The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between women's gender microaggression experience in the workplace and their percieved level of decent work based on the Psychology of Working Theory(PWT) among South Korean women employees. Specifically, we focused on testing the mediating role of career adaptability, an intrapersonal variable in PWT, and the moderating role of organizational culture of gender prejudice, a contextual variable in PWT, on career adaptability. Online survey data were collected from 219 South Korean women employees and Mplus 7.0 was used to test the simple mediation and moderated mediation effects based on structural equation modeling. Results indicated that there was no mediating effect of career adaptability between the relationship between gender microaggression in the workplace and decent work, however, a significant moderation effect was found by the organizational culture of gender prejudice on the mediating effect of career adaptability. Based on these results, practical implications of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

In this study, As youth school violence is emerging as a serious social problem, this study needs to actively respond to school violence to prevent and reduce the proportion of secondary cyber violence by examining previous studies related to school violence. By recognizing problems through comparative analysis of the recent status and characteristics of school violence according to changes in the educational environment after COVID-19, we intend to find the right direction for schools, families, and communities to cope with school violence. The analysis data is a psychology that takes into account the change in the educational environment caused by COVID-19 through the first survey of school violence in 2021 by the Ministry of Education. It is meaningful to suggest directions and alternatives to prevent school violence and solve school violence problems by strengthening teachers' responsibility and improving their ability to cope efficiently.

The present study examined whether individuals would respond differently, as a function of cultural self-orientations, when their requests were rejected. Also examined was whether individuals with different cultural self-orientations would predict differently how their interaction partner would respond when they rejected his or her request. Furthermore, it was investigated whether experimentally induced perspective-taking would influence responses to rejection and predictions of responses to rejection. It was found that responses to rejection as well as predictions of responses to rejection varied as a function of individual's independent self-orientation and perspective-taking. However, no significant effects were found with regard to interdependent self-orientation. Based on these results, the implications that cultural self-orientations have for request rejection and social behavior in general are discussed, and future directions are suggested.

This study aims to figure out what kind of competences Chinese teachers need when teaching foreigners Chinese and if there is a difference between the importance degree they cognise and the practical level they keep, which could help to indicate improving directions of teachers' cultivation and training. To achieve this purpose, we chose 56 in-service Chinese teachers in Q City, Shandong Province, China as the subject of investigation. As results of this study, about the importance degree of competences of teaching foreigners Chinese, the average score is pretty high, which could assure the competences Chinese teachers need, but as for practical level, the average score is relatively low, which could help to assure the improving directions. In conclusion, competences of teaching foreigners can be divided into knowledge, skill and attitude. To improve the practical level of Chinese teachers, it's necessary to attach more importance to Chinese culture, methods of language education, cross-cultural adaptation, research on teaching and so on in Chinese teachers' cultivation and training programs.

According to Mental accounting theory, humans sort money according to their psychological purpose. It plays a major role as a means of self-control. However, humans sometimes make mistakes that violate very simple economic principles. Many consumers experience this mistakes. So consumers use account book to manage their income and expenses. These days, they use mobile account book applications. And because of platform characteristics, there are various user interfaces. This paper examines an efficient user interface design that can reduce errors caused by mental accounting and support rational economic activities. For this, we compared and analyzed households exposed on top of Application store based on advanced research on Mental Accounting. Through this case study, We found some cases of efficient user interface for reasonable consumption. In further studies, We will design optimal account book's UI and do a usability test based on this.

The present study aimed to investigate the discrimination between employee voice and silence behavior in measurement: it is silence behavior the absence of voice or not? It was examined using confirmatory factor analysis. Five measurement models based on the suggestion of Pinder & Harlos(2001) and Van Dyne, Ang, & Botero(2003) were compared. Additionally, the hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted for examining the incremental validity of silence behaviors over voice. A total of 204 employees who worked with their own supervisor were surveyed. Results indicated that silence behavior could be a separate construct from voice. Findings also showed that silence behaviors could be distinguished by the level of concreteness in definition, difference in content of motivation and have the incremental validity over voice in only acquiescent Silence. From these results, the theoretical implications of findings, limitations, suggestions for future research were discussed in discussion.

The purpose of this study was to examine implicit associations of negative emotion (i.e. anxiety and depression) and self among a college students having experienced posttraumatic stress symptoms. The participants were 61 college students(male 16, female 45). They were classified into two groups, trauma group(n=35) and control group(n=26) according to scores of Korean version of Impact of Events Scale-Revised. Two groups were compared with regard to automatic self-anxious and self-depressive associations measured with the Implicit Association Test using both words and facial expression pictures, respectively. As results, trauma group showed more enhanced self-anxious association in the words conditions, and stronger self-anxious and self-depressive associations in the pictures conditions than control group, whereas there were no significant differences between two groups in explicit cognition and depression. These results suggest that traumatic experiences could influence self-concepts in the automatic process. Limitations of the current study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

The current study explored relationships of learned helplessness, depression, organizational commitment and job engagement. We investigated the mediating effects of depression between learned helplessness and organizational commitment and between learned helplessness and job engagement. Also, this study examined the moderating effects of calling between depression and organizational commitment and between depression and job engagement. we collected data from 310 military officers working at ROK Air Force air wing located at Gyeonggi-do. The results showed that depression mediated between learned helplessness and organizational commitment and between learned helplessness and job engagement, respectively. The results showed that calling moderated organizational commitment, job engagement. In the discussion section, we discussed about theoretical and practical implications of this study.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of couple communication(speaking and listening) in relationships between sexual intimacy and marital satisfaction of married middle-aged men and women. The results of this study are as follows. First, marital satisfaction, sexual intimacy, and speaking of couple communication were found to have significant positive correlation. Speaking and listening of couple communication appeared to have significant positive correlation with marital satisfaction. Secondly, sexual intimacy significantly predicted the marital satisfaction. Third, speaking and listening of couple communication significantly predicted the marital satisfaction. Fourth, speaking of couple communication in relationships between sexual intimacy and marital satisfaction did not show a moderating effect. Listening of couple communication in relationships between sexual intimacy and marital satisfaction showed a moderating effect. Through this results, we discussed the need for intervention on the potential use of sexual intimacy and listening of couple communication proved as a moderating variable in counseling and couple counseling program for married middle-aged men and women

This article examines the relationship of career indecision, job search behavior, and employment among college seniors based on sub-scales of career indecision (lack of career information, lack of self-clarity, decisiveness, lack of necessity recognition, external Barrier). This study explored the effect of career indecision, job search behavior, and employment successes(number of application, number of interview, number of job offer) in longitudinal method. In result, career indecision had negative effect on job search behavior. In other words, the higher career indecision level is, the less job search behavior is performed. Especially, career indecision is connected with preparatory job search behavior and informal job search behavior. Another finding is that job search behavior in time 1 (first semester of college senior) had a strong effect on all of employment success variables in time 2(second semester of college senior). Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this research were discussed. Based on the limitation of this study, several directions for future research were also suggested.
