In this study, the study model and hypotheses were established by theoretical review to understand the impacts of servicescapes on relational benefits and revisit intention in the subjects of users in the franchise coffee shops. Based on the previous studies, the servicescape was classified with three elements including facility attractiveness, service attractiveness, and cleanness, and the analysis results are as follows. First, facility attractiveness(H1-1) and service attractiveness(H1-2) among servicescapes of coffee shops showed the significant impact on relational benefits, adopting Hypothesis 1-1 and H 1-2. On the other hand, cleanness among the servicescapes did not show any impact on relational benefits. Second, hypothesis 2 that relational benefits will significantly affect the revisit intention, positively was adopted. This means revisit potential will be enhanced more as the workers generate the comfort with special services and informal conversation more. It implicates that trust on the shops, psychological comfort, and consideration to the customers are important factors to induce their revisit. Finally, facility attractiveness and service attractiveness among servicescapes showed to affect he revisit intention significantly, while cleanness did not show that, partially adopting hypothesis 3.

In Jungian psychology, creation myths regard as the story of unconscious and preconscious processes(projection of archaic identity) which describe not necessary the origin of our cosmos, but the origin of man's conscious awareness of the world. Therefore projections have nothing to do with matter itself but experience of one's own unconscious. Jung emphasizes importance to understand projection in individual's conscious experience rather than in philosophical doctrine. The purpose of this thesis is to explore unconscious process of creation myths with egg symbolism in clinical cases to present universal feature of Cosmic/alchemical egg. Psychologically, creation myths retold when human mind needs new order. Depending on the attitude of ego, it can be sudden expansion of consciousness or contamination of ego by unconscious. In this study, 'chaos(messa confusa)' in creation myths as archaic identity, experience of uroboros or infant, and nigredo state in alchemy. 'Separation of primordial parents' as beginning of consciousness refers to separatio operation in alchemical process. 'Light' as attainment of consciousness. Discussion of psychological meaning of egg starts with amplification which include the concept of cosmic/alchemical/philosophical egg. Egg symbolism in this study refers to emergence of egg, tapas/brooding of egg, and separation of egg. Emergence of egg as a state of preconscious totality, psychic wholeness conceived as the thing which came before the rise of ego consciousness. Discussion of conceptssuch as Shiva bindu, hiranyagharba, germ of gold, Tathāgatagarbha follows. 'Tapas/brooding of egg' as concentration of all psychic energy into one point for self reflection. Discussion includes The I Ching Hexagram 61, image of brooding egg identified with inner truth, Wonhyo's concept of jikwansasang, and Gnostic idea of Ennoia, introverted act of thinking, as well as the concept of 'Night Sea Journey'. 'Separation or hatching of egg' regarded as the idea of sudden illumination, Phanes, the shining God, and "sun-point," in alchemy. Birth of fledgling as birth of new personality. As a conclusion, psychological meaning of cosmic egg/creation myths is the story of separating from 'Not-I'(unconscious, object, undifferentiated) to 'I'(ego, subject, differentiated) which shares the same meaning as individuation process.

Effects of preoxidation on high temperature wear of piercing plug tool steel sliding against SA210C steel used for production of seamless tube have been studied using a pin-on-disc CETR tribometer, under applied normal load of 20 N at $900^{\circ}C$ in air. It was found in the preoxidized pin specimens of piercing plug tool steel that the coefficient of friction decreased to about 0.4 at an initial stage followed by showing nearly constant value of about 0.4 during high temperature wear testing. On the other hand, it was also found in the pin specimens without preoxidation that the coefficient of friction increased and fluctuated, ranging from about 0.3 to 0.6 during the tests until the running period of about 800 sec. The compact and continuous Fe-oxide layer was formed on the contact surface of the preoxidized pin specimens after high temperature wear testing followed by penetrating along the grain boundaries of coarse ferrite in the decarburized region beneath the oxide layer due to the lower hardness of the region.

At MMORPGs that has the numerous game users with many interactions at the same virtual world, massive loading that results in delays, resource shortages, and other such problems occur. To solve this, many developers devote research to load-balancing servers, yet due to steady and dynamic map divisions, such research is unreliable. This paper proposes a game user-oriented load balancing scheme for the load balancing of MMORPG servers. This scheme shows effectiveness at dealing with hot-spots and other gatherings of game users at specific servers compared to previous methods.

In this paper, the authors propose a multi-transmission mechanism of heterogeneous network environment which is applicable to the SMART screen services over wire and wireless convergence network. This paper presents study results including a SMART screen handover algorithm among multiple collaborative devices under wire and wireless convergence and heterogeneous network environment, and a service operation and management system and a NAS system providing SMART services of AV streaming and contents files. These validate implementation feasibility of a call processing engine for seamless SMART screen collaborative services, AV streaming services and SMART screen collaborative services supporting mobility management and multiple users/multiple streams.

The study acknowledges the values of periodical indexing as information resources. The study identified periodicals users' needs of article indexing services based on focus group interviews. The study also conducted a comparative study of periodicals indexing services of libraries and databases in Korea and the US. The study argues for the need of seamless services for users of periodical articles indexing services. The study also recommends the elements needed for improving the current service, which includes establishing a collaborative indexing system, adopting a metadata standard, implementing authority files, incorporating social web services, offering diverse ways of information discovery based on facet approach, and stabilizing identification systems.

As market expansion and demand for smart phone have increased, the wireless data trafic is rapidly growing now. To solve this problem, common carriers in Korea distribute the trafic over Wi-Fi. Smart phones have multi interfaces such as 3G radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and etc and can utilize them. However these interfaces support seamless handover between not different interfaces but same interfaces, so that users couldn't be supported continuity for handover. In this paper, we describe the Media Independent Handover(MIH) services that is proposed by IEEE 802.21. The standard enhance the handovers across heterogeneous access networks and to optimize the service continuity during handovers.

Under the stiff competition in the health care industry, the long run survival of medical institution depends on building up customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to figure out the influencing factors on customer loyalty. This new model is based on Bettman(1979)'s customer purchasing decision making process(awareness-interest-final decision). The key characteristics of this model reflects the psychological change of customer purchasing decision The influencing factor at each purchasing stage must need to be identified because the inner decision making process is generally carried out by multistage. In this respect, this study shows the brand awareness of hospital plays an important role at the first stage. In a second stage, the servciescape and service quality of hospital must be considered. Finally, customer's perceived value is adopted. By using a sample of 116 Chinese tourists, this study empirically examines the influencing factors of customer loyalty. The results that the brand awareness and perceived value have a positive effect on customer loyalty.

1996년 10월부터 1997년 6월까지 안ㆍ이비인후과병원과 영동세브란스병원 이비인후과에 음성장애를 주소로 내원한 환자 중 성대양성질환으로 성대미세수술을 시행하고 음성검사를 시행한 환자들을 대상으로 하였다. 대상환자는 총 85명으로 후향적으로 의무기록을 검토하여 수술시 병명, 수술시 레이저(laser)사용유무, 수술 후 발성장애 유무를 확인하였으며 그 중 수술 후 지속적인 혹은 반복적인 발성장애를 보인 환자는 총 12명으로 발성장애의 원인과 치료의 종류 및 치료효과를 판정하기 위해 후두비디오스트로보 스코피 검사, 청각심리검사 및 음성분석을 확인하였으며 통계처리를 하였다. 인터넷 서비스 보급이 대중화됨에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 다양한 부가 서비스들이 창출되고 있다. 대부분의 인터넷 사용자들은 항상 누군가로부터의 관심을 갈구하기 마련이다. 메신저의 대화명이나, 미니 홈피 등을 통해 수시로 자신의 현재 심리상태를 표현하는것은 그 좋은 예라 할수 있다. 향후, 개발될 새로운 부가서비스는 이러한 사용자들의 현재 상태를 표현하기 위한 프레즌스 서비스와 통합된 형태로 발전해 나갈것으로 여겨진다. 본고에서는 현재 IETF를 중삼으로 진행되고 있는 SIP 기반 프레즌스 및 인스턴스 메시징 서비스에 대한 소개와, 사용자의 프레즌스 정보를 다양하게 기술하기 위한 프레즌스 고급 기능 표준기술도 함께 소개하고자 한다.
