This study aims to examine the capability of organizing local records. Based on literature reviews, this study identified that space can be a useful context of records. Accordingly, it designed a records model on additional space entity. It attempted to organize five sample records based on the space of the port of Busan (Busanhang) using CIDOC CRM (6.0). In conclusion, it presented that a space entity provides relations across other entities. As such, it is possible to propose a defining space entity when designing records model that can support the understanding of records' contexts.

The present study aims at encouraging discussion on research paradigms as well as research methodologies of records and archives studies. Reviewing research paradigms, defined by Guba and Lincoln based on basic beliefs, leads to the suggestion that the discipline needs to reach to a certain degree of consensus on ontological, epistemological, and methodological premises in order to inform and guide future research. To make the argument, the present study reviews all research papers published in two major journals: the Korean Journal of Archival Studies and Journal of Korean Society of Archives and Records Management, from 2007 to 2016. It then identifies 80 research papers from positivistic research and reviews 32 papers, which collected data through surveys and experiments.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement an ontology-based retrieval system for the electronic records of universities and to compare its performance with the existing keyword-based retrieval system. We used OntoStudio 1.4 for implementing an ontology-based retrieval system, and the test collection consisted of the following: (1) 5,099 electronic records of the 'personnel management notification' created by Korea Maritime University, (2) 20 topics (10 short-topics and 10 long-topics), and (3) the relevant assessments were conducted by the group of human experts. 10 university staff participated in the experiment of keyword-based searching and used the same test collection as used in the experiment of ontology-based searching. The ontology-based retrieval system outperformed to the keyword-based retrieval system in terms of Recall and Precision, and the same results showed in the test of the short-topics and long-topics comparison.

시청각기록물은 기존 문서기록물과 달리 생생한 현장감을 전달할 수 있고 사용자들의 관심을 끌 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 전자시청 각기록물은 원본과 똑같은 품질의 사본들이 많이 만들어지게 되어 위변조가 쉽고 불법복제 및 배포가 가능하기 때문에 기록물관리에 주의를 기울여야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안들로서 DRM과 워터마킹기술이 주목을 받게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 시청각기록물 중에서 동영상 시청각 기록물에 적용 가능한 워터마킹 기술을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 워터마킹 기술은 원본영상신호의 복제신호를 추출하여 워터마크 정보를 삽입하는 방법을 취했다. 전자시청각 기록물 출처확인 및 무단배포에 따른 저작권 권리 추적을 위한 기술로서 다양한 실험을 통하여 가능성을 점검하였다. 원본 신호에서 추출된 신호를 이용하여 워터마크 정보를 삽입하기 때문에 화질훼손이 적고 압축알고리즘에 강인한 특성을 갖고 있다. 실험결과를 통해서 원본보존을 중요시하는 시청각기록물관리 분야에서 적용 가능성을 제시하였다.

This study aims to design and implement RSS-based archival information service system for activating online-based archival information circulation and providing personalized archival information services. To achieve the goals, XML document formats and database schema for four selected items are designed and implemented. Also, an performance of the implemented service system is evaluated to with a general web browser.

This study aims to implement a model for developing participatory labor archives for shipbuilding labor archives in young-do, Busan, and to find possibilities of building digital labor archives as participatory ones. The methodology of locality documentation has been applied, and locality archives accepting participation of people with experiences from shipbuilding industry have been examined. Omeka was applied because it is an open-source software and provides additional functions which support various user participations and web-publishing. Following the the model, firstly, a preliminary investigation was conducted and research of participatory agents and records was proceeded. Secondly, it collected and described information of the agents and records by institutions with records and provenance. Thirdly, it developed archival contents specific to events, persons and workplaces in association with archival information. For the follow-up study, plugins were installed and tested to apply for further experiment with participation.

본 논문에서는 자이로스코프를 이용한 자율이동로봇의 주행기록계에 대한 오차 보상을 제안한다. 자율이동로봇의 주행 시 주행기록계는 슬립과 마찰 등으로 인해 많은 방향각에 대해 오차를 포함하고 있어서 주행기록계에만 의존하여 주행하기 힘들다. 주행기록계가 슬립과, 회전에 대한 단점을 보안하기 위해 방향각에 대해 자이로스코프를 사용하여, 자이로스코프로부터 얻은 데이터와 주행기록계의 데이터를 융합하여 주행기록계의 오차누적에 의한 이동로봇의 방향각에 대한 비정확성을 보상하기 위한 알고리듬을 제안한다. 대부분의 주행 시 주행기록계의 값을 신뢰하고 자율이동로봇의 순간적인 각도변화에 대해서는 자이로스코프를 이용하였다. 이동로봇의 직진 주행 실험 결과 주행기록계만을 사용하여 주행했을 때는 방향각 오차가 크게 발생하였다. 그러나 주행기록계와 자이로스코프의 데이터를 융합하여 적용한 시스템의 성능이 주행기록계만 이용한 경우에 비해 보다 정확함을 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 이동로봇의 안정성 있는 경로 추종을 통해 이동로봇의 보다 넓은 영역에서의 작업이 기대된다.

Construct lastingness recording administration system after a performance experiment and a chase experiment that is applied in spot that attach 900MHz important duty's RFID tag. After construction practice, create link sex with connection system, security analysis and Forensic data and analyze improvement effect. Is going to contribute Ubiquitous information technology application and Forensic technology development in country documental administration through. research of this treatise.

디지털운행기록장치(DTG)는 차량의 운행정보를 기록하고 저장하는 장치로, 여객 및 화물자동차에 의무적으로 장착되어 여러 실시간 운행기록을 수집하고 관리할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 대부분 버스, 택시, 화물차 등에 사용되며, 상용 자동차의 운전자를 인증하고 과도한 운행으로 인한 사고를 줄이는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 국내 디지털운행기록장치 관련 지침 및 표준 사양의 보안 기술 관련한 내용을 살펴보고 더 나아가 문헌조사를 통해 발견된 디지털운행기록장치 데이터 보호 관련 기본적 보안원칙을 소개한다. 더불어, 디지털 포렌식을 위한 데이터 식별 방법에 대한 실험적인 시도 사례의 결과를 함께 소개한다.

The research and laboratory records management is the prerequisite for quality research. Quality research assurance system can work out on the sound basis of quality research records management. It is an important task that establishing a proper research and laboratory records system for obtaining quality of research according to the rapid growth of Research and Development area in Korea and the trend of electronic laboratory notebooks. The purpose of this study is to identify issues and find a direction for solutions related to the research and laboratory records management systems. For this after analysing previous studies and current status related to the research records management and GLP(Good Laboratory Practice) is benchmarked as a best practice for quality research, some suggestions for enhancement of research records management are given as a result.
