에 의한 인류 건강증진은 1. 건강과 질병은 하나의 스펙트럼 상에 놓여 있으며, 한편은 최상의 건강 상태이며 다른 한편은 질병에 의한 사망이라는 개념에 의미를 둔다. 2. 병, 의학 전문가 관점에서 건강을 증진시키는 과정에 중심을 두고 있는 새로운 치료적 환경에 대한 혁신적인 패러다임을 주지하는 입장에서, 안녕(healing)을 양성하는 공간 특성을 도출 개념이다. 3. 환경변화에 적응하는 역동적 건강개념에 그 근거를 두고, "건강은 단순히 무 질병의 개념이 아니라 신체적, 정신적, 문화적 에다가 영적으로 완전한 안녕 상태"라는 개념을 적용한다. 4. 특히, 병, 의학 전문가 관점으로 인해 간과되었던 대상자의 공간으로부터 얻게 되는 심리적, 사회적, 정신적 요구들을 반영하는 안녕(healing) 개념의 힐링 철학의 개념을 갖는다.

작금의 현대 사회는 바쁜 일상 속 부모들의 관심이 부족한 자녀들에 대한 심리적 안정과 환경 적응력을 위한 색채심리치료의 필요성이 급증하고 있다. 이에 우리는 아동의 그림 등으로 아동의 감성상태를 파악하여야 한다. 현재 진행 중인 감성의 실증적 연구는 크게 심리학적 관점과 공학적 관점에서 이루어지고 있다. 심리학분야에서 이해하고 있는 감성은 감정에 가깝다고 할 수 있고, 한편 공학적 관점에서 이해되는 감성은 '외부의 물리적 자극에 의한 감각, 지각으로부터 인간의 내부에 야기되는 고도의 심리적 체험'으로 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 색채 이미지 공간에서의 단색, 배색의 정보를 활용하여 색채조화를 식별하고, 아동의 그림에서의 심리를 추출해내는 시스템을 제공한다. 우선 색채 이미지공간을 기반으로 감성 데이터베이스를 구축한다. 이후에 영상을 K-Means알고리즘을 이용해 클러스터링 하여 방대한 컬러 값들을 그룹화 시킨 후에 데이터베이스와 매칭을 시켜 감성을 추출해 내고, 아동의 그림에서의 컬러 분포도를 이용하여 아동색채심리를 알아본다.
