The development paradigm based on modernization theory and economic growth since the WWII reached an impasse in the 1980s. As an alternative, the new perspective on development as a whole social development beyond economic growth has emerged, and culture as an important method for as well as a approach to development has been emphasized. Post-development theories destruct the European development concept and suggest alternative developments emphasizing culture restoration, endogenous growth, diversity, and neopopulist developments movement emphasize community, gender, ownership, and participation. International Organizations such as UNESCO have also examined and developed the relations between culture and development. Although different from that of the past development paradigm, acknowledging other cultures, however, this elaborated concept of culture has some limitations and need to be reconceptualized through applying the geographical concept of 'relational place.' The concept of relational place can help recognize internal diversity within culture and community and link them to a broader economic and political contexts.

최근 전자 소자의 고주파화, 소형화에 대한 요구가 증대 되면서 많은 소자들을 하나의 시스템에 3차원적으로 실장시키는 SOP (System-on-Package)가 새로운 대안으로 떠오르고 있으며 SOP를 실현하기 위해서는 집적기판에 대한 저온화 공정 기술이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 현재 집적기판에 사용되는 재료로서 세라믹이 널리 알려져 있지만 세라믹은 취성이 있으며 $1000^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온화 공정 프로세스를 필요로 하는 근본적인 약점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상온에서 고속으로 치밀한 성막을 가능케 하는 Aerosol Deposition Method (ADM)를 이용하여 최초로 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막을 성공적으로 제작하였다. XRD와 FT-IR 분석 결과 $Al_2O_3$-PMMA, $Al_2O_3$-PI 혼합물을 출발 파우더로 사용하여 제조한 후막이 세라믹-폴리머 복합체임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 SEM 분석결과 $Al_2O_3$-PMMA 복합체와 $Al_2O_3$-PI 복합체의 표면 양상이 매우 다르다는 점을 확인하였으며 $Al_2O_3$-PMMA 복합체의 성막률이 $Al_2O_3$-PI 복합체의 성막률에 비해 매우 낮음을 확인하였다. 이러한 현상들은 폴리머 파우더들의 경도와 탄성 차이 때문인 것으로 사료되어 이를 증명하기 위한 실험을 실시하였다. 결국 PMMA 막과 PI 막에 대한경도측정결과와 PMMA 파우더와 PI 파우더의 유성 볼밀링 전후에 대한 SEM 이미지를 통해 PMMA 파우더가 PI 파우더에 비해 경도가 낮으며 반면 탄성이 높다는 것을 간접적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 분석을 통하여 ADM을 이용한 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막의 제조에 있어 폴리머 파우더의 경도와 탄성이 매우 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막을 성공적으로 제조하기 위해서 폴리머 파우더의 적절한 선택이 중요함을 알 수 있었으며 ADM을 이용한 세라믹-폴리머 복합체 후막의 제조에 대한 가이드 라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The 'Hard Matte' was the method being wide-screen to the directors wanted more vivid and made real films to the audience at the beginning of cinematography. The hard matte have changed as unique device in films as opening and closing credit titles making impressions which being captured strongly to the people at the time the wide-screen has developed. In HDTV has invented in NHK the hard matte is called 'letter box style and on music video channel we can see the style as easily. That kind of hard matte images on music video have effected to commercial films are seen recently. But some of commercial films have problems like only expending horizontal way. The hard matte is one of important ways that could regulate the art contents with art form. Korean film image makers as directors and production designers must know the role and function of hard matter has arranged reasonable in foreign films.

기후변화는 자연적 요인보다는 인간의 활동으로부터 기인하는 것으로 알려진다. 지구 온난화의 영향으로 우리나라의 평균 기온은 상승하고 있으며, 강수량 또한 증가추세에 있다. 이러한 미래 기온의 상승과 강수량의 변화는 나아가 수문 순환에 영향을 미치며, 수자원의 효과적인 이용을 위하여 기후변화에 따른 수문 순환 특성을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국제 수문 프로그램의 대상 유역 중 하나로 장기간의 강우-유출 자료가 구축되어있는 청미천 유역을 대상으로, 기후변화에 따른 지표 유출량 변화를 살펴본다. 기후변화를 전망하기 위한 방법으로 인간 활동이 대기에 미치는 복사량으로 온실 가스 농도를 정의하는 시나리오인 대표농도경로(Reperentative Concentration Pathway, RCP)를 적용하였다. 기상청에서 제공되는 여러 RCP 시나리오 중 기후변화가 현재의 추세를 쫓아 상승 형태를 나타내는 RCP 8.5 시나리오와 저감 정책이 어느 정도 실현되어 형태가 안정된 RCP 4.5 시나리오 두 개를 선정하였다. 기후변화 시나리오는 근본적으로 불확실성을 포함하기 때문에, 특정 기후변화를 가정하기 보다는 특성이 대비되는 두 개 시나리오를 적용하여 기후변화의 발달 정도에 따른 유출량 변화를 살펴보고자 한다. 장기간의 수문 순환 특성을 모의하기 위하여 준 분포형 장기유출 모형인 Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT)을 이용하며, SWAT에서 요구되는 방대한 양의 매개변수들은 매개변수의 최적값 산정 프로그램인 SWAT Calibration and Uncerntianty Programs (SWAT-CUP)을 통해 얻는다. 과거의 강우-유출 자료로부터 구축된 SWAT 모형에 기후변화 시나리오를 적용함으로써 기후변화 시나리오에 따른 지표유출량 변화를 살펴볼 수 있다. 구축된 SWAT 모형을 이용하여 모의를 한 결과, 두 개 시나리오 모두에서 청미천 유역의 지표유출량이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 RCP 4.5 시나리오보다 RCP 8.5 시나리오에서 더 많은 유출이 발생할 것으로 전망된다. 유출량의 증가와 함께 총 부유사량 또한 증가 추세에 있으며, RCP 8.5 시나리오에서 더 많은 유출이 계산된다. 이러한 유출량의 증가는 강수량, 기온, 일사량, 풍속, 습도와 같은 기후 특성의 변화가 고려된 결과로 판단된다. 기후변화에 따른 총 유사량의 증가는 범용토양 유실공식에서 강우 에너지의 증가로 인해 유출량과 동일한 양상을 띠는 것으로 판단된다.

The study aims to evaluate changes in textiles for automotive interior and suggest directions that the textile-development should take in order to achieve sustainability, and enter a circular economy system in the future. The main content and results of the study are as follows: First, we cover the overall sustainability study in the fashion and textile fields; in particular, the certification system is well established through the provision of information on the whereabouts of products to consumers and verification by external environmental auditors. Second, we considered the criteria of C2C in order to derive the necessary criteria for sustainability certification in the field of textiles. Third, we looked at the latest development trends of textile materials for automobile interiors which were divided into three categories: natural originated materials, circular economic consideration materials, and functional supplementary lightweight materials. In addition, we identified to what extent the trend of changes aggregated in the examples was satisfied and what was lacking when applied to the Basic criterion of C2C. As such, this study links and applies the sustainability criteria pursued in the fashion and textile fields to the textile for automotive interior materials, suggesting a direction for the textile field for automotive internal materials in the future. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that studies on textiles for automotive interior considering the net economy will continue, and practical development in the industry will be realized.

Death and the Maiden(1990), by the Chilean playwright Ariel Dorfman, directly addresses the issue of liquidating the past that the transient democratic government of Patricio Aylwin faced, the government established right after the end of the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. This article focuses on analyzing the aspects of conflicts and discords between memories of individuals as reflected in the conversations between characters of the play. For example. we look into the effects of traumatic memories of Paulina, tortured and raped by the past government, on her everyday life and examine the relationship between her personal memory and the collective memory. We also look into the discourse of the dominating memory through the confession of the rapist doctor Roberto, and observe how Gerardo, a lawyer appointed as a member of the investigation committee, exposes the truth of the case and mediates the conflict of the memories between the two characters. We uncover the problems inherent in the state memory as it tries to intervene in the strife in memories between assailants and victims and explore the possibility that the concept of memory deterritorialization would be an alternative to overcome these problems.

Based on the knowledge spillover theory of entrepreneurship(KSTE) and resource based view(RBV), this study examines that how patent based entrepreneurship impacts on improving key performances such as financing, firm innovation, sales, product selling growth, employment. This study which is conducted with data from 353 startup firms indicates that patent based entrepreneurship has positive effects on performance of financing, innovation, product selling growth, and employment. On the other hand, there is no effect of patent-based entrepreneurship on sales performance. This statistical results were the same The results were the same when the independent variables were measured as intensity of patent based entrepreneurship which indicates the rate of patent based product or service among total number of product or service of the startup company.

This study aims to examine how the subject-matter contents related to digital literacy are adopted in Informatics curriculum in middle school and draw implications by exploring and analyzing teaching cases based on how digital literacy education is put into practice in real Informatics classes. Especially the result showed that 13 items out of all 17 standards of Informatics curriculum in terms of achievement standards are directly related with digital literacy. Also, it confirmed the position of Informatics subject-matter as a core subject for digital literacy education by analyzing the related curriculum contents. Furthermore, the study investigated the aspects of digital literacy education's being applied and the possibilities of the digital literacy education which is implemented in diverse manners in Informatics subject-matter through the analysis of teaching cases. Finally, it identified the limitations and improvement directions revealed in the process.

ASEAN marking its 50th anniversary in 2017 draws hopes and concerns. There is hope for the full realization of the vision of ASEAN Community since 2015 while there are increasing concerns about the changing internal and external environments. This article reviews the process of ASEAN's community building and its external relations. First, after reviewing institutionalization and functional cooperation in 2016, it argues that there is increasing pressure for the modification of the 'ASEAN Way' mainly due to the recent political changes in some ASEAN member states. Second, this article considers the nature of ASEAN's external relation focusing on continuity rather than change. The tendency of external relations of ASEAN appears to be 'avoiding conflict' and 'status quo' while it concentrates on development cooperation. We argue that such attitude contributes to the unity of ASEAN as it is useful in searching for regional resilience which is a common goal of ASEAN power elites.

The purpose of this study is to produce visual content for effective education of Passive verbs and Causative verbs in Korean language education for foreigners. Passive verbs and causative verbs are contents that must be taught to intermediate level learners. However, it is recognized as a difficult item for both learners and Korean teachers because the realization pattern is complicated, and there is no rule to explain the combination relationship between the action and the instruction by suffix. In this article, the use of nonverbal information that can improve the learning effect was considered. Providing verbal and non-verbal information together in language education can be expected to improve learners' communication skills. In particular, visual content is non-verbal information that can positively affect memory enhancement, playback, and transition. Therefore, this study attempted to plan and produce picture cards as visual materials. The picture card, produced with a focus on the correct education of Korean Passive verbs, will efficiently and significantly make Korean Passive verbs and Causative verbs teaching and learning by suffixes.
