This study focuses on an effectiveness of socially recommended advertising on social network sites (SNSs) and investigates the impact of three critical factors on SNS advertising effectiveness - reward type for advertising recommenders' intention, product type on advertisements, and tie strength. A $2{\times}2$ factorial design was used to test the interaction effects between the two variables, reward type and product type on advertisements, moderated by tie strength. The results indicate that when participants observe socially recommended advertising, hedonic product ads with non-monetary reward shows the most effectiveness, and reward type and product type are also effective. In the combination of reward type and product type, we have confirmed the regulating factor influencing the effectiveness of social advertising according to the tie strength between the recommenders and the consumers. Strong-tie recommenders have more influence on the effectiveness of the social advertising than weak-tie recommenders. Based on these results, theoretical and practical implications were provided to refine marketing environments on SNSs.

지금까지의 항공기 날개에 공력 탄성학적 제어를 위해 압전재료를 작동기로 사용하는 연구는 아직은 완전하지 못하지만 실용화 가능성을 조사하기 위해 집중적인 투자가 행해지고 있다. 본 글에서 언급한 예 외에도 압전재를 이용 날개의 익형을 능동적으로 조절함으로써 천음속에서의 저항을 줄이기 위한 연구(transonic drag reduction with piezos), 압전재로 작동하는 제어면을 부착하여 헬리쿱터 블레이드 의 진동을 제어하기 위한 실험적 연구, 항공기 외부 장착물에 의해 발생되는 불안정 성을 제어하기 위한 압전작동기를 사용한 pylon decoupler 설계 등 다양한 분에에서 연구가 되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지는 제어에 필요한 충분한 제어력을 얻는 문제, 주 구조물과 압전재료의 강성도의 차이, 가용한 압전재의 실용화, 내구성 문제 등 항공 기에의 응용을 위한 새로운 재료의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그리고 사용에 필요한 전력을 공급하는 문제는 지상에서 작동되는 시스템과는 달리 항공기에서는 해결해야 될 큰 문제점이며, 이에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있으며, 실용 가능성이 보일 경우 재료의 내구성, 제어 성능, 번개 등 외력에 대한 손상 예측 등 광범위한 연구가 이어 질 것으로 예측된다.

In Bongseon-ri site, the central type and the local type of the Baekje tombs co-exist together. Many swords with ring pommel which to regional leaders in Seocheon the Beekje government granted are excavated from these tombs. These represent that the regional leaders were controlled by the Baekje government gradually. Four swords with ring pommel and one simple sword are investigated metallurgically and we seek what swords have a function of weapon or what sword produce for grave goods. The simple sword is made by solid carburizing technology and quenching of heat treatment so it's possibly used as a weapon. In contrast, four swords with ring pommel has little chance of weapon because the blade of swords consists of microstructure that have low hardness and the back of swords don't have microstructure can absorb the shock. The most identical characteristic of the simple sword and swords with ring pommel is that they are possible to classify clearly into practical/non-practical tools. Additionally, according to non-metallic inclusion analysis result of these swords, w$\ddot{u}$stite and glass phase are found together. Thus, it is able to say that reduction method in low temperature is applied during smelting process.

As developed IT, Word-of-Mouth(WOM) used varied terms as buzz marketing and viral marketing, and impressed that importance. Despite introduced new marketing tool on managers and professionals, online word-of-mouth including SNS lack of study on social network what based viral in marketing. In social network, patterns of relationship between individuals influence each other individual behaviors. Therefore this research grouped friendship-network and advice-network by characteristics, studied on trust of information source that antecedents of word-of-mouth in network. This study examined that affect- and cognition based trust affect WOM acceptance as WOM behaviors and examined effect of type of product as moderating variable. Additional this literature studied that WOM acceptance affect WOM recommend. To find the Influence of Trust on Word-of-Mouth Behaviors, a survey has done 206 samples(undergraduate students). The results of this study are as following : First, type of trust different friendship network and advice network. Affect-based trust is outstanding in friendship network than in advice network, while cognition-based trust stands out in advice network than another. Second, affect- and cognition based trust positive affect WOM acceptance. Contrary to expectations, what is preconceived trust in network have a similar effect for WOM acceptance regardless of type of trust. Third, WOM acceptance positive affect WOM recommend. Fourth, affect based trust affect WOM acceptance of hedonic product rather than utilitarian product. Upon especially in friendship network terms, affect-based trust has a more effect on WOM acceptance than cognition-based trust. This study has many implications. First, it is important that trust what have an influence WOM acceptance grouped affect- and cognition based trust. Second, it confirmed that trust is antecedents of positive WOM. Third, it is important that network grouped friendship network and advice-network by trust. Fourth, it gave managerial implications that they have to supply WOM through which network by type of product. We This study classified network and trust based on previous study. Then it examined relations between WOM behaviors. Further research could do enrich various things for example various age group, valence of message, quality of information.

시가지 또는 중요한 구조물, 시설물 가까이에서 암반 또는 콘크리트를 파쇄해야 한 경우 제어발파공법 및 기계식 파쇄공법이 사용되고 있으나 기계식 파쇄공법은 발파보다 경제적인 효율이 다소 떨어진다. 따라서 도심지역에서는 제어발파의 발달과 미진동 및 저진동 발파방 법이 활용되고 있다. 그 방법 중에 주변 환경에 악영향을 미치지 않고 정적으로 파쇄를 실시 할 수 있는 방법으로서 (주)한화에서 개발한 뉴 화이넥카를 이용한 건설 토목현장에서의 실용성을 위하여 뉴 화이넥카의 개선 성능과 적합한 발파패턴을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

최근들어 심화되고있는 자재난과 인력수급난등은 작업을 원활치 못하게 하는 요인으로 작용하여 공기를 지연 시키고 있어 건설업계가 호황속에 불황을 맞고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 건설업계 스스로 자구책을 강구해야 한다는 여론이 높아지고 있어 신자재 개발 및 신공법 개발을 더욱더 서두르고 있다. 몇몇 건설업체들은 이미 자동화 공정 미 건식공법 등을 도입 실용 단계에 들어갔으며 시험단계 중인 업체들도 상당수를 차지해 조만간 걸설업계에도 신공화법의 바람이 불 것으로 관련인들은 내다보고 있다. (주)한양 기계부는 그동안 화장실 벽체 배관의 공장 조립 시공화 방안을 연구 검토한 결과 그 타당성이 인정되어 올해 초부터 이 방안을 본격적으로 시공에 착수했다. 이에 본지는 신공법 개발의 한 분야로 이 방안을 소개 한다.

본 논문은 지구자계를 이용하여 3축 자계센서의 수직 성분자계를 보정하는 방법과 장치를 제안한다. 자계센서는 설치각도 및 이득오차에 의해 출력 특성이 변화한다. 따라서 자계센서를 사용하기에 앞서 보정이 필요하다. 지구에서 발생되는 지구자계를 이용하여 간편하게 센서의 설치각도 및 이득오차에 의한 영향을 보정하였으며 이를 위한 장치를 설계하였다. 제안한 방법은 실험을 통하여 실용성을 검증하였다.

20세기 개혁과 개방의 기치를 높이 들고 세계사에 새롭게 등장한 중국은 정치제도는 그대로 사회주의를 고수하고 있다 그러나 등소평이 남순강화에서 제창하고 주창한 '색깔에 관계없이 쥐를 잘 잡는 고양이를 선호한다"는 실용주의 노선을 근거로 경제적으로는 시장경제 원리를 도입하여 눈부신 성장을 거듭하고 있으며 특히 21세기 초일류 국가로의 재비상을 위하여 그 요체가 되는 정보통신산업의 발전과 육성을 위해 매진하고 있다. 본고에서는 중국이 개혁과 개방을 하는 과정에서 정보통신산업의 육성과 그 정책의 추진과정을 살펴보고 21세기 정보통신 산업과 정책의 향후 발전방향도 예측해 보고자 연구하였다.구하였다.

본 연구는 상용공정해석용 프로그램으로서 고체 반응물을 포함하고 있는 공정을 해석할 수 있는 ASPEN(Advanced System for Process Engineering) 코드를 이용하여 IGCC BSU 실험플랜트를 모사하고 실제 실험 결과와 비교하였으며, IGCC BSU 시스템을 수정보완하여 가스정화공정을 도입하고 석탄가스화기에서 생성된 생성가스에 대해 발전 연료로서의 타당성 및 적합성 여부를 살펴보고 이 자료를 토대로 향후 IGCC 플랜트의 scale-up 및 실용플랜트에 대한 이해를 도모코자 한다. 또한 환경적인 측면에서 IGCC BSU에서 방출되는 슬랙, 비산재 및 flare stack을 통한 SOx 및 NOx 등의 방출량을 살펴보았다.

4계절이 뚜렷한 우리나라의 겨울철은 작물생산에 단경기이었으나, 플라스틱 하우스나 유리온실이 보급되면서 겨울철 단경기가 해소되었다. 그러나 이리한 시설들은 PE 또는 유리 등의 피복자재를 사용하여 여름철의 경우 막대한 일사부하로 온실 내부온도가 외부온도보다 높아져 작물생육에 열악한 환경을 조성한다. 이에 fog and pad system, fan and pad system 과 heat pump 등이 개발되어 있으나 실용적으로 도입되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. (중략)
