  • The purpose of this study is to explore ways to resolve the conflicting issues that are currently applied in medical Act and medical privacy Act through the comparative Analysis of the Privacy Act and the Medical Information Protection Act foreign. the results run to establish the Public Health Act coming for the protection of health information is a characteristic of many countries, France in Europe, the United States and Canada had been running an independent medical information laws are enacted. Prescribes penalties of up to a fairly systematic method from the case records of patients would not have occurred in the management and implementation of the law and the protection of the author of the book focuses on the subject of medical records and physician records between patient confidentiality and privacy it can be seen that the method defined in. This indicates the need for the establishment of an independent medical information laws to protect all records relating to the patient systematically Korea also.

A study on the classroom application of observation assessment of mathematics assessments (수학 학습 평가에서의 관찰평가 현장 적용에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to provide practical ways to apply observation assessments in classrooms. Observation assessments have been asserted to assess elements of mathematical processes which cannot be effectively assessed in traditional paper-and-pencil tests. In order to propose the ways for teachers to actively use observation assessment of mathematics assessments, relevant instruments were developed by analyzing a number of related theories. The observation assessments were applied in classroom settings and the results of this application were analyzed. The findings from this study are expected to suggest beneficial implications for teachers who are interested in practicing observation assessments in classrooms.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the efficient information system for managing owner's requirement(O/R) throughout the design phases. In order to derive an improvement, current status of O/R management both in domestic and foreign design company has been analyzed. Through the literature reviews and interviews with experts, the Information on design process and detailed activities were investigated. Based on the basic research, inputs, outputs and participants were defined and information flow diagram was drawn. O/R's were categorized according to comprehensive interviews with specialists, and a prototype system was suggested. Conducting systematized O/R management will improve the confidence of owners' role on design, reduce re-work in design tasks, and finally elevate design quality.

  • This study is a basic study to prepare policies related to selecting media to be included in textbooks. Researchers looked at previous studies focusing on how media affect children's and adolescent's emotions according to their developmental stages. Researchers also wanted to identify how the media is related to student emotions, health, and educational effectiveness. The researchers then examined a wide range of domestic media review and rating criteria, and argued that it is necessary to institutionalize the rating system of media at national level policy level. Based on the previous discussion, the researchers made seven suggestions. First, it is necessary to specify media selection criteria in the guidelines for issuing textbooks at the national level. Second, guidelines are needed to help review the political neutrality and human rights aspects of the media for inclusion in textbooks. Third, media selection guidelines in textbooks should be detailed with reference to categories and age based criteria of domestic and foreign media rating system. Fourth, the media rating system should be applied flexibly if there is a clear educational purpose. Fifth, institutional support is needed for setting guidelines for media collection of textbooks. Sixth, media experts should participate in the whole process of textbook development. Seventh, educational programs should be implemented to support teachers to use self directed learning by using educational media in classroom instruction.

미국 NCTM의 Principles and Standards for School Mathematics에 나타난 수학과 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습의 이론

  • 미국의 “전국 수학 교사 협의회” (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, NCTM)는 1989년부터<학교 수학의 교육과정과 평가 규준> (1989), <수학 가르침(교수)의 전문성 규준> (1991), <학교 수학의 평가(시험) 규준> (NCTM, 1995), <학교 수학의 원리와 규준> (2000)을 출판하여 미국의 수학 교육의 전망(목표, 나아갈 길)과 규준(실행 지침)을 제시하였다. 수학 교사들로 구성된 미국의 NCTM은 학생, 학부모, 학교 행정가 등 많은 사람들과 힘을 합하여 모든 학생들에게 수준 높은 수학 교육을 받을 수 있는 여건(환경, 기회)을 조성하는 데 구심점의 역할을 하였다. 한편 많은 관련 단체들은 여러 배경과 능력을 가진 학생들이 전문성을 지닌 교사(특수 교사를 일컫는 말이 아니다. 수학 교과를 이해하고 수학의 전문성과 특수성을 가르칠 수 있는 일반 교사를 일컫는 말이다.)로부터 미래를 대비해 평등하고, 진취적이며, 지원이 잘 이루어지고, 공학 도구(IT)가 잘 갖춰진 환경에서 중요한 수학적 아이디어를 이해하면서 학습할 수 있는 수학 교실(미국에서는 우리나라처럼 수학 교사가 수학 시간에 학생의 방(교실: Homeroom)에 찾아가지 않고 학생들이 선생의 방(수학 교실: Classroom)을 찾아온다. 전형적인 수학 교실의 사진은 2쪽에 나와 있다.)을 만들기 위해 함께 힘썼다. NCTM에서 출간한 여러 규준들은 우리나라의 제 6 차와 제 7 차 교육과정에도 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 이 글에서는 NCTM (2000)에서 제시한 학습 원리를 간단히 살펴본 다음 이를 중심으로 현재 미국 수학교육의 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 이론의 동향을 살펴본다.

  • There are increasing needs for complex information services for user of cultural heritage institution recently. And the concept of "Larchiveum", merging of functions of libraries, archives and museums, is suggested in United States and researches associated with this concept are progressed on Korean information science. At present, however, the larchiveum has not been materialized, and hence researches focus on theoretical frameworks. Therefore, this study establishes plans for an analysis with planning of institutions that libraries, archives and museums are remodeled into larchiveum. Methodologically, the research processes of existing larchiveum spatial planning are specified. More realistic implementing measures for larchiveum spatial planning are suggested through utilization of related law & guidelines as analysis tools.

Development of Adoption Strategy and Guideline of Business Process Management Standards: Focusing on Business Process Execution Language (비즈니스 프로세스 관리 표준 도입 전략 및 지침 개발: 비즈니스 프로세스 실행 언어를 중심으로)

  • The objectives of this study is to develop a strategy for the adoption of BPM(Business Process Management) standards and an implementation guideline of the BPM standard for BPM solution developers focusing on BPEL(Business Process Execution Language) which is regarded as the most important BPM standard. In the heterogeneous and distributed IT environments, every type of enterprise software requires standards to enhance interoperability. BPMS(Business Process Management System), which is a type of enterprise software requires BPM standards such as BPEL(Business Process Execution Language), BPMN(Business Process Modeling and Notation), BPQL(Business Process Query Language) and so on to achieve multi-system interoperability and component interoperability with their BPM solutions. It is quite helpful to provide the adoption strategy concerning BPM standards for each type of BPM solution vendors who need the BPM standards. Since the BPEL is conceived as the most important BPM standard and widely adopted by many BPM vendors, we have proposed a reference architecture for BPEL implementation and also developed the detail implementation guideline of core components of the BPM system supporting the BPEL standard. Using the strategy and implementation guideline proposed in this work, BPM solution vendors can establish their own standard adoption strategy and they can also develop their BPM solutions supporting the BPM standards more efficiently.

The Perceptions of the Professors in Department of Science Education on the 6th High School Science Curriculum (제6차 고등학교 과학 교육과정에 대한 과학교육계 학과 교수들의 인식)

  • We examined how the professors in the department of science education perceived the 6th high school science curriculum. A nationwide survey was administered to obtain the responses from 70 professors of 8 educational colleges. Most professors thought that the 'objectives' and the 'contents' were proper, but the 'methods' and 'evaluations' were not proper, if considered educational facilities as well as 'teachers' ability to guide inquiry. Some professors also pointed out that the 'methods' described in the curriculum did not seem to be practical, that the contents were too much for high school science courses, that the integration of the contents in the general science was not enough, and that some concrete guides were needed because the items in the curriculum were too broad.

Reliability Centered Maintenance (보전에 중점을 둔 신뢰성)

  • Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) was initially developed for the commercial aviation industry in the late 1960s and now is equally applicable to a variety of equipment other than aircraft. RCM is a method for establishing a preventive maintenance program which will efficiently and effectively allow the achivement of the required safety and availability levels of equipment and structures. RCM provides for the use of a decision logic tree to identify applicable and effective preventive maintenance requirements for equipment and structures. The end result of working through the decision logic is a judgement as to the necessity of performing a maintenance task. In this paper, we provide guiding principles based on IEC 60300-3-11 for RCM analysis methods and operational method of structure and equipment.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a theoretical framework and practical methodology to extend the scope of Library and Information Science by incorporating the usability evaluation of e-book, which has considerably increased in proportion in the digital library. By sirveying e-book users and through statistical analysis. it was found that rebuilding a set of usabllity evaluation factors for e-books is necessary to activate e-books in the digital libraries. This study inclusively presents a conceptual model of e-book usability evaluation and suggests guidelines for usability principles.
