본 연구는 최근 해양사고가 증가하고 있는 목포권역의 해상교통 위해 요소를 발굴하고 목포항 입출항 항로 개선 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 해당 수역의 교통환경을 분석하고, 전문가 의견을 수렴하였다. 또한 교통혼잡도 분석 및 이에 근거한 통합 환경스트레스 수치를 구하였다.

1995년과 2000년 한국광학회지 수록 논문을 분석해 본 결과 새로운 세부분야가 많이 생기고 기존분야는 더욱 전문화$\cdot$구체회되며 실용성 있는 연구가 많아졌다. 국내에서 기술 수요가 크고 연구비 지원이 많이 이루어지는 광통신기술 분야 연구 논문이 가장 많이 발표되고 있으며 앞으로도 급격히 팽창할 것으로 전망된다. 광학계 설계는 꾸준히 연구가 이루어지고 있어 수요가 지속적으로 있음을 알 수 있다. 광학계 평가도 크게 증가되고

CC (Common Criteria) requires collecting vulnerability information and analyzing them by using penetration testing for evaluating IT security products. Under the time limited circumstance, developers cannot help but apply vulnerability analysis at random to the products. Without the systematic vulnerability analysis, it is inevitable to get the diverse vulnerability analysis results depending on competence in vulnerability analysis of developers. It causes that the security quality of the products are different despite of the same level of security assurance. It is even worse for the other IT products that are not obliged to get the CC evaluation to be applied the vulnerability analysis. This study describes not only how to apply vulnerability taxonomy to IT security vulnerability but also how to manage security quality of IT security products practically.

오늘날 수자원 관리의 중요성과 관심이 매우 커지는 가운데 신뢰도 높은 수문자료의 생산은 매우 중요하다. 나아가 기후변화에 따른 집중호우 등을 고려했을 때 효율적인 수문자료 확보를 위해 수문관측소에 대한 객관적인 평가지표와 지점 중요도, 현장에서의 측정 및 하천환경 변화 등의 다양한 검토가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 환경부 2019년 낙동강 수계 측정지점을 대상으로 관측소의 객관적인 평가지표, 즉 관측소 설치목적에 따른 지점 중요도(하천 대표 유역, 홍수 및 갈수 예 경보, 유지유량, 갈수모니터링 등)를 고려한 관측소 평가를 실시하였다. 아울러 각 지점에 대한 측정경험과 하천환경 변화에 대한 모니터링 자료를 바탕으로 측정 지점의 난이도와 관측소 변화 여부에 대한 평가 항목을 7가지로 분류, 평가하였다. 단순히 현장경험과 실용성에 중점을 둔 평가항목은 다소 주관적인 판단이 들어갈 수 있기 때문에 의사 결정 과정에서 데이터에 대한 가중치를 부여할 수 있는 엔트로피 기법을 적용하여 관측소 평가결과에 반영하였다. 그 결과 관측소 중요도가 높은 필수 지점 뿐 만 아니라 현장 여건이 고려되지 못한 지점들, 지점 특성에 따라 이설 및 관측망 조정이 필요한 지점도 다소 존재하였다. 효율적인 측정지점 선정을 위해서 관측소의 설치목적 뿐 만 아니라 설계홍수량이나 하천설계기준 수립 등의 객관적인 평가지표와 하천환경 변화 나아가 경제성 검토 등 다양한 요소의 추가적인 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

Global virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) markets are growing as VR and AR become a new source of revenue for industries around the world. In the edutech sector, an industry that combines traditional education, research on new innovative educational models and business models are scarce, and improvements are needed in the technology group and business environment to realize edutech in detail. Therefore, this study aims to define the elements strategically required for VR Toon development by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of existing touch panel-based display Toon and VR Toon content experiences. Tablet PC Toon and VR Toon were selected to conduct the research. Thirty people (19 men and 11 women) from their teens through their forties were surveyed using questionnaires. The questionnaires were formulated through a quantitative method by using AttrakDiff with a 7-point scale (-3: negative words to 3: positive words). Qualitative evaluations were also performed addressing nine concepts (satisfaction, novelty, operability, creativity, understanding, education, interest, participation, expressiveness). As a result, the usability test results of educational content using tablet personal computers and VR equipment were analyzed from the viewpoint of user experience to define elements expected to be strategically required for VR Toon development.

본 연구는 이미지 합성을 이용하여 서버가 사용자를 인증하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하고 이들을 구현하여 그 성능을 평가하고 분석한다. 서버는 사용자가 소지하는 사용자카드를 랜덤하게 점을 찍어 생성하고, 각 사용자에게 배포된 사용자카드의 정보를 유지.관리한다. 한 사용자로부터 인증요청이 들어오면, 서버는 그 사용자의 사용자카드 정보를 기반으로 서버카드를 실시간에 생성하여 사용자에게 송신한다. 서버카드는 인증마다 다르게 생성되므로 원타임 패스워드 챌린지(challenge) 역할을 한다. 사용자는 본인이 소유하고 있는 사용자카드와 서버로부터 송신된 서버카드를 겹쳤을 때 생성되는 이미지를 판독하여 인증을 수행한다. 보안성을 높이면서 이미지 판독을 효율적으로 하기 위해 다양한 기법을 제시하고 구현을 통하여 실용성을 진단한다.

그리드는 국가 전략산업뿐만 아니라, 여러 응용분야에서도 실용성이 많이 대두되면서, 국내를 비롯한 유럽과 미주에서 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 실험에서 분산된 고성능의 컴퓨팅자원을 활용하여 자체 제작한 파이 프로그램의 실행을 통하여 클러스터의 작업능력과 클러스터 수에 따른 처리시간의 차이를 분석하여, 그리드 분산시스템의 필요성과 효율성을 확인하고자 한다.

Anhydrous hydrazine and its methyl derivatives MMH and UDMH have been safety used as monopropellant and bipropellant fuels in thousands of satellites and expendable launch vehicles. Since KOMPSAT program, We have been developing skills on the hydrazine propulsion system for several years. This paper presents an overview of the hydrazine for the space application - propellant overview, material compatibility, handling cautions and the future of hydrazine systems.

In order to provide the new official coordinates set of Korean Geodetic Primary Framework, the data of Precise Primary Geodetic Network (PPGN) were reviewed and validated in the project and block adjustment stage. Moreover PPGN data set was constructed for various computer processings. The simultaneous least squares adjustment was carried out to assess the net strength, local weakness and accuracy of PPGN and to evaluate the horizontal displacements of the resin of Korean peninsula. Finally, the precise horizontal coordinates set of 1st and 2nd order triangulation points of Korea was computed and presented.

This paper examines the factors that influence viewers' attitudes toward the public service broadcasting (PSB) system and the license fee. A online survey group was classified into four types on the basis of their expectations and evaluations of public values and demographic characteristics. Subsequentially, the attitudes each type of the viewers displayed toward the PSB system and the license fee were analyzed. The result reveals that young women in their 20-40s have more negative attitudes toward the PSB system than any other groups; those women tend to have high expectations on 'diversity' whereas they show low satisfactions with all the other public values. Additionally, this study attempted to detect factors that affect the attitudes toward the PSB system and the license fee. The important factors was not only the viewers' demographic characteristics but also their expectations and evaluations regrading the public values of PSB.
