This study examined how the fire evacuation induction service system using a smartphone navigation application in the event of a fire affects the fire evacuation time, and the following conclusions were drawn. 1. The evacuation time was reduced by 22 seconds when the navigation application was used in computer scenario simulation. Even in the demonstration simulation, the evacuation time was reduced by 40 seconds when the navigation application was used. This indicates that the navigation application is effective in shortening the evacuation time in case of fire. 2. As a result of the demonstration scenario simulation, the time until the end of evacuation was 39 seconds faster in the case of evacuation guidance than in the case where it was not conducted. 3. No bottlenecks occurred in the evacuation route during the demonstration scenario simulation. As a result, there was a difference in the time required to complete the evacuation between the computer scenario simulation and the demonstration scenario simulation.

2020년부터 진행중인 자율운항선박 기술개발 연구와 함께 2021년부터는 자율운항선박에 대한 외부 지원 및 관련 육상 서비스에 대한 추가적인 연구가 진행 중이다. 이 중 선박교통 안전 및 항만 운영 효율성 확보 등을 위하여 시행 중인 선박교통관제 서비스에 있어 자율운항선박의 출현에 따른 대응 방안을 함께 연구 중이다. 지난 2년간 자율운항선박의 VTS 센터 혹은 유인선박과의 의사교환방법에 대한 개념 연구를 수행하였으며, 향후 각 사례별 세부 시나리오 설정 및 부산항 일대에서의 실증을 위한 인프라 구축을 추진 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 실증 시나리오 수립 방안을 제시하였다.

Recently, with the development of digital technology, new research cases which applied new technology were increased. Also, the related equipment and services are being developed in the industry. Before new equipment is developed and released, it must go through a verification process. In the maritime industry, equipment is verified through simulation tests or environmental tests on land. However, if only the test on land is conducted, verification data in the actual operating environment might be insufficient. In this paper, considerations are described in the development of an onboard demonstration scenario for verification in the operating environment.

This study is intended to verify the efficiency of the information system by using the navigation application in case of fire. In the demonstration scenario simulation, it was assumed that a fire occurred 6th floor in Korea Institute of Industrial Design Promotion located in C city, K province. Eighty juniors students from K University's department of paramedics of science participated. As a result of the experiment, the demonstration simulation using the navigation application showed that the evacuation time was faster than the case of evacuation guidance in a fire situation. The need for a fire prevention system and fire prevention awareness before and after the implementation of the demonstration scenario simulation increased the need for a fire prevention system and fire prevention awareness score after the experiment.

본 연구는 사회현안으로 대두되고 있는 사회재난의 선제예방 및 효과적 대응을 위해 개발되는 인명지킴이 시스템과 관련하여 인명지킴이 시스템 기반 사회재난 대응 실증방안을 제시한다. 실증 추진을 위한 빅데이터 분석, 시나리오 도출, 테스트베드 구축 및 시스템 연계, 실증 및 확산에 이르기까지 각 단계별 수행내용을 다룬다. 또한, 김포시에서 추진하고 있는 스마트안전도시와 연계하여 실증사업 수행 시 주요 고려사항 및 수행 내용을 제시한다.

본 연구는 R&D 전주기 지원을 위해 과제 기획 및 수행과 연구성과 창출 시나리오를 통합 설계하고, 연구자 관점에서의 실효성과 유용성을 검증하기 위해 프로토타입으로 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존 연구가 R&D 전주기를 몇 가지 활동으로 세분화하고 모형화하였지만, 개념적 설계에만 초점을 맞추고 있다는 한계를 극복하고자, 본 연구에서는 산업계 및 학계 전문가와 협력하여 R&D 경험을 시나리오에 반영하고 이를 프로토타입으로 실증하였다.

This research empirical explores impacts of performance information use of decision makers in distributing financial resources. Based on theoretical review and previous researches, we organized three scenarios of general public administration, economic policy, and environmental policy and investigated the difference in budget distribution between measured information and simple information of success or failure by randomly divided experimental and control groups who are not experienced bureaucratic processed. The results indicate that experimental group judge by using performance information with numeric indicators and has more diversified patterns than control group. We suggest that repeated experiments including bureaucratic members to reduce bias of expertness and generalize the decision making models using performance information in future researches.

The paper studies the influencing factors of continuous usage intention for a scenario based cognitive FAQ service regrading on private information protection. The research result finds that three major factors are significantly positive to the continuous usage intention for the service. First, search easiness is an essential factor and it can be improved using sophisticate categorization. Second, Scenario based FAQ service is effective on understanding and solving questioner's situation. Related information is helpful for problem solving. The research shows that the new approach to private information protection area can lead to a more acceptable and reasonable problem solving tool.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the concentration effect of Busan container terminal. Productivity and efficiency have played key role to attract more cargo to a port because these are important factors to select liners’ calling port in vessel deployment. It means that productivity directly links with the liners’ vessel operation cost. The main results of this paper are as follows: the port concentration by terminal integration can improve the port's external image with recovering tariff competitiveness and also facilitate economic effect of size through efficient management.
