본 연구는 대학도서관을 중심으로 전자 정보서비스의 현황을 파악하고 이용자와 사서의 인식을 조사하여 도입 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학도서관에 온라인 실시간정보서비스의 운영방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이론적 연구와 실증적 연구에서 분석된 결과를 기초로 하여 계획, 정책, 실행의 측면으로 운영방안을 제시하였다. 서비스와 이용자의 특성을 고려한 계획과 기존 전자 정보서비스를 반영한 정책을 기반으로 효율적 교육 및 홍보와 평가를 통한 실행이 요구된다.

그동안의 연구는 짧은 창업보육사업의 경험으로 BI의 현황파악과 이에 대한 개선책을 제시하는 탐색적 연구가 많았다. 그 선행연구조차도 운영시스템 특성이나 성공요인을 규명함으로써 BI의 효율적 운영을 위한 방향의 제시나 정책적 연구중심으로 수행되었다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터 지원서비스의 질적수준 도움정도가 만족도(센터와 서비스만족)에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이 같은 연구결과는 창업보육센터의 효율적 운영방향과 정책방향을 수립하는데 기여함은 물론 창업보육센터 평가모델의 개발에도 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

We analyze the real-field operational results of the RIMS. Four aspects are considered; 1) economical, 2) managerial, 3) safety and reliability and 4) RIMS user evaluation. In economical aspect we investigate the fields where some economical gains are anticipated. In managerial aspect the efficiency and effectiveness of management through RIMS are investigated. The improvement of safety and reliability are qualitatively discussed. And RIMS user evaluation is performed through survey. We also suggest several conditions for the successful settlement of RIMS and future study area for RIMS to be more reliable and perfect.

This research provides an empirical analysis of the academic libraries' operating performance in Seoul, Korea. This study aims to find the key variables and the impacts of each variables on the operating performance of the academic library to attain competitiveness and long-term conditions for enhancing customer satisfaction. Specifically, this research focuses on the library's circulation service performance. The author try to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the library (space, number of employees, number of books, budget) and the circulation performance. Korea Libraries Association have published yearly-book on the Korean library's circumstances and statistics. Yearly-book contains the data about the spaces, number of books, number of workers, the library's budget scales and other unique elements. This study finds that the circulation performance of books is positively related with the size of physical space, number of books holdings, and budgets (hypothesis 1, 3 and 4 accepted). This study demonstrate that the characteristic elements of academic library can be influential factor of the library performance.

This study aims to examine the intermediary roles of employee performance between high performance work system (HPWS) and its operational performance on the resource based view. Taking into account the unit of analysis, this study used a hierarchical linear modeling analysis in order to test rigorously the association between HPWS at the organisational level and employee performance at the individual level. For this empirical test, Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data including 316 firms and 7,872 respondents (including 923 team leaders) were used. To meet the unit of analysis and test the mediation effect, data at the individual and team level were aggregated into the organisational level. The empirical results show that HPWS have a positive impact on operational performance as well as employee performance such as job satisfaction, organisational commitment and organisational trust. Regarding the mediation effect, job satisfaction and organisational trust mediate between HPWS and operational performance. Theoretical implications are discussed in conclusion.

본 연구는 성과관리가 조직의 지속적인 성장과 발전의 혁신도구로써 조직성과에 영향을 미친다는 측면에서 공공부문의 균형성과표(BSC) 운용의 성공요인과 고려사항을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정한 후 이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 성과관리를 위한 BSC의 추진 관리 단계인 계획, 실행, 평가, 환류, 등 순환주기에 관련된 변수들을 독립변수로 하고, 조직성과에 관련된 변수들을 종속변수로 선정하여 독립변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. BSC를 구축 운영하고 있는 공공기관의 BSC 성과관리시스템 담당자에게서 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, BSC 운영 단계별 하위변수들은 상호간에 영향을 미치며, 조직성과에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과에 따른 정책적인 시사점은 성과관리를 조직 내에 촉진 유지하기 위한 조직적, 정책적, 전략적 환경을 조성하여야 한다는 점이다. 또한 공공부문에서 성과관리제도가 실패하는 가장 큰 이유는 객관적인 평가지표가 명확히 설정되지 않았거나 보상체계가 불충분하기 때문이다. 공공부문의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 구성원이 전략적 사고의식을 가져야 한다.

Franchise Industry has a big portion in national economy, and contributes to protecting self-employments and making jobs. One of good way to increase the success of franchise business is operating some franchisor's company owned outlets before franchising. The purpose of this research is to understand the effects of the company owned outlets on franchisor's current performance. According to the result, the operation term, scale, and location of company owned outlet increase the legitimacy of franchisor. The operation term, and scale of company owned outlet increase the efficiency of franchisor, And both legitimacy and efficiency increase of franchisor's current achievement.

This study examined the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance and the mediating effect of exploration/exploitation operational capabilities as well as the moderating effect of exploration/exploitation IT capabilities. The results are as follows: seizing capability and reconfiguration capability had positive effects on incremental and radical innovation performance. Exploration and exploitation operational capability had positive effects on incremental innovation performance. Furthermore, exploration operation capability had a positive effect on radical innovation performance. 'Exploration operational capability-exploration IT capability' had moderating effects on 'exploration operational capability-exploitation IT capability', and 'exploitation operational capability-exploitation IT capability' on incremental innovation performance. Lastly, 'exploration operational capability-exploration IT capability' had a significant mediating effect on radical innovation performance. This study is the first empirical research that divides the effects of dynamic capabilities into direct and indirect effects, and the operational/IT capabilities into exploration and exploitation.. Dynamic and operational capabilities play a complementary role in adapting and evolving companies.

항만 물류 관련 업무처리의 효율화를 위해 EDI가 도입되고 활용되고 있으나 많은 문제점들이 야기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 EDI 활용실태를 실증적으로 조사하여 그 원인을 정확하게 분석함으로써 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 조사결과 나타난 문제점들 중 중요한 내용을 살펴보면, 무역망과 물류망의 분리 운영, 항만 물류 관련 기관들 사이의 데이터베이스의 독립적 운영, 사용자시스템상의 문제 등이다. 이중에서도 사용자들에게 많은 부담을 주고있는 부분이 PORT-MIS EDI 사용자시스템인 것으로 판단되어 이에 대한 구체적 수준의 문제점 분석과 개선방안을 도출하여 제시하였다.

This study compares and analyzes the operation costs of traditional and direct delivery strategies considering carbon emissions. For the determination of minimum operation costs and order quantity, we use the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model, which is the proper method for calculate the operation costs by logistics strategy. Using the classical EOQ model, we expand the EOQ model considering carbon emissions and domestic logistics environment. We conduct an empirical study on two agri-food logistics strategies under limitation of the carbon emissions using the expanded EOQ model. From the results of the empirical study, we find that the operation costs of direct delivery strategy are about 50% lower than those of the traditional strategy. Economic order quantity is also smaller than that of the traditional strategy. These results indicate that agri-food products can be transported quickly and freshly under direct delivery strategy. Consequently, considering carbon emissions, direct delivery logistics strategy are analyzed to have more positive effect on economic and environmental issues than existing logistics strategy. It is judged that direct strategy will also increase the freshness of agricultural products.
