This paper attempts to explain the effect and application of action research in Korean social welfare research and discusses utilities of action research in the broadening and deepening social welfare body of knowledge within Korea. First, this paper examines the concepts, characteristics, and relevant literatures of action research. Second, this paper attempts to explain the effect, meanings, and application of action research in Korean social welfare research with examples from study on development of user involvement manuals for the disabled residential facilities for the first time in Korea. Third, this paper discusses utilities of action research in broadening and deepening social welfare knowledge body in Korea. In discussing the utilities, this paper maintains that action research can be more properly utilized for research methods to decrease the gab of research and social work practice. Finally, this paper highlights that 'many ways of knowing' exist in social science and it should be considered more sincerely in the arena of Korean social welfare research in order to more solidly develop the knowledge body of social welfare and practice in Korea.

효율적인 연구개발을 위해서는 관련된 여러 자원들을 적절하게 활용할 수 있어야 하며, 기업연구소는 자원의 축적과 활용, 의사결정 지원을 위하여 연구관리시스템의 도입과 정착을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 인간연구소에서의 R&D 지식관리시스템의 성공적인 실행을 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 조직상황요인 이론을 적용하였다. 즉 조직상황요인에서의 조직구조와 연구관리시스템 실행간의 관련성 규명이 본 연구의 핵심이다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행특성을 관찰하고, 성공적인 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

This study analyzes the effect of CoP(Community of Practice) influence factors on satisfaction and learning culture activation in R&D groups. Research model and hypothesis is designed the relationship the effect factors for CoP which are consist of personal factor, interacting factor, support factor and environmental factor and satisfaction and the learning culture activation focused on comparing between maturity and immaturity CoP member group. It conducted an analysis based on 371 survey responses significantly. Hence, interacting, supporting and personal factor have a significant positive effect on satisfaction but environmental factor was negative effect to it. CoP Satisfaction has a positive effect on the learning culture activation. However average between two groups has not a statistically significant difference in all of the factors. At the result, interacting between members is the most important factor to the successful CoP development of R&D groups.

본 논문은 임의의 호스트의 실행 환경과 리소스에 대한 변경 없이 독립적으로 응용 프로그램 수준의 가상화를 제공하는 단일 실행 파일을 가지는 이동형 SW의 제공 방법에 대하여 소개한다. 이는 실행 포맷 변환기를 통하여 설치형 SW에서 추출된 이동형 SW 정보를 본 논문에서 제공하는 응용 파일 시스템에 구축하고, 이를 실행하기 위하여 윈도우 기반 시스템에서 사용자 레벨의 라이브러리 후킹 기술을 이용한 가상 실행 라이브러리와, 이 가상 실행 라이브러리를 실제 구동되는 이동형 SW 프로세스에 바인딩하여 실행시키게 하는 실행 엔진 모두를 하나의 파일에 제공하는 방법 대하여 기술한다

This is an implementation study towards the development of a strategy to improve the pneumonia adequacy evaluation index of regional public hospital and to confirm its effectiveness. One physician, eight nurses, one computer room staff, and one nursing professor working at a regional base public hospital located in N city participated in this study from March to October 2021. An implementation study was conducted based on the conceptual model of Zuber-Skerritt & Fletcher. The stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection were operated in two cycles, and the effectiveness was evaluated in the second and third quarters. Compared to the pneumonia adequacy evaluation index in 2019, all indicators reached 100% of the standard target in 2021. The results of this study therefore infer that to provide higher quality medical services in the future, it is necessary to apply medical quality improvement activities through practical research under multidisciplinary participation and cooperation and to review the applicability of clinical sites.

This study aims to develop the scales to measure the innovation configurations of Science. Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) from the perspective of elementary school teachers and investigates the effect of the innovation configurations and related environmental factors on the usage levels of STEAM based on the newly developed scales for the innovation configurations of STEAM. The scales for the innovation configurations of STEAM are based on analyzing the various previous studies and in-depth interviews and consist of four sub-configurations: The 'Preparation,' 'Design,' 'Implementation,' and 'Evaluation.' The innovation configurations of STEAM was investigated with the developed scales through 266 teachers who are leading STEAM school teachers, are involved in STEAM research group, or are implementing STEAM in general schools. The final 19 questionnaires for the scale of the innovation configuration of STEAM are confirmed with exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. In order to examine the relationship between the innovation configurations and levels of use, the direct relationship between four sub-configurations and the usage levels of STEAM and the effect of environmental factors on the innovation configuration and the usage levels of STEAM have been conducted and their interactions are considered. The results show that 'Implementation' in the innovation configurations of STEAM and 'STEAM training experience' are most important factors to improve the usage levels of STEAM for elementary school teachers. It implies that the scales are very helpful in improving as well as figuring out the current innovation configurations of STEAM.

This study is a participatory action research conducted to develop a program to prevent musculoskeletal disorders among kitchen workers in a general hospital. This study was conducted from March to December 2018 with 15 kitchen workers, 3 nutritionists, 2 nurses, and 1 physical therapist working at C general hospital located in G city. Based on the conceptual model of participatory practice research, quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analyzed comprehensively. As a result of developing a program for preventing musculoskeletal disorders and applying it 13 times, the satisfaction level was high in the composition, operation time, and expertise of the program, and it was found that they wanted to operate the program continuously in the future. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a musculoskeletal disease prevention program that considers the characteristics of the work department and work targeting other workers through participatory action research.

본 연구는 EDI시스템의 성공적 실행에 영향을 미치는 주요요인을 밝히기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구내용으로 연구를 수행한다. 첫째, 문헌조사를 통하여 개념적 모형을 개발하고, 둘째, 기존의 연구에서 사용된 설문지를 토대로 본 연구에서 사용하고자 하는 설문지를 개발한다. 셋째, EDI 시스템의 성공적 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위하여 본 연구에서 설정한 연구가설을 회귀분석을 통하여 검증한다.

오늘날의 경영환경에서 많은 조직들은 조직구성원들 간의 공적 또는 사적인 정보, 의견, 지식등에 대한 공유 능력을 조직 경쟁력의 원천으로 인식하고 있으며, 이러한 능력을 강화하기 위한 방안으로 실행공동체(CoP)를 주목하고 있으며, 많은 투자와 노력을 기울이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CoP의 활성화를 위해 조직지원, 신뢰, 정보시스템이 주요한 영향요인이 될 수 있는지와 조직의 CoP와 조직의 지식교환 및 지식창출 간의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 본 연구는 웹서베이를 통한 166개의 기업데이터를 바탕으로, PLS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 수행되었다. 분석 결과, 조직지원, 신뢰, 정보시스템 모두는 실행공동체 참여에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 실행공동체의 참여 정도가 지식교환에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 실행공동체의 참여와 지식교환 정도가 새로운 지식창출에 영향을 미친다는 점도 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 조직이 실행공동체를 활성화시키고 지식창출 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략 수립에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 데스크탑 가상화 서비스와 관련한 솔루션들이 많아지고 있다. 하지만, 이들 솔루션은 클라이언트의 수가 늘어날수록 서버의 부담이 커지며, 특히 3D 그래픽을 지원하는 고사양의 SW 를 지원하기 어려운 한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 제약을 극복하기 위해 서버에서 데이터 집중적인 작업을 실행하고, 클라이언트 PC 에서는 그래픽 처리와 같은 사용자 인터페이스 작업을 분담하여 실행하는 서버 기반 그래픽 분할 실행 기술[4]이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 그래픽 분할 실행 기술을 개발하는데 있어 이미지 비트맵 관련 함수가 실행되었을 때 나타나는 비트맵 불일치 현상을 해결하기 위해 백업 비트맵을 이용한 가상 비트맵 관리 기법을 제안하여 궁극적으로 분할 실행 기술 개발을 지원하고자 한다.
